Type: Defensive / Secret Technique
Range: Any object/being hit by this technique will experience a forceful knockback, based on the user's highest Shikyaku no Jutsu rank:

Special: Speed and effectiveness of what can be defended against is equivalent to the user's highest Shikyaku no Jutsu rank. Can only defend against tangible assaults, such as rocks, weapons, a person, etc.
Description: Torutsuuga is known as one of the Inuzuka clan's most effective defensive tactics, despite being a group based on pure offense. Utilizing the same concept as Tsuuga [Piercing Fang], the user is able to remain stationary rather than becoming airbourne, spinning rapidly on their feet as they prepare to defend themselves from an incoming attack. This technique mimics Tsuuga, however, the user is transforming the offensive advantage of the rotation into a defensive advantage. Unless the assault is intangible [such as lightning, fire, sound, etc.], the user is capable of completely defending against the attack, even forcing the object/being to be knocked back vigorously with ease.

Koutsuuga [Elemental Fang]
Rank: A
Type: Offensive / Secret Technique
Range: Same as Tsuuga [Piercing Fang].
Special: Size and effectiveness is determined by the user's highest Shikyaku no Jutsu rank. Damage inflicted by each rank consists of three specific areas of damage. Any being within the first one-third of the technique will sustain full damage, while the next one-third deals a rank below, and the final one-third two ranks below. Must be relearned an additional time to utilize a new element, but cannot use more than one element at once.

Description: Koutsuuga is a powerful variation of the original Tsuuga, which was designed to allow the Inuzuka create devastating destruction alone without the assistance of their canine companion. Through the molding of the specific Release they have mastered, the user is able to widen their Tsuuga greatly, due to their body being surrounded in the specific element during rotation. The effectiveness of Koutsuuga is determined by which Release is being utilized.
Domain: Inuzuka. Must know Shikyaku no Jutsu "B". Must have mastered Release being used beforehand.

Hinotsuuga [Elemental Fang: Fire]

Type: Offensive / Secret Technique
Range: Same as Tsuuga [Piercing Fang].

Mizutsuuga [Elemental Fang: Water]

Type: Offensive / Secret Technique
Range: Same as Tsuuga [Piercing Fang].

Description: Mizutsuuga is a technique allowed to be utilized by the Inuzuka once they have learned Koutsuuga. Rapid torrents of water engulf the user during rotation as they attempt to hit the opponent. The pressure can cause severe blunt trauma if the target is struck by the water.
Domain: Inuzuka. Must have mastered Water Release. Automatically gained once user learns Koutsuuga [Elemental Fang] and Shikyaku no Jutsu per rank. Cannot be learned/bought.

Daitsuuga [Elemental Fang: Earth]

Type: Offensive / Secret Technique
Range: Same as Tsuuga [Piercing Fang].

Description: Daitsuuga is a technique allowed to be utilized by the Inuzuka once they have learned Koutsuuga. Dozens of small spherical rocks engulf the user during rotation as they attempt to hit the opponent. The pressure can cause severe blunt trauma if the target is struck by the earth.
Domain: Inuzuka. Must have mastered Earth Release. Automatically gained once user learns Koutsuuga [Elemental Fang] and Shikyaku no Jutsu per rank. Cannot be learned/bought.

Kazetsuuga [Elemental Fang: Wind]
Rank: B, A, S
Type: Offensive / Secret Technique
Range: Same as Tsuuga [Piercing Fang].

Description: Kazetsuuga is a technique allowed to be utilized by the Inuzuka once they have learned Koutsuuga. Fierce slashing winds engulf the user during rotation as they attempt to hit the opponent. The rotation can cause severe bleeding and potential lacerations if the target is struck by the razor winds.
Domain: Inuzuka. Must have mastered Wind Release. Automatically gained once user learns Koutsuuga [Elemental Fang] and Shikyaku no Jutsu per rank. Cannot be learned/bought.

Raitsuuga [Elemental Fang: Lightning]

Ontsuuga [Elemental Fang: Sound]

Pulsing disruptive soundwaves engulf the user during rotation as they attempt to hit the opponent. The high-pitch vibration can cause temporary disability if the target is struck by the sound.
Domain: Inuzuka. Must have mastered Sound Release. Automatically gained once user learns Koutsuuga [Elemental Fang] and Shikyaku no Jutsu per rank. Cannot be learned/bought.

