• Xander wears orange ski goggles that always seem to be scuffed for some reason and they have a grey shell and a grey elastic material used to hold it to his head. Above his scuffed, orange ski goggles he wears a forehead protector with the sunagakure symbol on it. Xander wears a blue uniform outline with a thick orange smooth material and he also has orange pants with orange ankles with ninja sandals.

• Xander is the kind of guy who doesn't really speak much but still does his job with communication, Xander doesn't care about much unless it's important, Xander is fully obedient to what he thinks is good and will never side with evil but he is still an open minded person and is very reasonable as well as calm and smart.
  
  Xander want's to become a anbu black ops squad leader however considering his young age he knows it's useless the anbu would never accept someone as young as him but when he's older he really want's to become a anbu and protect his village.
  
  Xander is a creative and very social person who isn't really bothered by awkwardness as he has plenty of ice breakers but when comes to talking to a girl he likes, he starts to stutter and slur his words which is why he wears his goggles they make him feel like he can see things in a whole new light and it just gives him a tremendous amount of confidence.

  Special: Adds explosive note properties to any paper creation of the user's choosing. The rank of this technique determines how strong the explosion is, and how wide its range extends; at 'D' rank, the explosion spreads out 10 meters, and goes up 10 more with each new rank learned. Notes cannot be sold or used by non-Shikigami.
  Description: As its name implies, the clan member is able to imbue their paper creations in the same explosive properties that ignite a regular exploding note, spreading the effect over across a mass amount of paper sheets. When combined with other clan jutsu, the explosive additions result in a truly terrifying offensive combination.

  Special: The rank of this technique determines how durable a paper user's defense is against elemental influences. Must learn for each release, basic or advanced. Defends against elemental attacks of highest rank known.
  Description: As its name implies, the clan member is able to imbue their paper creations in the same elemental properties that other shinobi use to create offensive technique. When combined with other clan jutsu, the Shikigami's paper creation retain a unique resistance to each respectively trained element, until they are impervious even to the most extreme of conditions.

  Pepa Shuriken no Jutsu (Paper Shuriken Technique)

  Type: Offensive / Secret Technique
  Range: 0 - 10 meters
  Special: Size and strength of paper shuriken depends on user's highest 'Paper Strength' rank. Shuriken travel 10 meters when first learned, plus 10 more each time retrained. Shuriken cannot be guided.
  Description: A simple, basic yet effective paper techniques, the user can take one or more paper creations of their own and turn them into deadly shuriken. Retaining their infamous paper strength, these shuriken are sent flying by the user's chakra alone, resulting in a deadly barrage of projectiles.

  Pepa Bunshin no Jutsu (Paper Clone Technique)

  Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique
  Range: See special!
  Special: Clones can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Clones move at faster speeds than the user due to their light weight, and can perform any Akegarasu jutsu the user knows. Clones disperse and reform before being defeated. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained. Paper clones, like Kage Bunshin, share the user's chakra reserves.
  Description: With a sufficient amount of paper, the user forms a single seal and calls them together in order to form a perfect clone of themselves. Unlike regular bunshin, the paper clone has substance, can move at improved speeds, and best of all, scatters when struck for re-use. Although the clone is not spawned with the user's inventory, they will attain whatever main weaponry the user has at the time, if any. When struck by concentrated blows from bladed/blunt weaponry or even a bare fist, the clone disperses into a tuff of paper that can either reform or be used for other clan jutsu. However, widespread, area-of-effect attacks can defeat the paper clones instantly.

  Special: Grants the User wings that allow them to take flight as long as the technique is active. Size and strength of paper wings depends on user's highest 'Paper Strength' rank. Can be used alongside other paper jutsu.
  Description: After a few simple seals, the clan member can utilize their paper in order to create a flurry of wings meant for stable flight. The wings created by the user can be be any color, size, and type they wish, and will carry them across even the greatest of distances and chasms - as long as the user has enough chakra to continuously power it.
  Domain: Shikigami. Must know Paper Strength 'B'.
  
  Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique)
  Rank: C
  Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
  Range: Touch
  Special: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are usually numbed for 1/2 of a turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked.
  Description: The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!

  Matoudai Zeusu (Strike of Zeus)
  Rank: C
  Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
  Range: 0 - 10 meters
  Special: The bolt is about as long as a regular katana, and glows an intense deep blue. If the javelin pierces the victim, they will feel additionally ‘burn/shock’ damage because the bolt acts as concentrated beacon of lightning. Each time retrained, the user adds 5 extra meters to their range.
  Description: Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky faster than most projectiles, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

  Raikyuu (Lightning Ball)

  Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
  Range: 0 - 10 meters
  Special: Travels in a straight line roughly at the speed of a kunai. Being struck by this results in the area in question being paralyzed for a half a turn (a hit to the head affects the whole body).
  Description: A very simple and effective Raiton technique known throughout, the user either takes twin weaponry or their own appendages, focuses their chakra into their center, and forms a ball of pure lightning. This newly formed threat can either be smashed into an opponent’s face, or tossed from a nearby distance. Repetitive exposure to the shocking has been known to leave its victims stunned.
