Because of the Hozuki's physical makeup, hand-seals are not required in order to utilize this ability. The jelly spewed will be emitted like a arcing jet that engulfs a 5 meter width when first learned. Its properties directly reflect Gisan-Hisan.

Mainly used as a frontal assault to stagger or hopefully leave enemies at a disadvantage, it is also great for positioning. Can only be used in a linear fashion.

Description: Pumping water into their entire bod, feeding it to their muscles, the Hozuki's physical prowess increase greatly, but at a cost. Their entire mass increases, making them a giant standing nearly 10 feet rippled with large muscle. While in this form the Hozuki's speed is cut 50%

Description: Allows the Hozuki to quickly and constantly reform and break up into water to used both offensively and strategically. Used correctly the Hozuki change into a burst of water, unleash attacks utilizing their own jelly properties, or to better position themselves at the flank of behind enemies as well as use the water to knock back opponents. Based of hit and run tactics this is a good way to constantly dominate taijutsu oriented players as well as keep them off guard.

One thing that caught my eye is the amount of senbon that can be create at one time. I am going to say lower the intial amount to 10, plus 5 more each time retrained for a maximum of 50 spikes total. Also, how big are these spikes?

The way you word it makes it seem as if the spikes can be fired from their body. If they are just creating them from their body, I feel like this should be greatly reduced. Twice the speed of a kunai is incredibly fast, and to be simply projecting from the body makes it open to other things. Reduce it to kunai speed at most.

How long does it take the user to create these spikes? Since the technique does not require handseals, I would add in that it takes the same amount of time to actually begin it. I would say since this is indeed changing the user's body (in ths case, adding a defense), add in Hydration B rank at least. One last thing: how long can this be held?

. I have to say no to the shunshin speed. That infringes on shunshin. At most, use kunai speeds. IN this case, I would say the speed of a kunai. Also, assuming this is bulet-like in nature, add in that direction cannot be changed once initiated.

Again, the strength infringes on Gates. If anything, use percentages. I would say at most 200%, which is obviously twice as fast as normal. That is still a good increase.

How long can technique be sustaned? If so, how much chakra per turn? I would say if there body's are pumped up, jutsu requring handseals will be difficult as they are most likely not used to the large size. I would say B rank and lower ninjutsu can be used at most.

Comparing this to other similar techniques (Shikigami no Mai and Mizu Kawarimi, for example), I don't feel comfortable with this being passive. To be able to make the user invulnerable for one turn is an incredibly poteent abiity. At least make this A rank and bump chakra to Very High. Also, this should not be something a user can just spam for the heck of it: make this usuable once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.

How far does the knockback send a target who is hit? I would say 10 meter range at most. This needs handseals, please. I would feel more comfortable if this needed handseals instead of being instant, which is what it implies.

Sumihari is already approved, so it doesn't need to be re-evaluated, i only gave it a chakra cost; however I edited it somewhat with your suggestions in mind. It happens as fast as a Hozuki can alter their physical form into its Gelatinous/ water state. It wouldn't make since for it to have a charge state, being the Hozuki already has control over shaping their body and this ability plays off of that.

the ability is meant goo fast, being of the average speed "kunai" would make it pretty useless. Changed as asked, but made it twice the speed of kunai.

don't get what you mean. Hozuki are already immune to purely physical strikes due to Hydration. They don't really need mizu kawarimi. All this ability does is allow the Hozuki to use their hydration in harmony with attacks as Suigetsu does in Ultimate Ninja Storm. bThe chakra cost wouldn't come from this, but the Hozuki's hydration rank as it costs chakra to use it.
