The Uchiha also wears white Sashinuki Hakama, (a type of traditional flowing Japanese "pants"), which is gathered at the ankles producing the "ballooning" effect. His footwear consists of flat pointed ankle-high boots (instead of sandals), also reminiscent of Mainland influence.

Draped both elegantly and steadily around his neck, a finely woven scarf. Its appearance alone speaks towards affluence as the pliability of its fabric is that of unparalleled quality. A lighter hue in contrast to his Kosode, the scarf itself is roughly within the same coloration range to be comparable to. Another accessory always worn as habit dictates are his leather arm guards.

☆ 外観 Body Appearance Ryūsuke; conflicted internally, his outer exterior clouds nothing reticent of a well-fit male specimen. Now appearing to resemble himself during his credulous age associated with young adulthood, Ryūsuke stands a projected five-seleven, and weighs approximately one-hundred and sixty-one pounds. Born naturally with almond, radiant purple eyes; the abhorrence that resides within his body is shrouded by the external splendor of his gaze. Both his facial and corporal complexion near sound, the young male has been given the admired labeling of eye-catching or handsome. Ryūsuke’s silk crimson red tinted hair is middling length, reaching just below his waist-line, expressing either down to the side.

To compensate for years of rigorous, strenuous training, Ryūsuke had sculpted a physique that indeed matches brilliance. His pectorals are far from harrowing, and his abdomen area, finely chiseled. His biceps and triceps are built for combat, though not exceedingly bulky. Broad shoulders and yet a judicious build. Not obese, yet not emaciated; that would describe Ryūsuke’s in general accumulative bulk. Along his right shoulder blade, and lower left thigh a rather daunting scars from his past battles , symbolizing though he has achieved great power, he has quite the way to go, some even concur that he uses those very wounds as stimulus to become stronger.

Speaking of complexion, Ryūsuke’s skin is near flawless as he expresses no blemishes on his face or on any visible region of his body. His skin tone is of lightly tanned, not to the point of typical darkness, but also not too pale, his appeal is considered that of bordering in the middle. Not expressing the typical Shinobi Attire, Ryūsuke attempts to not stand out as much, for reasons unknown. Some argue that it’s because he doesn't want to be a sight of Uniqueness which leads to being irradiated or bothered; which is quite the contradiction as he is in essence, uniquely different from most of the Ninja.

☆ 照準 Alignment Lawful Good
Lawful Good is known as the "Saintly" or "Crusader" alignment. A Lawful Good character typically acts with compassion, and always with honor and a sense of duty. A Lawful Good nation would consist of a well-organized government that works for the benefit of its citizens.

Lawful Good characters may sometimes find themselves faced with the dilemma of whether to obey law or good when the two conflict—for example, upholding a sworn oath when it would lead innocents to come to harm—or conflicts between two orders, such as between their religious law and the law of the local ruler.

☆ 心意 Personality Ryūsuke is a deferential young man, holding on dear to the morals in which his mother, Koi had instilled into him from a young age despite his upbringing. Punctual and well-mannered, you won’t catch this Uchiha speaking ill of anyone, regardless of how he actually feels towards them. Courteous and thoughtful to others, he doesn’t stray for doing the more nominal things that mean more in the long run to others. Most call him overly nice, or too respectful, and mistake this trait for a weakness. Nonetheless, it’s quite the opposite, as it’s an unconscious façade he displays to others which forbids intrusion into his mind. A defense mechanism to keep him mentally above his opposition.

A odd trait that the Uchiha tends to follow if cognizant of it or not is that Ryūsuke never showcases his full potential, or takes credit for anything that could potentially raise his recognition. Not one for the extra attention, Ryūsuke would much rather to keep his accomplishments to himself; after all, they were only a testament to what he did; he doesn’t need the verification from others to feel accomplished. Despite this act of isolation in such an area, he’s quite the gregarious person. Not shy to say a few words, even to strangers, the Uchiha is open to conversation.

Unlike most who hail from his Clan, Ryūsuke is in no such way branded a child prodigy. His skill and current level of intelligence (Which is quite high in comparison to others) derives from his own unparalleled strength of mind and willingness to try new things. He wasn’t given anything at birth that signified immediate achievements. He worked for everything he has today, which instilled a greater since of appreciation into the Uchiha’s heart. As such, Ryūsuke takes little to nothing for granted. With an open mind to pretty much anything, it’s allows better comprehension of logical and abstract ideas and practices alike; making it much easier for him to learn things.

