Enrai kei(Thunder whip)[/u]

Special: Is light, and conducts electricity. This whip can be used without chakra.
Description: Passed down from her eldest brother who found no use for the weapon any more due to the fact that he had lost interest in it, it was now passed down to Areru, his younger, and only sister. It bears the appearance of any other bullwhip, although the only difference that it has been created using metals which helps conduct raiton chakra. The real secret behind the whip itself is that instead of being created by medium-sized chains chains, it is in fact thousands of tiny metal links ranging from basic metals to the more powerful conductor, silver, which have been pleated together. On the very tip of the whip there is a long, silver insert, which is the most dangerous part of the whip itself when used in conjunction with raiton chakra. Is is roughly 4ft in length. Cannot be used with other raiton techniqes other than the ones that apply to it.

Description: Using this technique, the user can train up their ability to feed different strengths of chakra in to the whip itself. The different ranks of the technique equal to the strength of the electric shock given upon hitting the foe. When raiton chakra is fed through the whip, it emits a static-like sound, and when whipped, creates a cracking noise similar to that of lightning crashing down on the ground. When colliding in to the foe, they feel both the painful effect of the whip being cracked, and the added raiton chakra, which gives them an intense shock that hinders movement, varying in extremity depending on the rank of this technique known, ranging from burns of different degrees, to muscle paralysis until the thread has ended.
"D" Rank effects: Burns and red, painful blistering patches where the whip hit.
"C" Rank effects: Above effects and temporary paralysis of wherever it hits (a single limb, for instance) for half a turn. Must charge for half a turn.
"B" Rank effects: Above effects, although paralysis continues for one turn. Must charge for a turn.
"A" Rank effects: Above effects, although paralysis spreads to the whole body, rendering the victim immobile, continues for one turn. Must charge for a turn.