Just to be clear, I'm not ignoring these techs. I've read over them and I'm trying to think about how I feel about them. The first technique is a ripoff of Kaiten with the exception that you're doing it with claws instead of chakra. In addition to that, part of what gives Tsuuga its strength is its forward motion, see additional momentum, and not just the spinning of the user.

As for the second, there's no basis with allowing elemental manipulation to the Inuzaka techniques, and I'm not exactly sure how comfortable I feel with allowing it. If we were going by the strictest canon rulings, I would say not because the use of the clan technique itself is a style and you can't merge the two without it being a Kekkai Genkai... but, we're not the strictest in canon so I'm not sure how I feel. Give me a little time to think and I'll get back to you on these techs.

Ugh, damn Lash, I can't believe you brought Kaiten into this. Firstly, the belief that something should be denied because another technique has the same mechanics as it is a ridiculous reason by itself, because Kaiten was not the first technique in the history of superpowers to use spinning as a use of defense. Hyuuga send chakra throughout their body to create a barrier, the obvious rotation being to secure all areas of vulnerability. The only thing they have in common is that they are both spinning to deflect something, and it's not that special of an ability to where only the Hyuuga know how to do it [Shino's bugs did the same thing just to further my point]. My point is that unless a technique does the exact same thing, down to the mechanics, tools, and effect, then no technique should be deemed worthy of a denial based on that point alone.

Secondly, Tsuuga does not rely entirely on momentum to create power, but the Four-Legged Technique itself. The chakra enhancement is what causes the strength, seeing as of you tried to jump in the air and spin, nothing would happen. Also, just to clarify since you mentioned it, this technique is not Tsuuga, whereas the user is actually moving in a direction. This is just stationary rotation, just like Kaiten, Shino's bugs, etc.

It's like saying you can't use Lightning Armor while trying to powerbomb someone, or that a Flaming Rasengan is impossible because Rasengan is pure chakra based. The points that you have made against my techniques don't have any IC logical reasoning for why they can't be done, you just don't want them to be for whatever reason, and it baffles me. 

I hope what I have said has persuaded to look at these techniques in a new light. I'd rather you pick them apart for why they aren't logically possible [in a Naruto site, where shooting fire from your throat is normal] then to assume that Clan and Releases just don't mix, because that would be extremely ignorant thinking. And don't be offended by what I've said, this is just my way of defending what shouldn't be criticized so strictly.

You're already using chakra with the Four Legs technique to perform your Inuzaka techniques, chakra that is affiliated with the use of Inuzaka jutsu only. Combining that with the use of an elemental affinity is different than using a technique that has no affinity at all. Your other defense, about using Lightning Armor when trying to powerbomb somebody falls short too, because there's a lack of relying on your Inuzaka techniques again. Chakra-enhanced Taijutsu is not the same as Taijutsu that you perform without the assistance of your chakra. Do you see the difference? It would be like saying that I could allow elemental Souin techniques, which I can't. They are their own domains.

To further my point, the use of the Four Legs only increases the amount of momentum you've generated when you leap forward. It's the combination of the momentum and the drill that makes Tsuuga a strong attack. In addition to that, it's the fact that the person is constantly moving through the air that generates the total drill appearance in your Tsuuga technique - you're hurtling forward at fast speeds with your claws, fast enough that the area behind you appears to be covered in 'the drill'. You aren't slashing at all of those places at once, while with your stationary technique you're in one place spinning, meaning that while you were spinning you would have to be doing squats back and forth to cover the rest of your body. Otherwise, you'd only be covering the spots where your arms are.

In additional to that, you're already using the momentum of your push to help you with your spin while you're airborn inside of Tsuuga. Standing on the ground and trying to spin like you were inside of Tsuuga wouldn't be as effective for you. It works for Hyuuga because they've covered a field in chakra and their individual body's spin is enough, in combination with forcing their chakra to spin, to repel assaults. Shino didn't have to spin his body, his bugs simply spun and used the movement to repel attacks. This technique is neither of these, and using them as a defense for acceptance is flawed because you're doing something different while trying to do the same thing.