A rational thinker when needed, Ryūsuke is quite the tactician. Able to conceive a number of possible outcomes to any given events, he can pick through his analysis and apply the best ending for the specified situation. Nimble-minded, he’s a quick thinker, and sometimes more instructive, a peculiarity trained from his childhood to present time. This is key for him in combat when faced with task that require a more clever approach.

Description: Agni is an ancient pair of gauntlets said to have been forged from the flames of Angi and dipped into the mouth of a volcano. Its existence was merely a fairy-tale for young children and genin. But if only they knew. Unlike most weapons it bears the appearance of a standard gauntlet, however, said gauntlet has been designed to resemble a dragon opening its mouth, foreshadowing its fiery breath. Its metals are of a gleaming pitch black with reddish-white gloves protruding from the mouth with the kanji sign for 'fire' upon its surface. No matter if the user is wearing them or not, the gauntlets incessantly releases tendrils of smoke from its flesh, giving the metal the appearance of being scorching hot. The secret behind this blades power is that it acts as a catalyst Katon jutsu, making up for the constant demand of hand seals. With a simple charge of chakra it allows the wielder to perform a specific list of Katon jutsu equivalent to the highest level of Agni's dominion known and lower without seals. Aside from its own weapon specific techniques, Agni can only perform katon jutsu that the user knows, so it varies from user to user.

Chakra Reduction II

Sharingan (Copy Wheel Eye)
Special: In order to unlock each stage, the user must RP through some sort of induced life-threatening stress that requires staff approval. Users normally will start with a dormant Sharingan; only the most competent, well made, original applications get the 1st Tomoe at the start.
Description: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it with ease, depending on the level of development reached within the eye. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe, comma like shapes of pure ebony that exist in perfect symmetry around the pupil. Only under the influence of extreme stress will the Sharingan evolve, and only after the user has endlessly trained their eye will its true skill come forth.

Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor reading of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

Description: The final normal evolution to Sharingan, the third tomoe fits symmetrically with the rest by creating a perfect triangular existence around the pupil. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body, in the form of a quickly processed mental premonition. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. Best of all, three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to cast unique genjutsu and incur deep hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing, or simply to force them to endure endless torture.

Special: Sleep, suggestion, paralysis, and memory recall last up to 1 turn, plus 1 more each time this jutsu is retrained. Cannot force a user to do something completely against their will, like taking their own life or that of a dear comrade, unless they have previous intent to do so.
Description: Upon unlocking the last of the normal secrets behind the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha begins to take full control of their blood powers. They are now able to essentially hypnotize anything or anyone that comes in eye contact with the Sharingan, inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". Finally, this level of hypnosis is capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, and even replaying certain, specific memories to someone.

Special: Object of reference must be on the user's body at all times, and must have the red Sharingan engraved in order to act as a medium (ring, coin, buckle, etc.). Allows the Uchiha to cast any genjutsu known to them merely through said object. Only one object on the clan member can be used at any given time.
Description: Utakata is a an advanced doujutsu technique utilized by those who have unlocked the Third Tomoe. Such is their prowess with genjutsu that the Uchiha can utilize any object on their persona as a medium to cast genjutsu in conjunction with Sharingan. Their target does not have to look into their eyes, as a mere glance at whatever the user has chosen will be enough. Once inside the illusion, the Uchiha can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Ninjutsu (忍術; Literally meaning "Ninja Techniques") refers to any technique that utilises chakra and allows the user to perform actions that a normal person otherwise would be incapable of doing. Unlike genjutsu, which causes the opponent to experience illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are actual and physical in most cases. Ninjutsu relies on chakra and, most of the time, hand seals to be effective.

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Finally, signing this contract also allows the animal to reverse summon the human ninja to their location.

Special: When first learned, a single Shadow Clone can be produced. Each time re-learned, one additional clone can be made, for a maximum of 5. However, when a clone is defeated or chooses to disappear, whatever remaining chakra within their bodies, as well as their knowledge, returns to the user. The only exception is 'Bunshin Bakuha', which sacrifices the chakra return for a grand explosion.
Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

  Description: A follow up technique to the regular Kage Bunshin, Bunshin Bakuha is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized by highly skilled and ranked shinobi in order for them to detonate a regular Shadow Clone at impressive levels. Once a normal Kage Bunshin is created, the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. The entire amount of chakra left within the clone forms the energy behind the blast, and although it lacks fiery properties, the sudden blast and subsequent implosion/explosion phase is enough to blast through rock easily, leaving serious dents in steel/metal creations

Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible.

