This is a revamp of the sword Nara-Kami Giving it some actual techs to go along with the sword. I also added a small History nothing Big just so the sword doesn't appear from no where.



History- Reikon no Narukami (Spirit of the Thunder God)

NaruKami, an legendary blade that was forged up in the highest mountains of Hi no Kuni. This blade was forged during one of the most intense lightning storms that ever passed through the lands of Hi no Kuni, it was said that the blade was struck by lighting that night. It was with that the story of this blade begins, once it was forged it was bestowed upon a family outside of Hi no Kuni, the reasoning behind all of this was to have someone truly master the powers behind the blade. Which is why the blacksmith chose to hold a contest to see whom he would bestow the blade upon, the contest consited of multiple test that didn’t only test the strength of the people who wanted to wild the blade. The blacksmith that forged the blade was a wise older man, he didn’t want to dump this sword into just anyone’s hands he wanted to make sure it was in the hands of someone that could take care of the blade properly while using it for the greater good.

Once the trails for the blade were over, it was clear who deserved the sword and the blacksmith knew it. It was a young promising boy from Kumogakure, he was the last known person to posses the blade. But this boy was no average boy, he was one of the legendary ninja’s of Kumogakure he was also the head of the Kuroso family. With Narukami, The Kuroso boy went on to become a figure of power using the swords great powers at his disposal. Because of this it brought great fame to the village of Kumogakure and his family name, from that point on the blade was passed on down through his family until it finally came across a woman by the name of Rei Kuroso, the granddaughter of the man who first wielded Narukami. She held onto the blade for as long as she could before it was stolon from her during a raid, she was never sure what happen to nor had the time to go after the people who had stolen the blade.

The man who stole the blade were said to have taken to hide it away,they thought the blade it self was too powerful and should not have been held by anyone even if it was a family air loom, it was said that it had been returned to the man that forged it. Once the blade was brought back to the Blacksmith, he didn’t understand how it ended up in his hands again. The blacksmith was last seen in a small town outside of Kumogakure, what would become of the sword now no one will known until someone hunts him down.

Special: The blade is a catalyst for Raiton chakra, allowing the user to manipulate their own Lightning-based techniques with much more ease. By simply charging Raiton chakra into the blade, the weapon acts as a medium, and grants the user the activation of Raiton techniques A-Ranked and under, also for each rank of Jutsu cast there is a charge time. The charge time for each rank would be equivalent to one rank less than it would normally take to complete the hand seals.

I.E Bob the ninja wants to cast an C ranked Jutsu, he has no mastery's in the release. Bob would have to charge his sword for the amount of time it would take him to do a D ranked amount of hand seals.

Legend tells of the blade being struck by lightning, granting it the ability to attract and manipulate Raiton energy. The sword itself has an slight purple hue, glowing endlessy due to electrical properties it possesses. The hilt of the sword is colored blue with three stars going down the center of it, while the blade is shaped like a scimitar with a long curve. It also has the print of a tiger carved into the left side of it. The secret behind this blade's power is that it acts as a catalyst for Raiton Jutsu, making up for the constant demand of handseals. With a simple charge of Raiton Chakra into it, Narikamiken allows the wielder to instantly perform any Raiton jutsu equivalent to the highest level of Narukamiken's Dominion known without handseals. However, because of it's speed and special ability, it causes all Raiton techs being used in conjunction with the blade will take less time to charge, specifically one tier less than the users normal.
Cost: 75,000 Ryo.

Chakra: Chakra usage depends on the Technique being used in conjunction with the blade.
Special: All who come to possess Narukamiken must learn the blades abilities and it's advanced control over the Raiton nature. The user can only cast Raiton Jutsu that they have knowledge of that are A ranked and below as long as the rank of the attack corresponds with the users Ability to wield the blade. Also any Raiton-based technique performed with Narukami the casting time will be reduced by one tier.
Description: The user learns to execute the abilities of Raiton unlike any form before. The effects of jutsu used are not augmented in any way, except the casting time due to the removal of handseals. With a simple swing, thrust, or by simply pointing it at the target while feeding Raiton chakra into it, Narukamiken activate it's ability, performing the technique from it's body alone.

