Evangeline wears a standard school uniform type of apparel, pure white with added green for the bow that holds the outfit together at the collar and also green stripes on both sleeves. Her mini-skirt is also green, a luscious light green that is just a little less than lime green. Her student uniform is finished with long white socks that are almost over her knees and brown to black colored shoes. A very traditional high school attire that seems slightly out of place for a kunoichi. It's why she almost never wears it around unless she feels the desire too (which because she hates the school attire with a passion means never or close to never).
She usually prefers shorter kimonos because she is tall. Her favorite color is dark purple which is not much of a surprise since she herself has dark purple hair. Her kimono travels to about three inches above her knees and she wears high heeled boots that are also dark purple. It seems as though she is one for color coordination and color matching. She likes short kimonos rather than the traditional because the traditional because of three reasons: 1) convenience; 2) layers; 3) shows off her long legs. She despises having to wear the traditional almost one thousand layers (at least in feel) kimono which impaired efficiency and speed especially in battle. - Body Appearance
Evangeline has a slender build, not much muscle. In fact, she doesn't have that much fat either, shown in her arms and legs. She has not reached the point of malnutrition though, maintaining both a healthy body but still skinny. She is petite in terms of figure but not in terms of height. She can actually do a lot more damage than one would or could imagine if by just looking at her. The girl has pale skin, like dangerously pale skin but she's naturally born that way. She had tried to get a tan before without success. She has dark purple eyes and hair, though an exotic color respectively, she fancies her hair the most. - Blemishes & Scars: N/A

Evangeline is one of those standard good girls type of person, abiding to the law and looking up to the Tsuchikage and the Village Council. She was always brought up to abide by the laws of the village and she was taught to be loyal by her mother and father ever since she was young. And for the moment, she had no reason to be anything but. The girl will die staying loyal to Iwa. Because of this, she has become less inclined to be forgiving towards those who betray the village. It is because of that that she plans to strive to become a member of the ANBU.
Evangeline is a friendly young girl She is all smiles and giggles to everyone especially around her friends. Her friendly nature extends to strangers too, at least most of them unless the stranger in question is a betrayer of the village or any other neukenin. Her social circle is rather large but she is smart enough to be able to differentiate who is an acquaintance and who is actually her friend. To get to this stage in her life with other people wasn't easy. She had to meet a lot of different people, with different intents in order to understand which of the people she should trust as her friend. In her dictionary, the definition of a friend is someone that is willing to stand by her through her most trying times, offer her comfort and care when she needs it the most and if not already understand her at least try to. She was a little amazed as to how many people couldn't be this way, and how many put on a facade just so that she could trust them. Although she had been betrayed before, by a friend she thought was her best friend, her friendly nature to people does not falter or diminish. In fact, it simply heightens. Evangeline understands that the only way others would treat her as friends or would take her into confidence is if she gave them the aura that she was approachable and caring. And to this day, she has been able to do just that.
She is trusting to her friends and technically to almost everyone. She has learned from her mistakes of her past that sometimes being too trusting is not so much of a good thing. And so now, she has been able to take what she has learned and understand that where she was wrong and become a better person. She is will do favors for anyone that asks as long as it is within her power to. There sadly isn't such a thing as no in her dictionary. But there is one thing that she does not do, though as trusting as she is in other people. She will not tell people of her past, specifically that of her childhood life. In her mind, telling people or not is an act of willingness; it is a show of being open and the only reason why she withholds such information is because she will not allow anyone to breech the little privacy of her life that should be left untouched. She feels that her life before being a shinobi is only for her to remember and for her to know, where nobody will give up their time to dig it up so she merely leaves it alone. Her trust in her friends is also very strong, knowing that the longest friendships are built upon mutual trust. If her friends trust her, she will of course return the favor. True friends will trust each other and will then be able to rely on each other in times of need. She hopes to be able to establish that kind of relationship
She is a stubborn girl, almost naïve in some regards that she will simply disregard that she is a human being like everyone else and has limits; training-wise. The girl wants to reach her goal to become an ANBU, to better serve Iwa. (Though that is not to say that she does not think that her current rank can serve the village). It is a mere ambitious and competitive side to her that she will not hesitate to show both in training and mission taking. The young Genin believes that in order to show her determination, the only way was to become strong, strong enough to possibly be the strongest kunoichi in the entire village, closely behind the Kage of course unless she becomes fortunate to become Tsuchikage herself. Once the swordsman has understood the basics of fortification, they move on to more complex defensive patterns.

Rotating a full three hundred and sixty degrees, this movement which uses the dull side of the blade is useful for deflecting attacks from all around the user at once. Upon finishing the twisting, the user sheathes the weapon.

Description: An effective aerial attack, the user first begins to maneuver to their opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing them, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. First, they will strike as a feint in order to draw their target's attention and defense to one area. Then, a true strike is made towards the most undefended area, proceeded by several more until the user violently begins knocking them down and towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate their body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.

Special: Shunpo is much like Shunshin, a forward-moving high-speed technique that transports the user across a short space in the blink of an eye. When used, the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can Shunpo once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.
