Denki waiyākiru (Electric Wire Kill)

Special: Highest rank learned determines strength of lightning damage. May only travel along 20 feet of wire when first learned, plus an additional 20 feet with each rank acquired.
Description: The user grabs one end of their wire and sends out a violent burst of electricity from their hand, running it along the length of the wire provided. Assuming the user trapped or tricked an opponent with the wire beforehand, the electricity will shock anything it comes in contact with. Some higher ranks of this technique have even been known to cause cardiac arrest.
Domain: Raiton. Must Have Ninja Wire. Kumogakure exclusive.

Kaminari no yubisaki (Lightning's Fingertips)

Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
Range: Hand's reach
Special: Causes little actual damage, best used in conjunction with water.
Description: Typically used as a last resort when one has been knocked down, the user can charge their fingertips with electricity and transmit the light shock through things such as thin puddles of water or even a human leg. The shock isn't lethal, but it has been known to provide enough of a painful distraction to provide the user with a speedy get away.
Domain: Raiton. Kumogakure exclusive.

Raimuraitoōbu (Limelight Orbs)
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary / Raiton Ninjutsu
Range: 15 meters above ground
Special: Up to 2 are summoned the first time, with 2 more each time this jutsu is re-learned. Orbs will may cause dizziness or numbness if passed through. Orbs can only be activated for techniques within a distance of 30 meters.
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a set of electrically composed, lime green orbs will appear in the air- each about the size of a soccer ball. The orbs shine brightly during the night time, like flares, but are dimmed during the day time. They will remain hovering in the air motionless, always 15 meters above the ground, until the user dispels them or they are used through some form of technique. This technique is used as a set-up for others.

Raimuraito kaminari (Limelight Lightning)

Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 20 meters
Special: Lightning emitted from orbs strike at the user's target of choice. Orbs utilized will disappear after use. Each is only capable of one lightning bolt.
Description: The user performs a series of hand seals and activates any number of their previously created orbs. The orbs activated will suddenly emit sharp streaks of bright white lightning, bolting the violent energy down towards the user's opponent of choice. Though the lightning is attracted to its creator's target, it gives visual and auditory giveaways before unleashing its fury, giving the opponent a chance to realize what is about to happen and react. Therefore, the more orbs used in conjunction with one another, the higher chance of success.

Raimuraito Sutoratosu (Limelight Stratos)

Special: Explosion from one orb expands with a radius of 5 meters, plus an additional 5 for each orb used. Will use up all of the orbs provided.
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user activates one or several of their orbs, causing each to explode and cover the sky with electricity. It can only shock objects or people who are airborne, however, as its electrical power expands horizontally. It gives a brief green flash when used, and illuminates the ground below brilliantly.
Domain: Raiton. Must Know 'Raimuraitoōbu'. Kumogakure exclusive.

Raimuraito bakuhatsu (Limelight Explosion)

Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 10 meter radius
Special: Up to 1 orb can be controlled at a time. Orb may only be controlled as it travels downwards once activated. It may not travel upwards or stop at any given time. Ram seal must be held to control orb used. Travels at a speed of 30 miles per hour and is incapable of making sharp turns.
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will hold the ram seal and one of their orbs will fall down from the sky. They can control the orb as it falls down from the sky to target an enemy of their choice, and once the orb touches the ground, it will explode in a flurry of debilitating electricity. Electric damage includes light burns and slight numbness of the limbs.

Raimuraito; MEGA (Limelight; MEGA)

Type: Supplementary / Raiton Ninjutsu
Range: 20 meters above ground
Special: Requires 8 orbs summoned by the Raimuraitoōbu.
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the orbs summoned will converge with one another in the sky, forming a single bright green orb. The giant orb will rise to 20 meters above ground, and can be seen from miles away due to its strong illumination. This is a set-up for other techniques.

Denki kaku-ha (Electric Nuclear Wave)
Rank: B, A
Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
Range: 30 meters, 40 meters
Special: At B-Rank, the wave crests at 15 meters high and 20 meters wide, traveling at a speed of 30 miles an hour. Damage includes light burns and numbing of the limbs. At A-Rank, the wave is 20 meters high and 25 meter wide, and travels at 35 miles an hour. Damage is heightened to light paralysis, burns, and sometimes even cardiac arrest- if the opponent is hit heavily with the wave.
Description: After creating the Raimuraito; MEGA and performing the necessary hand seals, the user revs up the limelight orb and enhances it with explosive lightning chakra. The orb then crashes down to the ground directly beneath it, glowing like a miniature green sun with its chakra, and spills into a beautiful wave of lightning towards the user's target. It does not discriminate between friend or foe.

Denki genshiryoku shawā (Electric Nuclear Shower)

Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
Range: 30 meter radius
Special: Flash is very brief, and the shower only lasts a few seconds before dying out.
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user taps into their previously created mega orb and causes it to explode in the sky. The explosion is bright enough to briefly cover the battlefield in a blinding flash of light, which is then promptly followed by a shower of bright green sparks of electricity. The sparks have the capability of igniting oil and other flammable elements, and can cause substantial burn injuries to those caught in its fury. The user typically carries an umbrella or shield to protect themselves from the devastating rain, as the electricity does not discriminate between friend or foe. It has also been known to be used in conjunction with water.

What's the range on Limelight Explosion? It says 0-10 meters, though I don't know if that's max distance away from the orb, the max distance it can travel horizontally after dropping, or the explosion radius.

Get rid of the bit regarding paralysis. I think this technique would work better by being just a C-rank technique and the range can be increased by retraining the C-rank (just a suggestion--you can keep it the way it is if you want, so long the paralysis is gone).

Change the "Range:" to be "Self" or "Hand's Reach".

Alrighty, edited the paralysis part out of the first- but kept the ranks solely for the purpose of enhancing the lightning damage bit by bit.

As for the second one, changed that too. From 5 meters to Hand's Reach. I only put 5 meters to gauge the distance the electricity could travel through a puddle of water... if that makes any sense, lol. I'm fine with Hand's reach, though.
