Special: A one-handed sword imbued with Suiton chakra. Used as a catalyst and source for suiton chakra as long as chakra equivalent to the technique being used.
Description: Ardemus is an ancient blade forged by the great grandfather of Yuuza Kenshiro and passed down through generations. It was now Kenshiro's turn to wield this mighty Yuuza blade. It bears the appearance of a standard short sword, however, lacks a proper hilt and the blade itself radiates with a watery blue, signifying its suiton nature. The secret behind this blades power is that it acts as a catalyst and source for suiton jutsu, making up for the constant demand of hand seals and source. With a simple charge of chakra it allows the wielder to perform a specific list of suiton jutsu equivalent to the highest level of Poseidon's dominion known and lower without seals or a outside source. However, because of its power, it causes all suiton techs used to increase on tier in consumption. Also Ardemus can only perform suiton jutsu that the user knows, so it varies from user to user.

Chakra/Stamina: Causes all known sution techs to increase one tier higher in consumption!
Special: Whomever comes to possess Ardremus must learn the blades abilities and its advanced control over the suiton nature. The user can only cast suiton jutsu that they have knowledge of and must be equivalent to the highest rank known. Jutsu summoned via Ardemus has its cost go up one tier from its original. Range is equivalent to whatever jutsu is being used.
Description: Held with two hands, the user comes to control the powers of suiton in a way like never before, though sealless the user must use both hands. The effects of jutsu used are not augmented in any way except for the cost doubling. With a simple swing, thrust, or simply pointing it at the target whilst feeding it chakra to activate its abilities

Not quite sure how I feel about a weapon eliminating the need of handseals and a water source for suiton jutsu. Despite the chakra drawback, a Chakra mastery could easily eliminate the drawback of the sword, basically making the sword's boost and usage free.

Well given the other elemental based weapons on the forum, they don't require seals either, so why should mine. It defeats the purpose of the weapon it self, it'd be useless if handseals were still required its use. And truthfully Chakra masteries really eliminate chakra usage period, its just the matter of obtaining one.

A B-Rank that Eliminates Seals? I don't think so.

Here's my Compromise, make a Tech that he has to learn to control the blades abilities. A D-S in which he can cast jutsu from the sword only of equivalent rank to the highest rank he knows in the tech. Secondly you'll need to keep the Chakra rank up and the penalty of only being able to cast jutsu he knows. I still feel like it should be A-Rank rather then B but I'm willing to compromise that if you make it require two hands to wield.

I'd rather you have it A rank only because this sword can unleash any water jutsu the user wishes as long as he has the dominion of course. A rank would make this more worthy. And you will have to quest for it. You're not going to start off with it. Hell. If you want I can do the quest for you.

Moved this back because with the restrictions we have in place and A rank it should be one handed again. Though it's up to you Yuuzu, after you post in here stating whether or not you want it one handed again you'll have my approval

Edit - Alternatively at A rank It's my opinion that you can keep it two handed but remove the Chakra rank up for Jutsu.

change that bit to clarify that it increases in chakra consumption tier (low to mid, mid to high, etc.)

Just a few things I'd liked changed (really its more about clarity). First, the cost is ascending a tier rather than doubling (which is different, if you use two lows (i.e. double the cost of a low) that doesn't equal mid ranked chakra.), so I'd like it if that wording was changed.

Secondly, why does the dominion technique have a chakra cost? From what I understand, the chakra cost is increased by a single tier in order to use the sword as a catalyst (both seal-lessly and as a source), and saying mid-high makes me think you're adding an additional cost on. This is specially true since it doesn't go up to massive, which easily could happen if a high is raised by a tier (or worse, a massive is). So, I would just change that to say original chakra cost increased by a single tier. That is, unless you intended for there to be additional chakra cost, but I don't think that's really necessary.
