Isseppaku [Vocal Pressure]
Rank: C
Type: Offensive / Ototon Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Causes both physical and neurological pain, inducing nausea, temporary dizziness, and difficulty with balance for a single turn. Each time retrained, range increases by 1 meter. Does not discern between friend and foe.
Description: Isseppaku is quite a powerful technique created by the masters of the Sound Element, allowing advanced control over their vocal distribution. The user performs the handseals, gathering chakra within their vocal cords, allowing the pressure to build. Once enough chakra is sustained, the user screams forth in a specific direction, releasing pressurized sound waves to blast into the distance, knocking any unfortunate beings within the technique's range off their feet, and thrown a few meters behind. However, the sound wave itself is a mere meter-by-meter diameter. In addition to the physical damage, the sound creates neurological pain in the affected as well, inducing nausea, dizziness, and loss of balance for a single turn.
Domain: Ototon
Issechuuki [Vocal Paralysis]
Rank: B
Type: Offensive / Ototon Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Special: Causes temporary neurological pain, inducing nausea, dizziness, and difficulty with balance for a single turn. Affects all within a 10 meter radius. Requires at least a single turn of preparation. Does not discern between friend or foe.
Description: Issechuuki was created for the sole purpose of disorientation, a method commonly used by the manipulators of the Sound Element. By focusing entirely on a method which induces neurological trauma, the user performs handseals, then musters a specific amount of chakra within their vocal cords. Once enough chakra is gathered, the user slowly releases the sound waves amplified by the chakra from their vocal cords by yelling, roaring, screaming, or any similar method. These sounds causes an audio disturbance, targeting the nerves within the affected's ear drums. In effect, the affected becomes stunned, succumbing to brief nausea, dizziness, and loss of balance for a single turn.
Domain: Ototon
