Mental Description

Chaotic Neutral is called the "Anarchist" or "Free Spirit" alignment. A character of this alignment is an individualist who follows his or her own heart, and generally shirks rules and traditions. Although they promote the ideals of freedom, it is their own freedom that comes first. Good and Evil come second to their need to be free, and the only reliable thing about them is how totally unreliable they are. Chaotic Neutral characters are free-spirited and do not enjoy the unnecessary suffering of others, but if they join a team, it is because that team's goals coincide with their own. They invariably resent taking orders and can be very selfish in their pursuit of personal goals. A Chaotic Neutral character does not have to be an aimless wanderer; they may have a specific goal in mind, but their methods of achieving that goal are often disorganized, unorthodox, or entirely unpredictable.

Sarcastic - She is heavily sarcastic, never really taking anyone aside from her superiors seriously. This sarcasm, of course, makes her seem condescending which isn't too far from the truth. Most cases happen when she is trying to explain something to some one who fails to understand her point. Or if she is talking with someone who asks a question they should otherwise know her answer to. It isn't one of her most attractive traits, but it is safe to say that her being sarcastic with you doesn't mean she completely hates you or anything like that.

Flirt - Despite her stand offish behavior, Hina is more than capable of liking someone. She flirts freely with whoever she decides she likes, even if just a little and mostly only for the sake of flirting. She is confident in her looks making the process of flirting much easier for her. Regardless of gender, she knows and makes sport of enticing someone's interest toward herself. Be it showing a bit of skin for the average guy or getting into her head for the girls. Obviously, she is rather open-minded in this case.

Passive-aggressive - One of the main traits of her personality is her passive-aggressiveness. She can be subtly(or not) insulting toward most people, often disguising her insults(or not). Most of the time she doesn't directly insult someone with harsh words, but rather words with double meanings. She may comment on someone's looks, something that initially seems harmless but is really insulting their weight. There is also the victimization, Hina's tendency to ignore her own weaknesses while blaming another for her failures.

Loyal - Hina is doggedly loyal to her superiors and friends. While she has many flaws, she may completely ignore them in a situation that required her to help a friend. Where as with normal people she may come off as a passive-aggressive bitch, with her friends or superiors she is almost completely different. She knows better than to ruin things with an attitude she can fix herself. Because of this, she puts these people above her own self.

Tenacious - If there is one thing Hina will never do, it's give up. Regardless of the situation and no matter how dire it may seem, if there is a purpose in her mind she will never stop until the very end. This may simply be her stubbornness, but it is actually deeply ingrained in her mind. Give her a difficult puzzle, she will not stop until she has finished it completely. It carries over into battle as well, even to the point she may have to be restrained to prevent her from continuing.

Nice Enough - She's not a totally horrible human being. Like mentioned before, Hina is able to be nice to other people. Well, nice enough. She can be downright friendly if she chooses to be, but mostly with people she knows personally. Never with a stranger will she be anything other than mean so, in a word, it's kind of like a test with her. You have to get past her nasty personality to find out she is actually a half-decent human being under it all. Good luck with that, though.

Physical Information


First appearances are everything, not many can disagree with that, With Hina, the first impression is bound to be memorable. After all she is, somewhat, unusual when it comes to looks. It's not like she is hideous or anything, the opposite is true, in fact, it's just a certain aspect of her person that might draw attention. When you first meet this girl, chances are your eyes will be drawn to her brightly colored hair. Not many have pinkish purple hair, and even less of them have that color naturally.

But Hina takes pride in her hair. She takes hours to tend to her tresses, combing and brushing enough to cause concern. The hair she obsesses over is all she has to remember her mother, though, so it may even become a sensitive subject. Other than her hair, Hina herself may draw looks. She is, after all, rather cute. Her heart-shaped face and it's soft features are just as attractive as her hair. Her eyes are round and a bright brown color.

Hina is maybe "average" in terms of height, though these days five foot six can still be considered to be on the short side. This doesn't worry her much, however, as much as her weight. Hina is average in terms of weight as well, if not a little on the low side, but it still bugs her regardless. However, she isn't very obsessive, not usually, about it so she isn't constantly dieting or ignoring meals or anything. In truth, most of her weight comes from her chest. Hina is rather busty, another thing that annoys her, so she usually pretties up her face to draw attention away from them

Though her breasts are a side effect of her 'curvy' figure, possibly something genetic as the body figure runs in the family. This, surprisingly, doesn't grind her nerves as much as her other physical aspects do. You might think it should but she likes her figure, particularly the lower part. She often wears outfits to show of her long, smooth legs and small waist. Usually these come out as skirts or short shorts, but it isn't a strange sight to see her wearing pants. Her tops range from halter tops to plain tees. Hina loves to dress dark, however, so whites are unusual. Her favorite outfits, and therefor her most worn, are simple outfits.

A t-shirt and jeans with a nice jacket worn over it is her trademark.

When worn, all leg related Taijutsu is improved by the equivalent weight rank, but the user suffers a speed loss equivalent to half their normal movement speed. However, when removed, a large speed boost is gained, equal to double the user's normal speed, and lasts for as many turns as the user had the weights equipped for. Once a boost is used, another cannot be performed until the user re-equips the weights for double the amount of turns used to charge the previous boost - i.e. if the user has it on the first time for 3 turns and took it off, then they can only boost again in the same thread if the user now wears it for 6 turns. The recounter is restarted once the user leaves the thread.
  Description: Though an old fashioned training method, taijutsu specialists use these extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement. These weights are usually worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs. When removed, the user gains a great increase in their speed and mobility. The weights are marked with the kanji for "guts".

Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

Description: With this technique, the user takes advantage of what projectiles and accessories grant a shinobi in battle. In this case, armed with extensive wire, the user uses their chakra to move and bind the opponent, and once trapped, a stream of hot fire travels across the wire and envelops the victim whole.

Comprised purely of a most intense fire, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid physical attacks pass through the clone, burning instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blast of flame that aims to take over the nearest opponent available in the form of napalm.

Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.
