Special Ability: All Ju Kenshi techniques used with Assaiken deals higher damage than the rank being used due to heaviness of the weapon. However, due to a lack of control of the sword, all Ju Kenshi techniques used with Assaiken requires more chakra to execute the techniques.
Description: A large sword appearing to be ordinary to the normal person, the Assaiken beholds much more than being just what its appearance dictates. Standing at a total length of 6 feet, the sword is extremely heavy, designed to tremendously increase the potential for damage and destruction of the user. Another thing to note about the weapon is its unmatchable hardness, capable of withstanding extreme power.

Special: Determines the level of control the user have over the sword's weight. Must retrain multiple times to use with all Ju Kenshi techniques. When retraining, Yuugen restarts from D-rank for every Ju Kenshi technique. Rank of the Ju Kenshi technique used must correspond to the rank of Yuugen to increase damage by one tier. Yuugen can only be learnt with possession of Arahoshi Assaiken. However, if the user loses possession of the sword after learning Yuugen, they are still able to use the jutsu.
Description: Without subtlety, the sword is but an iron bar. With the Arahoshi Assaiken, it focuses on the simplest of strikes but also the most devastating. Through gradual mastery of the weapon, the user gains the ability to integrate the weapon's weight into their attacks without being hampered at all, allowing for the most ferocious of attacks. Not something that is powered by chakra but a result of training with the sword, no stamina or chakra upkeep is needed.

I would like to see a base technique at multi-rank which allows the user to cast certain ju kenshi jutsu depending on the rank of this weapons base technique. I also feel that this should be S rank.

Added it, but still haven't make it S-rank. Please look over the jutsu first, and it still needs to be S-rank, I will do it.

So does the second technique allow the user to use certain ju-ken techniques? That's what I take it as (s = s, so on so forth). If not - there needs to be a technique like that.

You mean like how the Byakugan/Sharingan can trace elemental chakra but needs to be retrained to trace each release? I think it would actually make much more sense.

This quote doesn't make sense. Each rank attained in Yuugen should only allow the user to increase the strength of a Ju-Kenshi technique of equal rank by one tier, or else I can't see this working at all. This needs to be clarified.
