脱兎の CHISOKU INADZUMA NO JUTSU

Special: Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu is an expansion of Shunshin no Jutsu. Meaning the uses correlate with Shunshin no Jutsu. One use of Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu takes away a usage of Shunshin no Jutsu. The user only needs to learn this once, to continue the usages of Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu one simply learns Shunshin no Jutsu over again.
Description: Everything is practically mimicked from Shunshin no Jutsu. However the only difference with Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu is raiton chakra is used to blind the victim whom is looking upon the user before the technique happens. This blinding lightning is enough to cause a simple distraction so anyone looking upon the user can’t read the Shunshin and where the user is headed. The simple blinding lightning appears automatically for the user, blinding anyone looking upon the user from 20 meters away and requires no extra timing. The potency of the flash obviously weakens the further the victim is from the user. Anyone 10 meters or less from the user is blinded for one post. Someone 11 through 20 meters away is blinded for half a post. Meaning this technique is practically the same as Shunshin no Jutsu minus the small blinding of lightning. Sadly however, this technique will surly give away the users location if they’re being stealthy.

Special: Denkou Kyuuzou is a technique exclusively known by Kumogakure no Sato shinobi. The technique allows the user to provide a sudden surge of Raiton chakra around a ten meter radius. This technique requires a quick amount of handseals and is then sudden. Additionally the user may only use this thrice within’ one thread. Each training improves the amount one may use this technique within’ a thread by one.
Description: Denkou Kyuuzou is one of the most useful techniques within’ Kumogakure no Sato. Because of its sudden attack it generally shocks the victim mentally and physically. The techniques ability is simple. When the user finishes the measly handseals a sudden surge of lightning appears wildly in a ten meter radius around the user. Any victim being shocked within’ this radius of the sudden lightning surge will be paralyzed for two seconds. Unable to properly move their body from that sudden surge or Raiton chakra coursing through their body.

メタリック METARIKKU SUMIYAKA NO JUTSU

Special: Like Kyodan Anshu no Jutsu this jutsu works on any throwing secondary weapon. Like Kunai or Senbon, some have been known to even use pencils or odd objects like ryo. Though the technique is B ranked, it is because of its difficulty in mastering it. However the chakra cost is around a C ranks worth each time the jutsu is used.
Description: Like Kyodan Anshu no Jutsu the user coats their throwing object with Raiton chakra. However the Kumogakure version is highly different. Unlike Kyodan Anshu, which focuses on the secondary weapons area of effect. Metarikku Sumiyaka no Jutsu focues on speed and overall force with the secondary object. Because of this coated Raiton chakra the secondary weapon travels thrice the normal speed of a normally thrown secondary weapon and pierces through flesh, bone, wood and stone easily. When the user is holding the secondary weapon they instinctively force a decent amount of Raiton chakra into the weapon. Giving it a vibrant blue glow which resembles Raiton chakra more than actual chakra. Once done the technique is finished and all that is needed is the user to throw the object. Once the object hits something and has pierced through it, this Raiton chakra will quickly vanish from the object.

脱兎の CHISOKU INADZUMA NO JUTSU: Needs a rank as to how far away the person can be from you and still be blinded. Obviously light traveling over distance becomes less potent and dangerous, and the blinding effect should probably remain within the normal range domains of C ranks.

波浪 DENKOU KYUUZOU: I believe that the only way to perform Release Ninjutsu without performing handseals is to obtain a Sealless Mastery for them. It says in the customs guide book that only exceptionally rare techniques will be allowed to be performed Sealless, and since the standard of the domain is handseals, this technique likely needs the same. Also, since the technique is a total paralysis technique, it will require either you to charge the technique for an extended duration (1 turn) or else have yourself be effected by it. I forced Laz to do the same thing with his Sound techniques - especially since there's no way to protect yourself from the technique as it instantly fills the area with chakra.

メタリック METARIKKU SUMIYAKA NO JUTSU: Needs to state somewhere that after the object has left your hand and has struck an object, it loses its electrical charge. I'm okay with this otherwise.
