Special: Each post can leave half a meter of ice on the ground (or whatever the rain coats) over an area with a 10 meter radius, plus half a meter in depth and 10 meters in diameter each time retrained. Cloud can be placed over an area anywhere within the user's 'Yuki no Kami' dominion.
Description: A seemingly simple jutsu, that creates a dark, brooding cloud high in the air. It lets out sudden downpour of rain. This rain, just before contact with whatever the user chooses, freezes into thick shards of ice, which in turn locally freeze whatever they contact.
Domain: Yukina. Yuki no Kami 'B.'

Tsurara (Ice Pillar)[/u]

Chakra: Mid
Special: Creates a pillar with a max base of two meters, and a max height of three. Range and strength of pillar depends on 'Yuki no Kami' rank.
Description: A simple jutsu, in which the Yukina creates a simple pillar of ice. It can be a cylinder or a cone in shape, and erupts upwards with an immense amount of force. It can be created anywhere--even in the air, so long as there is moisture to supply the creation of ice--and can be suspended there through the chakra used to create it.
Domain: Yukina. Yuki no Kami 'C.'

Hyoushou (Ice Mirrors)[/u]

Type: Supplementary / Clan Kekkei Touta / Hyouton Ninjutsu
Range: See special!
Chakra: High
Special: 'B' rank creates two mirrors, anywhere within their 'Yuki no Kami' rank. Stepping into them will instantly transport the user to the opposite mirror. Only the user or things they are touching can be transported between the mirrors. 'A' rank creates four mirrors, and adds the ability to send any of the user's creations through the mirrors. This technique has a three turn cooldown, and the mirrors last for five. If a new set of mirrors is created while others are up, the first set will disappear.
Description: The user creates ice mirrors, connected through chakra. They can then step into the mirrors to instantly transport themselves to the opposite mirror.
Domain: Yukina. Yuki no Kami 'B.'

Nami Burēka (Wave Breaker)[/u]

Type: Offensive / Clan Kekkei Touta / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: See special!
Chakra: Mid
Special: Spawns a powerful geyser at the chosen location. Strength and range are determined by 'Yuki no Kami' rank. The geyser lasts for two turns, but on the second turn, much of its power is lost and servers only to create water.
Description: A simple jutsu, in which the user performs the required hand seals and then contacts the ground with a bit of force (stomping, slapping, etc.). After, almost instantly, a geyser of immense power erupts from the ground at a chosen location.
Domain: Yukina Hiden. Yuki no Kami 'C.'

First Tech - I like it but what happens two the people under it? Does it freeze on them too and if so what are the effects of that

Second Tech - 1.2 Approved

Third Tech - I like this but have a hard time letting -Things the user creates- go through it at B Rank. I'd feel alot more comfortable with it if you changed it to 4 mirrors and made it A rank. As well at A rank you could keep jutsus going through it.

Fourth Tech - What does this have to do with Yukina? Seems like a normal Suiton to me

Also add Chakra Costs to them based on the new system please. Very Low, Low, Mid, High, Very High, Massive

First--It just coats whatever it touches in a thin (half meter) layer of ice. So if someone is beneath it, they will most likely be covered in a half meter sheet of ice. Edited to a 10 meter radius, rather than diameter.

Third--Made it multi ranked. B-rank creates 2, and only allows the user and what they touch. A rank creates 4, and creations can go through.

Fourth--Yukina has supreme water and ice control. That, plus they have the thousand water needles thing, which doesn't use ice at all. So that's why it's Yukina. If that's still not okay, then I'll be fine changing it. I made it a Yukina Hiden rather than a BL-only technique.

Also, they all already had chakra costs. o.o;

Tech One - I wouldn't really say a foot and a half is "Thin" xD But I'm okay with it 1.2 Approved

Tech Three - Great Edit 1.2 Approved

Tech Four - It just seems really basic, pushing up a Geyser. I feel like it should be Suiton but it doesn't really Need to be and it is your technique. Since I have no issue with it 1.2 Approved

Increase the chakra cost of the first technique to High for every round that the jutsu is active. Increase the chakra for the third technique to high.

That should be good.
