Chakra/Stamina: Mid-High
Special: With each rank retrained the rank increases by 1 one and it also decrease the number of hand seals needed to execute the jutsu which is 6.

B- It has a 30% chance that it will strike a body part, chakra usage is medium
A- It has a 40% chance that it will strike a body part, chakra usage becomes high
S- It has a 100% chance that it will strike a body part, chakra usage becomes high

Description: After performing the six hand seals the earth beneath the target starts to shake before erupting into an earth like vine ensnaring the target raising him at least 30 to 40 feet high above the ground. Shortly after being raised into the air, a sphere like dome begins to form completely surrounding them with almost no chance of escaping but only if the target is equal to or less than its rank. Finally with the clasp of both hands into a closed fist, spires erupt from beneath the sphere piercing the dome at random. It isn't certain that everyone of the spires will miss its intended target but one thing is for certain that one of them will strike. If the user wishes to he can explode the sphere by clasping his fist two times severly injurying them.

This jutsu shouldn't be too much of a problem or it shouldn't be one at all since I'll be starting it at a D level if its approved. All so please fill free to let me know what needs to be changed or add.

How fast is the giant earth hand summoned? Also with each rank does it do more damage or just the launching is increased?

Umm those are very good questions that I don't have answers to lol! But give me a sec and I'll fix things up. But wait what if i said the only damage it does is just make it more painful to sit down and only the launching increase?

Edit: I went ahead and answered your questions hopefully everthing should be ok. I stated that with each rank increased the speed, summon speed, and launching speed increase also the pain lasts longer the more its used. Also this isn't a jutsu that does damage like I.E. rasengan its just a jutsu for fun like naruto has the sexy jutsu.

Is the range for this technique determing how far the hands sprouts out or is it explaning how far it launches the user.

Have the casting rage be determined by Earth Dominion. Also include the original 1000 years of death technique in the domain as a requirement to know before learning this technique.

Sorry I had to fix everthing cause I accedently saved something else in its place but now everthing is in order. And Axcel I did as you said not sure if i did it RIGHT though lol. Also this move can't be learned unless i teach it right?

K', here I go:

• If it's a custom selfish technique then yes. Please put "Must be taught by-" in the domain section. Though, I feel it'd fit much better as an Iwa exclusive or Universal technique.
  
• Gaint = giant. Medicore = mediocre. Minor spelling changes.
  
• I feel the multi-rank just gets in the way- and an S-Rank requiring only three hand seals and a Mid level of chakra? I dunno, man. I'd suggest getting rid of the multi-ranks and keeping it at a strict B rank. Chakra cost would still be Mid, and you can put moves as fast as a thrown kunai in the special. Sounds reasonable considering it is sprouting out from the ground in a surprising manner.
  
• If you go on my suggested route, you should lower the range to 30 meters.
  
• If you feel my suggestions aren't valid, try clarifying the special then. Giant hand anal launch extends up to 50 meters, plus 1 more each time retrained. One more meter... or what? And the giant hand itself extends 50 meters, or is that how far the opponent flies off into the air?
  
• Either way, I feel 50 meters is waaaay too much.

@espada you were more than helpful as for the 50 meters thing it was suggested i base it off the earth dominion. But hold on and I'll fix it.

Edit: I added what you suggested but kept the 1000 so it'll be his own and I also created a new jutsu making sure to give it fair drawbacks and costs.
