Ekitai Booei[/u] {Lit: Liquid Galaxy Safeguard}

Type: Defensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 30 Meters
Chakra/Stamina: Mid - High
Special: Allows the user to summon up to two orbs of spinning condensed water, each with a circumference of 1 meter. Two orbs can be summoned at one time, plus one more each time retrained in addition to 5 meters increase(travel distance). A rank increases strength and durability. The orbs symmetrically orbits around the user at thrice the speed of a fully thrown kunai and 2 1/2 meters away from the user. Able to neutralize and deflect Ninjustu and Taijutsu of equal rank and lower. Requires Chakra Upkeep- B rank per turn kept active. Requires source of water.
Description: After a hefty string of handseals the user uses the nearest source of water available to them to manipulate the water, causing it to billow into spheres of spinning waters that immediately begin to orbit rapidly around the users body. Since the user will have mastered the art of suiton the spheres acts as a automatic shield, aligning themselves with any and all incoming attacks. One orb and spin around the users chest or head while the other(s) orbit around his legs. It all depends on the user and incoming attacks. Given their seemingly 'auto targeting system' for attacks they can only stop/deflect attacks of equal quantity (I.E it would be fast enough to move and deflect two shuriken's, however if three are thrown simultaneously one would be likely to get past the orbs.

Special: Range depends on how many times Ekitai Booei has been retrained. Orb travels forward twice the speed of a fully thrown kunai. Orbs carry same properties and strengths equivalent to the maximum Ekitai Booei rank. A rank grants thrice the speed of Kunai. Achieving A rank allows the user to guide the orbs anywhere within its Ekitai booei range at the cost of A rank chakra per turn. Seal must be held and user stationary when Redirecting the orbs.
Description: After performing Ekitai Booei, the user has the option to allow Ekitai to take on a offensive role by casting forth its spinning, condensed water orbs towards the opponent. As it crashes into an opponent with force equivalent to maximum rank known, they explode with a 2 meter radius upon contact, creating a water source for techniques such as water prison jutsu. Takes 3 orbs for water prison to be achieved.
