- Apparel || Seigen's apparel is one that demands to be unique, but to each his own right? Seigen's apparel begins with nothing more than his forehead protector which, ironically, lingers around the base of his neck. Sunagakure's village crest shines prominently when under the suns influential rays. The fabrics in which allows his forehead protector to remain in place bears a darkened red, almost as if its fabrics absorbed the very blood that spilled during a war. From there is skinny muscle-less torso is concealed by the masterfully woven fabrics that compose his brown robe, a robe which expands down to the Genin's shins. The robe itself is one that uses a zipper to close itself, however, said zipper only starts at the waist, leaving the lower area seemingly split into two. The upper torso's zipper reaches up to the boys upper chest, resting just beneath his headband.
The sleeves of his robes expand down to his wrist, but, they used to go much further, however, Seigen's fighting style demanded for them to be shortened for mobility sake. Upon his forearms lay two layered bandaged wrapped up to the knuckles of each respective hand. A white obi sash is tied around his waist, mostly for fashion purposes as it does not hold anything together or up. As for the legs, he wears a simple standard issued pair of shinobi sweats that reach to his ankles, as the color of brown of course to match his robe. The ends of the sweats are tucked down into the confines of his brown shinobi sandals. - Body Appearance || There is not much to cover regarding Seigen's anatomical appearance other than the fact that he bears fairly tan, smooth skin. His hair, slicked backed with the utmost perfection as it bears an achromatic color of maximum darkness. The conglomerated stands of hair themselves extend to straightly down to the back of his neck, however, just as they seemed to reach the summit of their length do they curl inward in various directions. His sideburns are not unlike his hair, but they maintain a 'J' shaped form just in front of both respective ears. Located within the dead center of his hairline lies a single bang, one that curves like the tips of his hair; It too maintains a silkened glow.
His eye brows like all mundane fauna bear, appear to be rather thin, smooth and constantly trimmed. His eye lashes are not unlike them, however, some individual lashes themselves protrude father than a normal mans would, buy why? Perfection. - Blemishes & Scars || Seigen has in fact acquired several scars upon his torso and body, however, this was all prior to him acquiring knowledge of the Saton Release. His birthmark reside just 3 centimeters below his right nipple.
COGNITION[/u]
- Personality || It would be more accurate to say Seigen had no personality whatsoever. Some believe it was the hellish training that Seigen went through as a child that shut off any emotional response. All the shinobi’s thought and concentration can be put only on two thing, “Winning" and "Perfection."Perfection is exactly what Seigen strives to achieve, everyday the ninja trains, meditates, and tries to climb the ladder of the shinobi world further and further, ruthlessly destroying any obstacle in his way. Seigen tends to not relate with others unless he sees immediate promise of using them for personal gain.
Like many ninja, Seigen is full of pride and will prefer to fight fairly having what appears to be honor. Once the shinobi has given his loyalty to someone, then he pursues that person’s interests as if they were his own, because they are. Seigen has no aspirations other then to be the perfect tool for Sunagakure to whom he has pledged his allegiance. He chases power for the purpose of being a more effective tool and to strengthen Sunagakure as a whole. Seigen is skilled at playing the violin, painting, and cooking, he’s studied anatomy, chemistry, and other various sciences to the fullest extent and is always hunting for more things he can tuck away in his broken mind.
Seigen appears to have no sexual drive or he can suppress it better then any other man. There is truly no time when Seigen, in his right mind, will act excited or happy, if a smile ever graced the death god’s mouth, it would be a sure sign of him stepping over into the threshold of insanity. Its quite funny with Seigne, the fact that he goes to extensive heights and measure to make sure that his personal hygiene is at perfection during all times, even going so far as to fix anything he deems outside the realms of perfection during mid-battle. Despite having no sex drive whatsoever, Seigen goes to greatly lengths keep his physical appearance in check, well, mostly his facial features. - Alignment || Chaotic Good

- Quirks & Tendencies || Being nearly emotionally unresponsive, Seigen tends to be hold hearted towards his comrades even when he is in a 'good' mood. Any age-old person would inform anyone that perfection and the path to achieve it is a lost cause, no soul that is forged from the hands of will be crafted into the form of perfection, however, Seigen obviously believes otherwise.

They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.

Description: The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper infused with special chakra, layered over with a special script on it that serves to enable and facilitate its explosive properties. Description: The basis behind the majority of Saton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very sand around them. 'Sand Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Saton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the sand around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Special: Size of sand shield depends on the user’s level of 'Sand Dominion'. Blocks attacks of equal rank learned in a 360 degree radius. Shield is always active as long as enough sand is present to be used, and does not require handseals. Judge will determine whether fast enough attacks bypass the shield each time it’s used.
Description: Although appearing to be one of the most basic sand jutsu, Suna no Tate is a technique that soon evolves into the user’s most sacred defensive countermeasure. Always active, the shield that protects the user is formed from a large sand presence, and does so under its own will. When needed, the user can also use their own chakra to control the sand so that it can act as a barrier. Because the protection is reliant upon how quickly the user’s sand can respond, it is possible a fast enough ninja can bypass the sand and strike the user.

Special: Area of lightning blocked depends on the user’s level of 'Sand Dominion'; neutralizes raiton attacks of one rank lower. Neutralized attacks are then unleashed onto the victim which made them.
Description: One of the few non-lethal yet still effective Saton jutsu, the user will hurl sand into the air which will come down around their target in the form of hard pikes. Electricity will be generated from the pikes to arc towards and attack the opponent. Essentially, if their opponent utilizes lightning, it appears this technique will neutralize its usage in the target by creating an opposing electrical charge that drains or otherwise neutralizes electricity.

Description: With this ninjutsu, the user will bring together sand into cloud shaped clumps, the size of these ‘islands’ depending on the size of the user. These clumps are dense enough for the user or another ninja to rest on. During quick, dangerous attacks, this can allow the user to rise above any threat from below.

Special: Range of sand shower on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. Vision in general is obscured, and even doujutsu will have a harder time spotting things inside the sand shower due to the user’s chakra coating the flowing body.
Description: Meant more as a distraction technique than an offensive one, the Suna Shigure grants control of nearby sand, allowing the user to levitate numerous small clumps of sand above his opponent. At this point, the sand can remain suspended in the air as long as the user wants, or it can immediately become useful. Showering from above, the curtains of sand make it harder for opponents to see, as well as provide the user with plentiful sand already surrounding the opponent for further use.

Description: With this technique, the Saton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of sand, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blob of sand that aims to take over the nearest opponent available. If found, the sand sticks onto the victim, binds them, and constricts them until escape of deactivated.

Special: Range of entrapment depends on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. Can only be escaped by a chakra surge greater than the one ensnaring the victim.
Description: As its name implies, the sand entrapment technique allows the user to use the sand along the ground or within soil to shoot up and attempt to ensnare the victim’s lower body as tightly as possible. Quick moving, the main advantage of this jutsu is that it does not require handseals – only that the user can identify the target so that their sand can react.
