Range: 0 - 40 meter radius
Chakra: Low / Mid / High
Special: Technique begins with a range of a 10 meter radius, plus 10 for each rank obtained. Only lasts for 1 turn, obliterating any bugs caught in its radius in a quick flash. Can only harm those intended creatures.
Description: After issuing the hand seals, the user will emit a bright, almost translucent, sphere from their body. The sphere appears and expands in a flash, fine-tuned with just the right amount of electricity to debilitate and neutralize any small insects caught in its quick fury.

Special: Ram seal must be held to keep the technique active.
Description: After issuing the hand seals, the user will hold the ram seal and emit a buzzing, almost translucent, sphere of electricity. The sphere will surround them at ten meters all around, and obliterate any small insects caught in its radius for as long as it is active. It is fine-tuned with just the right amount of electricity to do so, and can only harm those intended creatures.

Kanari raito (Pretty Light)

Special: Affects bugs for as far as the eye can see. Lasts for a total of 4 turns before dying out. Does not kill bugs, but simply distracts them. Hangs a total of 40 meters high.
Description: After issuing the hand seals, a ball of tender blue electricity will manifest itself on the palm of one of the user´s hands. The user will then proceed by throwing this ball high up into the air, where it expands into a bright, bigger and well-rounded sphere of electrical energy. The sphere in question will hang there for a prolonged amount of time, glowing with a whitish-blue hue as it attracts any insects capable of flight in the area and distracts them from their previous duties. The bugs will attempt to crash into the light, but will harmlessly pass through to repeat the process once more.

Raitoningushawā (Lightning Shower)

Type: Offensive / Raiton
Range: 0 - 50 meter radius
Chakra: High
Special: Technique begins with a range of 30 meters, plus 10 for each rank obtained. Only lasts for 1 full turn, and it cannot distinguish between friend or foe. It hangs a total of 50 meters high.
Description: After issuing the hand seals, the user will form a ball of dashing yellow electricty on the palm of one of their hands. In this form, it serves no purpose, but when it is thrown up high into the air it will suddenly expand into a bright spherical source of light in the sky. The sphere in question will remain in the sky for the designated amount of time, immediately showering the ground beneath it with burning hot sparks when it stops- until it is gone from existence.

Purasubīkon (Plus Beacon)

Chakra: High
Special: Lasts for the entire thread, until the user dies or leaves. When used in battle with a comrade who has activated the ´Mainasubīkon (Minus Beacon)´, all projectile-based, raiton ninjutsu will increase in damage by one tier. Only works with projectile-based, raiton ninjutsu of C-Rank or lower. This ability cannot be stacked.
Description: After forming a connection with their raiton element on a subconscious level, the user will now be able to unlock the hidden potential they have with electricity during battle. The potential of ´Plus´, or positive electrons, is most typically used in conjunction with its counterpart, to charge each other´s ability and create amplified versions of their raiton ninjutsu.
Domain: Raiton. Cannot learn ´Mainasubīkon (Minus Beacon)´.

Mainasubīkon (Minus Beacon)
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary / Raiton

Chakra: Mid
Special: Lasts for 5 turns before an additional chakra cost of ´Mid´is taken. Can be deactivated at the user´s discretion. Requires a metallic primary weapon / suit of armor on hand, or at least 10 packs worth of metallic objects. For those without a primary weapon or armor of metallic nature, falling under the necessary 10 pack requirement will automatically deactivate the technique. User moves at a slightly faster speed when levitating.
Description: After issuing the hand seals, the user levitates using electrically generated magnetism- utilizing the metallic equipment at hand to help them with the endeavor. The levitation effect lifts them up a total of three feet, and is typically used to avoid any harmful or debilitating techniques that spawn from the ground.
Domain: Raiton.

I'm not sure lightning has anything to do with levitating even if you can repel and pull atoms it would not effect the users body. I could see this moving items or certain objects but not the user itself.

Thanks for your input! I figured using electricity to enhance the user´s own body wasn´t probable, so that was my reason behind putting the metallic primary weapon / suit of armor / 10 pack minimum requirement. To use them like floatation devices, sort of speakkk.

I understand. But you are rising yourself using "magnetism" not just sheer raiton + metal. For you to "rise" or to "fall" from specific points using magnetism there would have to be something over your head pulling the objects and something below you to pull on the object to bring you down. Maybe like throwing a kunai over your head and then using the technique you know? The only thing I would see happening by you using this technique on your weapons would be the effect of it magnetizing/pulling other metallic objects from your opponents arsenal nearer to your position; or repelling them, as well.

It doesn't matter. Magnetism related jutsu won't be accepted as Raiton techniques, sorry bro.

All the B-ranks should be changed to a cost to High. Increase the last two techniques to A-rank and it should be fine (the chakra cost can stay at High though).

Edit: For the last two techniques, move the first sentences of their special to domain.

This should probably be mid per turn active, rather than just mid.

I think its fine the way its described. It's a known factor that jutsu lasting for more than one round / turn would take up more chakra each round.
