Description: Rezakiba Shuurai is a powerful physical assault created by the specialized wild clansmen of the Inuzuka. The process in which the technique is performed is quite simple. While using the Four-Legged Technique, the user sends waves of chakra to either one of their hands, building chakra before they lash forth, releasing the chakra in an explosive manner. Any animate being sustains critical damage depending on the rank used against them, and any defense of equal rank or lower damaged by the specified rank by this technique will be pierced.

Special: User sends waves of chakra into their lower composition, building pressure before releasing it in an violent manner, propelling the user in a specific direction for a specific distance, depending on the user's highest Shikyaku no Jutsu rank:

Description: Touchouyaku is one of the few techniques within the Inuzuka that does not focus specifically on offensive or defensive maneuvers. While using the Four-Legged Technique, the user builds chakra within their legs, targeting the muscle within the calf, shin, and soles of the feet. Once enough chakra has been gathered, the user releases the chakra beneath them, aiming their body in a specific direction as they obtain propulsion. The distance traveled through the use of this technique can last mere seconds due to the sheer concussive force dispensed. Chakra is sustained within the legs to help cushion the force of landing from such heights, but there is still a chance of injury. For every 5 meters that the user descends from using this technique, there will be a 5% chance of bone breaking in the leg and foot area, and 10% chance of spraining a muscle in either areas as well. Each time after the first use that this technique is used within a single thread, the percentage of both injuries increases by 15%. Due to the dangerous nature in which this technique is performed, it can only be used up to three times within a thread. Any user who surpasses this limit will experience sever pain in the leg area, greatly reducing their movements.

Minor changes. First, I changed Towering Leap from multi-ranks to just C-Rank, and forced the user to rely on their rank in Four-Legged instead, similar to how Piercing Fang works. I also changed the restriction in Claw Attack to mimic the same process, all dependant on Four-Legged technique.

I don't think the first technique being multi-ranked is necessary, if its effect is based off of a multi-ranked technique already.

Lmao, alright then. Modified as requested. As long as this means that I can inflict S-Rank damage while in Four-Legged S-Rank mode when I use that technique, then I'm all for it [and I'm assuming that works the same way for the Tsuugas >_>].

Unless Lash sees it as otherwise, that's how it seems to be (since it says "effectiveness" is determined by Four-Legged's rank under Tsuuga) and I've seen multiple jutsu that act like this.

Not a huge fan of the percents (I believe we're trying to get away from percents and dice rolls) but I guess if it was accepted like that before . . .

Razor Fang should require C rank Four Legs and it looks okay. About the only thing I would say is that you need to make sure that while you could break a defensive technique of the same rank, you wouldn't continue with the same attack afterwards.
