Kumonosu Inkan: Instant creation seems much. Perhaps rapid, or something along those lines? Anything that's a sure hit is never fun for RP. Also, what's your growth speed? Lastly, it looks like the technique can remain even after you leave the center. Does this mean you can cast another one while a current one is active?

changed the wording from instantly, and added in the note that up to three can be made per battle (in a thread). i feel like persistent jutsu suit sasanagi, as they're all about ensnaring a foe, or leading them into traps, you know? hope that's better.
