Sougen ko (Great fields of grass)[/u]

Range: D-Rank Creates 10 x 10 meter square with a height of 3 feet.
Special: Cannot grow in sandy regions.
Description: The basic technique to a plethora of others, Kusa Akka utilizes the shinobi’s chakra in order to grow grass in the area. The user will form the needed handseals, and will then disperse his or her chakra in to the earth by slamming their palm against the earth, using their knowledge of Mokuton in order to quickly produce grass in the area with sprouts up within moments after creating the technique.
C-Rank: 20 x 20 Meter square. Height of 6 feet
B-Rank: 30 x 30 Meter square. Height of 9 feet.
Domain: Universal ninjutsu. Kusagakure exclusive jutsu.

Description: When a foe is trapped within the field of grass, after the user forms this technique four elongated vines of grass will whip up from the earth and grasp on the target's wrists and legs, chaining them down to the earth. Depending on the rank known, this technique ranges in strength. C-Rank has C-Rank strength, B-Rank with B-rank strength, and so on, which means that there will need to be quite some effort in order to escape from the grass prison that has been created. Due to both hands and feet being chained down, grabbing weapons, moving and forming seals will be highly difficult.

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Depends on user's knowledge of Souken Ko.
Special: Doesn't relate between friends and foes, so the user can get trapped in this technique if caught in the grass field, too.
Description: This technique utilizes the grassy field of Souken Ko, and causes the grass made to turn violent, being heightened with A-rank strength. After the technique is used the grass will begin to wrap around every part of whatever is captured within the grass field, tightening its grasp with each post that passes. Its name was derived from when usually if the victims are under the full height of the grass they would be choked to death by the technique, the grass wrapping around their necks and suffocating them. Especially when the grass is very tall, it can cause breathing problems if the grass is wrapped tightly around the chest, and can sometimes mess up blood flow in joints due to pressure. This technique is of A-Level strength, and is quite hard to escape from once caught within it as all the grass does once latched on, is worsen.

Rank: C, B, A
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Self.
Special: Creates thorns-like formations on the knuckles of the user, capable of stabbing and shredding skin or clothing. Similar to brass knuckles. Lasts for the duration of the thread without having to supply more chakra to the thorns.
Description: This technique allows the user- after performing the handseals and channelling their chakra to each of their knuckles- to form large thorns like that of roses on their knuckles, which are able to stab into skin, cut, shred and so on. This can be used in combination with punching attacks for added effect. The C-Rank version of this technique has the strength of a C Rank weapon, and the B-Ranked version equals to the strength of a B-Ranked weapon, and so on. They are not poisonous in any way, although after the technique is formed, the user can choose to coat them with poisons or liquids but only after the technique has been made.
