Alright so quick question I have A rank of the first tech, now does that still mean my paper loses to elemental ninjutsu D-S without the second tech?
Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Strength)
Rank: D, C, B, A, S
Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique
Range: See special!
Special: The rank of this technique determines how durable a paper user's techniques are, as well as how big they can be. Paper produced from the body is enough to power techniques equal to the highest rank known on Hatoronshi.
D ~ No larger than a fist.
C ~ No larger than a human body.
B ~ No larger than 5 meters.
A ~ No larger than 10 meters.
S ~ No larger than 20 meters.
Description: Able to create paper from anywhere within their body, Shikigami clan members depend on their Paper Strength as a basis for further clan techniques. Once they are able to grow comfortable creating multi-sized paper creations across larger areas, the clan members moves on to mastering the full Shikigami potential.
Domain: Shikigami.

Special: The rank of this technique determines how durable a paper user's defense is against elemental influences. Must learn for each release, basic or advanced. Defends against elemental attacks of highest rank known.
Description: As its name implies, the clan member is able to imbue their paper creations in the same elemental properties that other shinobi use to create offensive technique. When combined with other clan jutsu, the Shikigami's paper creation retain a unique resistance to each respectively trained element, until they are impervious even to the most extreme of conditions.
Domain: Shikigami. Must know Paper Strength.