☝ NATURE TRANSFORMATION 性質変化

Nature Transformation (性質変化, Seishitsu Henka) is an advanced form of chakra control. It entails the moulding and defining of one's chakra into an innate type of chakra nature, altering its properties and characteristics. Nature transformation is one of two necessary techniques for creating a technique, its counterpart being shape transformation. Few shinobi can use both shape manipulation and nature manipulation.

Chakra mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.

Description: As its name implies, the Mist Waltz is just that – a vicious mist expelled by the user through their mouth at high speeds, which, when in contact with any form of flame, will create a napalm like explosion, enhancing the fire and even creating disastrous fires which quickly spread and burn. The user must be careful however, as any Fuuton jutsu of equal or greater rank could easily blow back the mist and turn the effects on the user.

Comprised purely of a most intense fire, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the fire clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's fire-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.

Description: An upgrade to the 'Endan' technique, this allows the user to expel an even greater stream of fire now that they are more adept at controlling their Katon chakra. With the stream of fire, they can quickly shoot off several larger fireballs in quick succession, resulting in an overwhelming set of blasts all carrying an explosive fate.

Special: Although flames do not travel far, their intensity allows them to burn short range objects down easily, resulting in 'A" ranked area of effect damage.
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Special: Distance of fireballs and intensity of flames depends on the highest rank known of 'Enkou Shinka'. Up to one fireball can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

暑い Atsui Haigara no Jutsu (Silent Flame Geyser Technique

Chakra: Mid
Special: Heat spreads all around the user with them in the center; thus the radius of the heat depends on the user's highest geyser can appear depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Ground cannot be moist or wet in general. Additionally, if the technique is in play and rain is brought upon the area the technique will cease. Although the user is not damaged by the heat, their heat can still set anything nearby ablaze if it's susceptible, which in turn CAN harm the user. Suiton jutsu 'B' ranked and above can automatically cancel the heat.
Description: Once the user performs and finishes a string of handseals, the ground the user stands upon will heat up. The heat is so extreme that anything within a specific radius will slowly melt. Due to this, any caught victim will find their movement's decrease considerably, their footwear stuck due to the fusion of heat and melted material. Even better, if the opponent isn’t wearing any footwear the technique will cause first degree burns upon the soles of their feet and grow into second degree burns if they remain atop the burning ground for too long!

Special: The point of contact on the ground becomes the mindfield's center area, meaning the user cannot trigger their own explosion. Size of minefield and distance flames explode upwards depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Minefield explodes all at once when activated, and lasts 1 turn, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: After completing several handseals, the katon user proceeds to touch the ground. Once contact is made, the user's accumulated katon chakra is instantly transferred, making the area become a live landmine. The ground will seemingly be unaffected so any possible hint is physically impossible, unless one has chakra sensing capabilities. Anyone that comes into contact with the area that is not the user will trigger the highly effective flames from beneath, resulting in a thick and extreme amount of heat rushing up around the entire radius. In order to trigger the mine, foreign contact must be made and held for at least one second.

Gouryuuka no Jutsu (Great Dragon Fire Technique) ^150exp

Special: Can make up to one dragon head that measures 5 meters in diameters, plus one more each time retrained. Dragon heads travel in a straight line roughly a bit faster than most thrown projectiles. Upon contact, they produce a wide, 10 meter explosion that results in widespread, fast moving napalm.
Description: An evolution of the Great Fireball, the user is now able to take the flames expelled and morph them into fast moving projectiles. Fierce and potent, this Katon ninjutsu allows the user to expel fireballs in the form of a dragon’s head after forming the needed hand seals. Shot from the mouth, these powerful fireballs can punch through concrete and wood with ease, and leaves a terrible fiery explosion in its wake.

☝ GENJUTSU 幻術

Genjutsu (幻術; Literally meaning "Illusionary Techniques") are techniques that are employed in the same fashion as ninjutsu, requiring chakra and hand seals. However, the primary difference between the two is that the effects of genjutsu are illusory; instead of attacking the victim's body, like taijutsu or ninjutsu, genjutsu techniques manipulate the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, thus causing a disruption in their senses. According to the Second Mizukage, genjutsu fittingly falls under the broad category of Yin Release.

Taijutsu (体術; Literally meaning "Body Techniques") is a basic form of techniques that typically does not require chakra, though chakra may be used to enhance its techniques. Taijutsu generally require no hand seals to perform, occassionally making use of certain stances or poses, and are much quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Besides the Template renovation itself, the only edit I made to my character statistically is altering his jutsu. Dropped Kai ^25exp and Iajutsu ^25exp and simply added another Katon bunshin. That coupled with my previous jutsu purchases instituted Chakra reduction 2.