.....So, from what you're telling me, is that its impossible to mix Ninjutsu and Taijutsu? Its impossible to use super-strength while coated in a aura of wind? You are telling me that although the clan is based on Taijutsu and doesn't have techniques that use Releases, they can never use Releases because they didn't before? Just because the Inuzuka has chakra increasing their strength and speed doesn't mean mustering up some elemental chakra as well is impossible, as it has been done a ridiculous amount of times in the manga/anime. If Inuzuka cannot mold enhanced Taijutsu with Ninjutsu/Genjutsu then it needs to be stated somewhere it is obvious [despite this never being said in the manga/anime, and don't tell me its common sense, because nothing on a forum where you can transform into a demon makes sense]. ^Please tell me from the above link or any other trusted website dedicated to retrieving information based on Naruto that tells you that Tsuuga's power is from gained momentum and not the rotating spin itself. Additionally, if its possible for a Hyuga to spin at ridiculous speeds, why can't the Inuzuka, who's speed and strength is enhanced, unlike the Hyuuga? And another note on how this is different than Kaiten: Kaiten can protect you from pretty much any form of technique because chakra is taking the blow, not your body. Tornado Fang doesn't, but relies on the rapid spinning and physical endurance your body can withstand, rendering attacks like lightning, sound, and fire useless when used against them.

The Hyuuga wasn't relying on pure chakra to defend themselves, it was the ridiculous speed that they was spinning at that added the 360 degree effect. If the Hyuuga can spin at rapid speeds, then an Inuzuka under the influence of Four-Legs can do even better. Please refer to the anime for more information...

It is not impossible to mix Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, that isn't what I said. In fact, I gave you the reasons why your examples and defenses were incorrect. Please reread. It is impossible to mix chakra-enhanced Taijutsu, however, with an elemental affinity. The only way to mix domains is through Kekkai Genkai, Kekkai Touta, or in this site's view of Genjutsu, Advanced Senses which have yet to be named. If you could use Tsuuga without relying on the Four Leg technique, you could combine it with elemental chakra. Because you can't use the technique without the Four Legs, you can't combine the two different types of chakra.

... What do you think is giving the spin of Tsuuga its speed? Oh wait, what is that? Momentum. Or do you think that you can create the motions of Tsuuga without momentum? Of course it's the spin that does the work, but momentum is what creates the spin.

Also... it was the combination of the chakra and the spin that protects the Hyuuga when they're using Kaiten. The chakra becomes solidified and is placed in a circle around the user, protecting them from numerous assaults or assaults from any direction. The spin was used to repel the attacks. I'm not saying that the technique would have been as effective without the spin, as it is obvious that a rotating object gives a higher defensive value. However, once more, the difference is in the field of chakra around the Hyuuga. If the Hyuuga had simply spun around a lot without the chakra field, do you think it would have protected him from the kunai?

All you would do if you spun around like that would be to offer some mediocre protection in the spot where your hands were located, with your claws, unless you were wildly slashing at everywhere with your claws while you're spinning, and even then it would be a pathetic sort of defense. It wouldn't knock a person back, it would slash at them. My final thoughts on the matter would be that if you wanted to do this sort of thing, you would just Tsuuga at an incoming attack or person.

Not necessarily intended to be a counter to anything anyone is saying, but, I think it's pretty obvious that looking at the nature of the technique itself, the Tsuuga is pretty much a ninjutsu technique, not a taijutsu one (though it is classified as a tai one. hmm...). The way you move defies the laws of physics unless chakra is used. You can make turns in midair and even come to a full stop, then start moving again, all in midair (Watch the lulzy rape of physics starting at 5:20, and the even more shameless rape at 7:15), which should be impossible. The only way it could be possible is if one were to use... chakra to make themselves spin, accelerate themselves, slow down, change direction etc. So, I believe that the Tsuuga really is nothing more than the user coating themselves in chakra and using said chakra to spin around and travel at high-speeds.

If the force generated from this chakra allows the user to rip scars into stone and create invisible blades of wind that can cut into people, I wouldn't say that its out of the question for a Tsuuga to generate enough force to repel ninjutsu, depending on rank and shiz. This is of course not taking into consideration things such as site balance and what not. Above all else, the metagame should always be considered. This is just some food for thought.

As for the elemental stuff. No comment. lol



EDIT- Sumthin else that just occurred to me. Unless Inuzuka knock themselves out whenever they use Tsuuga, it's safe to assume there's some kind of defense/barrier at work that prevents the user from being KO'd when he face plants himself into someone/the ground at 200 miles an hour.
