Sumi Yawatashirazu no Jutsu (Ink Maze Technique)

Type: Defensive / Ninjutsu / Secret Technique
Range: 40 meter radius
Chakra: Medium-High
Special: The more complex the maze, the higher the chakra cost. In addition, extra chakra can be used for larger walls. Walls are susceptible to damage, but will splatter on attack, all applied ink-effects active.
Description: The user makes use of a large portion of a scroll to construct a maze of their own design, upon completion, the user proceeds with actions mimicking a general summoning jutsu before an complex design of walls build around the caster, who acts as the current center. The labyrinth appears as white walls, and work around the current environment. The labyrinth stays active for five turns, though if continuously channeled, can maintain stability for as long as the user is willing to spend chakra. This skill has a 4-post cooldown, starting after the structure falls apart.

Sumi Sekkan (Black Stone Coffin)

Type: Offensive / Defensive / Ninjutsu / Secret Technique
Range: Self
Chakra: Mid
Special: The durability of the coffin equates to the highest rank trained in the ability. It is able to repel chakra of equal rank, and weakens the attack of one rank above. Anything else, will cause the creation to splatter after hit.
Description: The user paints a coffin that builds around a chosen target. the move is used to contain or defend a target. The ink is thick and durable, able to soak in much damage before its structure breaks. Other ink based attacks seems to be impervious to its effects, and will pass through - making the black coffin a semi-permeable membrane. Unless broken by a skill above, the coffin can soak up three hits before splattering. Ink effects transfer over to the coffin's make. This ability has a 3-post cooldown.

I would prefer it if the defense was multi-ranked (D-S) instead of relying upon the user's Gahou Tenrai ranking. As a whole, we're trying to step away from base techniques deciding the ultimate power of techniques. While there are still examples of base-rank determination, they are slowly being replaced with our up-to-date model of protective jutsu. Other than that, the techniques both look acceptable to me.

Kaykay. Uh, edited. I gave it a base rating of B, only because it feels a bit more advanced that the beginning canon ink techniques. If you want it D, C, B, A, S; I'll change it back to that

This should be multi ranked (D-S) like Lash said because it could help determine ranges depending on the Li Clan's base jutsu. Make it multi-ranked and this is all acceptable because thats all I see wrong with this other than the things that Devious has pointed out.

For your last technique you forgot to place in the domain "d-s" instead of "b-s" seeing as its multi-ranked now. Fix that and someone will give you your 2/2. But for now:
