Range: fifteen meters
Special: This jutsu is meant to trap and drown enemies. The user of this technique is able to use multiple suiton jutsu while inside. The power of suiton arts increases 1 rank in power.
Description: The user must be around a large body of water when using Rouraku Awatama. By performing a high amount of hand seals water will converge around a total area of fifteen meters in both length and width. The used water will take the form of a gigantic bubble sphere, engulfing both the user and the victim.

The bubble sphere is filled with water, and also inhibits the opponents speed, lowering it 1/2 its original while inside. The outer walls of this sphere are incredibly durable making escape difficult. As a bonus, katon arts while utilized within the sphere are dropped 2 ranks in power, while lighting increases in 2 ranks. Only jutsu's/ attacks comparable in rank to Rouraku Awatama may breach its protective layer.

Rouru - 2 rank boost is broken. 1 rank boost is pushing it, because there's no real explanation for why a regular suiton jutsu you made somehow boosts all other suiton jutsu in rank. But we'll go with it...just not 2 ranks. Also, up the rank to 'S' if you wanna cover that much space, or lower the size. Up to you.