* Currently relic's are not being accepted on the site, however, seeing as this is a revamp of sorts I am not sure, so I'll check it regardless. Also, not sure if this needs to be in the site format for such things either i.e restrictions, image, description etc.

* The history reads to me like a mixture of a history and plot. Is anything going to come from this, regarding plot (i.e the small org outside of Kumo) or is it purely aesthetic?

Rank needs to be moved below. Regarding the special section, it needs to state that even though handseals are not required, the 'charge' for such technique's equals the same length that it would for raiton handseals (or a tier less seeing as it could give a bonus?). Not sure if there needs to be an increase of chakra consumption by two tiers for this sword. Perhaps, just edit it so a 'x' amount of chakra is needed to initially pump the raiton chakra into the blade, and then the additional chakra cost of the jutsu i.e A-rank raiton used = A-rank consumption + 'x' amount for activation.

The description is fine, however not sure why it is forged in Hi no Kuni when the history surrounds Kaminari no Kuni / Kumo and is raiton-based?

Not sure if these other technique's are needed for the blade such as Lightning Flashes, Prison etc. As stated in the sword special here this is just a medium for the use of the users own raiton technique's, therefore, the a normal blinding flash ninjutsu could be used through the blade.

1. First off I would like to say that this weapon is not a relic, it was locked after Genbu and other staff decieded that weapons that can cast Sealess Ninjutsu shouldn't be able to be purchased by anyone aka If no one has it it has to be quested for.

2.Just added the history to give me a reason to quest for it, I have been setting it up for like a month and as soon as I get out of what ever you wanna call it in Taki I'll be questing for it. But If that's not allowed I'll change it up, or expand it to make sense for the weapon if it's req.

If you clicked into the thread where the sword was created you would see that it was raised two tiers higher chakra consumption because it doesn't req seals to cast it, But if it's what I have to do I'll rework it so that it has them casting times in it.

Lightning Blade- the Techniques range is 30 meters, no matter what rank it is the Chakra blade can travel up to 30 meters before it either disappears or until it hit's it's target.

Last but not least- There is another weapon of the same caliber that is currently being held by Faust Uchiha, it also has it's own set of Jutsu along with the ability to cast all known Ninjutsu.

Foremost: I agree with Vega; I will not pass any custom that allows the user to instantly cast a jutsu. Handseals are used to help a shinobi focus when melding his chakra—being able to cast a jutsu without handseals simply means you do not need their aid to mold your chakra, but you will still need to mold it: while I would be ok with reducing the time it would take to cast a jutsu(vs how long it would have taken with full handseals), an instant cast is not feasible. The increased tier cost can be removed as a result of this, assuming the reduction is legitimate.

As for the Jutsu: To be honest, Vega is right again: these are all, for the most part, general Raiton Jutsu, and I don't see why they should be restricted to requiring the sword to use, as their is nothing special about the weapon outside of the fact that it allows you to utilize sealless Raiton. That's much different than, for example, Estilo's weapon which has its own unique Taijutsu because of the way its structure alters. That said, I'm find with you creating jutsu to go along with the weapon, though I'd like you to make them a seperate thread from the weapon, for organizational purposes.

Lightning Blade: Does this blade's shape resemble the means by which the blade was struck? If you make a horizontal swing, will the blade be horizontal, etc? Also, remove the cast time by rank and replace it with max distance by rank; 30 meters at all levels is a bit far.

Light Flashes: Range needs to be reduced to better suit the effectiveness. Also, I don't see you feasibly being immune to this; if the blade is using chakra to create a brilliant light source capable of blinding people, I do not see how you would be immune to this light.

Lightning Prison: Needs an upkeep

Narakamiken's Wrath: Range is way too large. Also, you have Low-Massive as Chakra Cost, but this ability only has one rank, which needs clarified. I'm not comfortable with the paralysis stacking, as that can be exploited to chain 10 seconds of paralysis, which is absurdly strong. All in all, I'm not a fan of this ability, as it feels like Lightning Clones, just...wolves.

Don't take this as me singling you out or being rude, but this is irrelevant; if that weapon has issues, I will bring them up, however, I will not pass something solely because something that may or may not be similar was passed some time in the past.
