Special/Description: By applying a special seal in the shape of a circle with a gourd on the inside on the inside of a gourd and a second gourd the user can apply chakra into the gourd and speak into it and their voice will come out of the other gourd. The special feature of this jutsu is that it far exceeds the range of microphones in that at the C rank it can communicate with anyone else as long as they are in the same country. At the B rank the gourd's communication range can be anywhere in the world as long as both gourds has the same fuinjutsu applied.

Type: Sensory - Ninjutsu
Range: 10 Meters plus 10 more per rank
Special/Description: A very useful technique employed by sensory ninjas who inhabit the country of wind. Because of the mirages and the great lengths of the desert tracking and recon is often difficult. This jutsu with a handseal and chakra allows the user to by closing their eyes and placing their ear to the sand experience a sort of sonar not unlike bats, they can tell if someone is walking on the sand within a certain range. At D rank they can tell if someone is within 15 meters. At C rank they can tell how many people are within 25 meters. At B rank They can tell the direction they are moving within 35 meters. At A rank they can tell experience all of the above in real time along with being able to distinguish between clones within 45 meters. At S rank within 75 meters they can "see" the person based solely on vibrations. Every rank carries the effects of the previous rank so the S rank can see everything D-A can including its own effect.

Special/Description: The user inflicts a genjutsu on his opponent by saying that they are using a fuuton technique (they arent actually) Fuuton: 1000 year sandstorm, and blowing forward. If the opponent watches the whole thing they are suddenly surrounded by a wall of rotating sand, similar to a tornado. No matter how fast they run or in what direction until they break the genjutsu they will continue to be surrounded by this tornado of sand.

Sand Sword[/u]

Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu
Range: 0~1
Special/Description: By making a handseal and thrusting their hand into sand the user can pull out a sword made of sand, weighing very little. The sword is able to withstand a ranked amount of damage equal to its highest rank plus one more S ranked damage for every time retrained after reaching S rank. This sword despite its being made of sand can cut as easily as any other metal sword. This move drains a C ranked amount of chakra every turn used.

Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu

Special/Description: By focusing chakra to ones hand with a handful of sand and applying it to a explosive tag for half a post, the user can meld his or her chakra with the embedded chakra in the tag to cause it to absorb the appearance of whatever it is resting on. Doujutsu that detect chakra can see through this technique.

Sand Clotting Jutsu[/u]

Type: Medical Ninjutsu
Range: Hand
Special/Description: By grabbing a handful of sand and applying chakra to it, the user can then place it over superficial cuts. Once applied the sand converts itself into the same material as the users skin, this jutsu is only a makeshift healing technique as it remains as skin for only one turn plus one more each time retrained.

I'm okay with the sound traveling through it via seal but the small item transporation would be a no-no. Anything having to do with space/time is gonna require more than a B Rank. As well it really isn't quantified what can and can't be tranported with it. A small item such as a note is good but does that mean any small item can? What about a small bomb?

D is okay, I feel like you could up the range of C and B for sure. A is a no-go though, there just is no way to be able to read their chakra and nature from the sand they step on. S rank is good, the range should be increased and they should only get a vague visual from what they see. Something like what Toph would see on Avatar with her earth sense.

Definitely not doing a potentially unbreakable weapon unless it's multi ranked and has a constant chakra drain. It's just far to easy to retrain a bunch of C techs and get up to a Triple S ranked weapon. Make it multi-ranked with the damage needed to break it being of equivalent rank and the S being re-trainable for an additional S rank defense. As well it should consistently drain a C rank amount of chakra to keep it formed.

The sword should have a constant drain, and you can take out "c rank chakra per turn" and trade it for mid per turn, or whatever. It should probably cost higher, too--if it were me, I'd do mid-high depending on rank, and low-mid per turn also depending.

Can sensors detect the hidden tag? I would assume so, if doujutsu can--but note it either way, please.
