Breathing exercises were a vital part of training for cain, he found it required a certain amount of peace. he was capable of sealing out the outside world and focusing within himself in order to breathe in line with the flow of his chakra, with the SPIRALING of the winds, with the sounds of nature. if he were to become one with the elements, then the elements would become one with him. upon a rocky spire stood cain, barely enough space for both feet upon the circular head of the spire, which had a steep decline and was rather difficult to climb. he raised his left leg, then swung it violently, causing himself to spiral atop of the spire, his leg acted not as a limb but an extension of the wind, following its flow, its direction, its speed. cain often preferred solitude, not because of some edgy hatred of society or being too good for them, it just didnt feel like where he belonged. he wasn't one to speak much, he'd much rather communicate through other means, which could be achieved when in a desolate stone landscape such as the one he was in now. cain leaned forward with his left leg beginning to descend, he fell from atop the spire, skidding down the steep curve of the spire, this was one of his personal tests, instead of resisting the momentum and attempting to lessen the impact when he falls, he moved with the momentum. as his foot hit the ground, he flung himself forward into a roll, taking all the kinetic energy with him and when he arose from his roll the energy dispersed and he remained still. a light exhalation left his mouth.
