Posting Order; Espada, Arashi, Espada, Yukiko
Yay or nay? I'm so down to teaching you both simultaneously. And I trust Arashi is a steady poster, cause I know Yuki is. So this could work out. We could test it through our RP now.
Not long after he'd entered the spacious interior of the recently empty Samurai dojo was he graced with the presence of his Kumogakuran companion, Yukiko. As he had reasoned, she had been following promptly behind and managed to arrive sooner than even he had expected at first. Opening the sliding door, seemingly undisturbed by the chilly breeze that swooped in, the girl would advance and stand beside him, only to look up and voice her question. Ah, yes! They were to begin their training now, and he'd already promised her to teach her the ways of the sensor. After temporarily losing himself in the framed pictures that adorned the dojo's walls, he'd nearly forgotten the reason he was here in the first place. He simply found Samurai lore and history very entertaining and interesting. Specifically, however, in the history of their combat and fighting styles. He was, after all, somewhat proficient in Kenjutsu and the way of the sword. But he knew he would most likely never get as good as them.
"We'll start with the basic technique needed for all sensor techniques soon enough- the Kagura Shingan, or Mind's Eye." He'd nod down at his young imoto before blinking his eyes and activating the kagura shingan within. But as he'd open his mouth to speak once more- he'd suddenly stop. The sensor ability he'd activated just now was alerting him to something. Several humanoid figures approaching the dojo from its entrance, currently out in the open in the snowy front patio. His cautious nature as a veteran ninja kicked in, a silent step taken forwards to position himself slightly in front of Yukiko in case any violent action needed to be taken or deterred. There was no doubt about it- he would protect Yukiko with his all if they were visited by some form of villainous wrongdoers or crooks. But he was hoping that wouldn't happen. The figures drew closer as he thought, scenarios flashing through his mind like a flip book. And as the person approached, what appeared to be the body of a fit young man, he couldn't help but brace himself a bit. Showing no fear, and remaining completely calm.
The already open sliding door would then present the visage of the youth in question. Slim, black hair, a seemingly nonchalant expression on his face. He stood at the foot of the door, a formidable distance away from Atlas considering the half-masked male had followed the frame pictures towards the back. Behind him, the Akegarasu could see, was a small troop of stoic Samurai. At first though, he imagined they were his personal troop of bodyguards. Had he defiled the dojo of some form of samurai prince, perhaps? Then it came to him. The sight of something tied around the man's forehead, a glinting accessory that proudly bore the symbol of a ninja's heritage and homeland. This young fellow was a leaf ninja, as it seemed. And the Samurai behind him had probably escorted him into this shelter during his travels. He made a wily joke, something about the attitude and posture the Samurai gave out. Joking on their typically icy behavior. Atlas couldn't help but smile, and managed to give off a brief chuckle. A good joke separated an enemy from a potential comrade.
"I hear ya." He'd reply, unclenching his shoulders when he'd noticed they were tensed up. "They aren't exactly the warmest of individuals either." Looking over the leaf ninja's shoulder, Atlas would issue a short wave. "No offense, folks." He'd continue, promptly turning his attention back to the mysterious, but so far polite, ninja. The Samurai seemed to grunt, and disappeared within the shadows beyond. Whether they were truly gone, or simply went off to build a campsite, Atlas had yet to find out. But the closer they stayed, the more confident he felt that the leaf ninja wasn't going to try anything funny. One could never be too cautious. "So... leaf ninja, huh? We're from Kumogakure ourselves. My name is Atlas and this here," He'd gesture to the little girl behind him. "This here is Yukiko. Nice meeting you." A warm, welcoming look came across his face. Hoping the two were on the same level, he would then wonder who this ninja was and whether he was in the Chuunin Exams._______________________________________
