There is no technique in puppetry to determine the range in which we can control our puppets.
The second question regards the technique quoted below.
Taishoku Kugutsu (Body-Puppet Self Conversion)
Rank: D, C, B, A, S
Type: Passive / Specialized Ninjutsu
Range: Self
Chakra: Massive
Special: Requires medical expertise to aid in the body part transplant. Can add any puppet enhancement, either from the list or custom, within reason. Transplant and installation must be RP'd out. Rank determines what kind of attachments may be used, how long the transplant RP must last, and the required medic level to ensure the operation is a success.
D: 1 turn of surgery
C: 2 turns of surgery
B: 3 turns of surgery
A: 4 turns of surgery
S: 5 turns of surgery
Description: Once a near-mastery of the art of puppetry is achieved, the puppet master begins to understand that they too can become instruments to their own success. By removing parts of their own body and modifying it with puppet weapons, they essentially learn to immortalize themselves, as well as create a walking machine of destruction.
Domain: Puppetry. Kugutsu.
It mentions the near-mastery puppetry thing but there is no limit that states that a mastery in puppetry is required. Is that just descriptive text or do we actually require a master in puppetry? If it doesn't, are we forbidden from starting out with the tech due to the process having to be RPed out?
In regards to the chakra cost, is the massive cost for both the puppeteer and the medic aiding in the process? And can it be an NPC?
