Life was an eccentricity that most couldn't experience due to certain circumstances. Illness, death, priorities, opinions and morals-- any and everything that one could conceive and vindicate to justify why the world itself still remained a mystery. Sheer untainted, uncultivated land stretching for hundreds of thousands miles in every direction. The thought alone provoked, intrigued, and eventually inspired some, and this simple contemplation remained lively in two uniquely different individuals. Backgrounds dissimilar but a common goal birthed through a strong, unwavering friendship, The Hidden Leaf would finally dispatch two of its youngest and brightest to embark on an astonishing journey.

Standing just outside the grand gate constructed from steel and timber, the ambition-driven Uchiha awaited the arrival of his friend. Long strands of scarlet shimmering in the afternoon sun while orbs of clear violet peered directly to the forefront. Ryûsuke's mind only focused on one thing; reaching Tetsu no Kuni, and eventually becoming one of the many spectators to the prized Chûnin Exams. An event so monumental, it was only executed once with months spanning till the next. Something the young Genin would soon experience himself one day hopefully if fate presented such a road for him.

Garbed in his comfortable attire, consisting of a dull navy kosode, and white Hakuma, the essence of his Flack Jacket lingered as the olive green overshadowed the bull of his robe. His Hitai-Ate wrapped around the forehead, so the light from above would glisten off its steel surface, the Uchiha simply awaited the arrival of Asato. Having gained clearance for exit prior to now, once his partner emerged, hopefully unscathed, they would be on their way.

Leaving the Hokage Tower after he was cleared for travel towards Tetsu no Kuni, he split up with Ryu to go prepare for the journey ahead of them. Legit, the young man was so anxious to get out the village and begin exploring things for himself. It was about time, he's been busting his ass for the past couple of weeks, months, whatever. Finally he received a reward for his hard work, a journey to the Chunin Exams. Although that wasn't really the reason he wanted to visit tetsu no kuni, he just wanted to go on a break - go somewhere new and enjoy himself. Hopefully that's why his friend wanted to go too, maybe bag a bad bitch or two and call it a night.

Going home, he'd pack a book bag with some food, some weed, and pack his ninja tools. Throwing on a light blue hooded sweater, he'd throw his chokuto on his back, with a strap going across his shoulder. The chokuto would be hidden by his book bag, and would be hard to notice from a far distance. Saying by to his mom, he checked if he brought ryo with him, and left the house. "AND WERE OFF." He smiled anxiously running down the street, and continuing to sprint towards the gates while avoiding any civilians in his way.

All the thoughts running through his mind almost made him trip, but good thing he caught himself or he would have busted his ass. "SON WHERE GOING TO TETSU NO KUNI." He screamed as he saw Ryusuke standing there. Giving him a dap, he'd move towards the gates. Showing the guards the permission granted, he'd venture deep through the forests making his way towards TETSU NO KUNI. "Your going to be cold bro." He joked.

As he waited, curiosity settled fast, forcing the young Uchiha to act upon his own quizzical mind. Pulling his moderately sized backpack from over his shoulders and placing it on the ground, Ryûsuke scattered through the inner confines of the case, and soon with a single heave, pulled out his recently purchased map. “Aha!” He sounded with compassion, unraveling the parchment, holding each wooden clipped edge and placing it in the forefront, the Genin attempted to decode the world. Numerous geographical landmarks placed occasionally throughout the surface of the map, nonetheless, no remarkable markings, such as hidden villages and other prime examples of compel were designated. Maybe this was for him to fill out; another incentive to travel.

Rolling the scroll back, and soon placing it within his bag once more, the crimson-haired Shinobi pulled his bag back over his shoulders and onto his back as he awaited for Asato. There was much the two had already completed together, nonetheless there was much more they could accomplish and discover; this was just another route on their road of life. No steps, no intermissions, Tetsu no Kuni wouldn't be a distant dream, but a reality for the two Konohagakure Natives. Forced to stay within their village for the bulk of their lives, the opportunity to escape and view other prospectives wouldn't be godforsaken. At least not in their hands.

Ears lifted with incoming vibrations, familiar ones might one add, Ryûsuke smiled as he turned, only to see Asato charging forward, and with a rather mordacious and swollen dialogue and dap exchanged, the Uchiha would comment himself. “Yeah, We're off to Tetsu! And pfft, I packed thick clothing.” He announced wizardly, laughing somewhat as he picked up his last bag, and soon marched forward-- Asato was sure to follow regardless. Off to Tetsu no Kuni. Bye Konohagakure, for now.

Several days passing, the moon and sun rotated within the sky... a New plateau realized.

They had arrived in Tetsu no Kuni.

Mountainous tract compiled the sum of the expansive country. Snwo fell from the heavens, as if the gods cried an unusual whimper that produced not rain, but a solid white expression of elation. Passing through numerous villages, and resting only three times, the two Genin had finally reached the destination they had planned on touching for some time now. Now garbed in a thicker Kosode (though still relatively light) with his flack jacket and a scarf, silver silk wrapped nonchalantly around his beck, Ryûsuke halted in the midst of a trot; his feet slowly descending into the snow-covered floor.
