Personality:

Most of all, Axcel is a cheerful individual; lighthearted, animated, fun-loving and enthusiastic in all that he does. A sanguine, almost mischievous grin is constantly plastered onto his face. Life is joyful for him, especially when surrounded by his friends. He is a boundless source of optimism, able to see the better side of virtually any situation at hand, dark as it may seem. Worries seem far away from him, carefree as he is. Oftentimes, he's a bit over-the-top, so cheerful and carefree that he's taken as immature and childlike—this is true to an extent. Most of the time, he tends to overdramatise any given circumstance. He can, however, have his surprising moments of insight. A few additional quirks worthy of note is his tendency to randomly fall asleep, possibly suffering from narcolepsy as well as his habit of subconciously stripping down to his boxers. A bad habit he still hasn't realized he picked up.

Confidence is something the boy has in plenty. A bit cocky, he believes in himself, and that he can do anything he might set his mind too; whether other people believe it to be impossible or not is irrelevant. His confidence supports and is supported by his limitless resolve, an overflowing source of willpower within him, that pushes him far beyond the limits of his psyche and body. Axcel's friends are very important to him, and are key in supporting his confidence and resolve. As such, he is an extremely loyal friend and trustworthy companion, and would endanger himself without a second thought for the sake of his friends.

Due to this sense of loyalty, Axcel's demeanor can shift extremely should his friends be threatened in some way. A more serious and no less resolute Axcel can come to the forefront. Though this is rare, it only serves to strengthen his resolution; the will to protect through the strength of his bonds. No longer carefree or lighthearted, he feels the full weight of the situation and refuses to back down.

The boy is stubborn to a fault, refusing to give up, superfluous as a task may be. So, too, is he headstrong—a combination of traits which often endangers himself or even others. His sense of pride only aids in fueling his stubbornness and eagerness to compete, regardless of the consequences. Patience is not a virtue Axcel holds, and is thus a rather impatient person. Though he is empathetic toward others, he can be a bit naive and sometimes even oblivious to what is going on around him.

Axcel's obsidian hair is cut spiky and jagged, somewhere between short and long. His amber eyes are generally full of life and tend to have a carefree glint to them. Being easily excitable, people tend to often see Axcel's cheerful demeanor displayed by his eyes and grin. Lacking any clear blemishes, the youth's skin is fair in color and soft to the touch. Though slim, his body is lean and sports a taut muscular frame, a token of his immense physical prowess. One item, of sentimental value, is always worn by the lad about his neck: a silver chain necklace boasting a snowflake pendant. The snowflake itself is a six-pointed emblem which is styled to appear as six blades about a single focal point. On the back of the pendant, "Zenryoku" is carved into the metal.

If this is learned, the user automatically gains the effects of Hyouton Ryuuken (Ice Dominion), and as such does not need to learn it as this can be used as a substitute.
Description: Able to manipulate Ice better than the rest, the Yukina Kekkei Genkai specializes in the accelerated recomposition of Hyouton chakra, able to create surdy, powerful creations within seconds. Serving as the basis to the Yukina's ability, their advanced Ice skills has earned them the nickname 'Gods of Ice'.

Special: While in the mist, the enemy's mobility and taijutsu may be affected. A normal punch will lose some of its force and their ability to summon their chakra may be slowed. As the rank increases, both of these effects increase in effectiveness. All caught in the mist, including allies, fall prey to its effects.
Description: The Yukina causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in a thick snowy haze. Used to their own jutsu, the ninja are much more effective inside it's effects than their opponents. The haze is extremely cold, and exerts a freezing pressure upon foes that reduce the effectiveness of their muscle and chakra output. Those who have fought a Yukina within the mist and lived to tell about it have said it was like 'wrestling a bear after not sleeping for a week.'

Description: Hyouton • Tsubame Fubuki is a secret Yukina n Hyouton ninjutsu technique that, although basic, can be deadly with proper use. After a few brief seals, the clan member will create ice swallows which they can launch at their opponent at high speeds. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target.

Special: Causes a 1 meter area around the impact location of any one 'Tsubame Fubuki' to freeze completely. Each time retrained grants one more meter. If the swallows miss and strike a wall or the floor, they create a sharp icicle with base diameter of one meter and a height of one meter.
Description: An extension of 'Tsubame Fubuki,' upon the use of the 'bird' seal, the Yukina's swallows emit a blue glow. Once activated, they not only furiously pelt their target, but encase the area of impact with ice. If these swallows miss and strike a wall or the ground, they instead create large icicles.

Description: As its name implies, this specializes secret Yukina ninjutsu allows the user to detonate ice creations into a sea of high-speed ice shards. As long as the ice creation is within range, they merely observe it and focus their Hyouton chakra on it, allowing for detonation moments later.

Shimobusou (Frost Armament)

Chakra: Mid per turn with an additional mid every time the shape is changed.
Special: Creates an armguard around the user's wrist, which can be expanded and manipulated up to 1/5th of the user's 'Yuki no Kami' dominion (10 meters at S Rank). Strength and defense of the armguard is also determined by the user's 'Yuki no Kami' rank. If broken or dispelled, the user cannot recast this technique for another two rounds.
Description: The user performs the required hand seals, after which the user forms an armguard of ice around their wrist. The armguard is persistent once created and will remain around the user's wrist until they either run out of chakra or dispel the jutsu manually by forming a single seal, causing the guard to unhinge itself from the user's arm. Upon creating the armguard, the user can manipulate it's form by simply exerting additional chakra (low), causing the ice to expand or retract near instantly. Despite the change in size, the armguard's weight remains unchanged.

Special: Creates a pillar with a max base of two meters, and a max height of three. Range and strength of pillar depends on 'Yuki no Kami' rank.
Description: A simple jutsu, in which the Yukina creates a simple pillar of ice. It can be a cylinder or a cone in shape, and erupts upwards with an immense amount of force. It can be created anywhere--even in the air, so long as there is moisture to supply the creation of ice--and can be suspended there through the chakra used to create it.

Sensatsu Suishou (Death by a Thousand Flying Water Needles)

Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the clan member either kicks water into the air with their foot or gathers some from the air and surrounding environment. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand long needles. Directed to a specific target at high speeds, these needles then come raining down while leaping backwards before impact so as not to get caught in the crossfire. In the end, the needles surround the target from all sides, providing no form of escape whatsoever.

Yuki Tessan (Ultra-Defense Ice Dome)

Description: Known as the Yukina's absolute defenses, this technique summons a sphere of solidified ice aimed to surround the user's body for protective purposes. This ice dome is made as a defensive measure against the outside world, or even for stealth purposes when used in conjunction with other techniques. Combined with the clan member's unique control over Hyouton, the ice dome is hailed as one of the strongest elemental defenses known to man.

Yuki Bunshin no Oni (Demonic Ice Clone)⁴⁰⁰

Description: A unique and advanced cloning technique, it is avalable only to member of the Yukina Kekkei Genkai simply due to their extreme control over ice. Unlike a standard ice clone, a Yukina's clone is able to perform any Ice jutsu the user knows, and still retains the lesser Ice Clone's explosive properties.

Special: Each post can leave half a meter of ice on the ground (or whatever the rain coats) over an area with a 10 meter radius, plus half a meter in depth and 10 meters in diameter each time retrained. Cloud can be placed over an area anywhere within the user's 'Yuki no Kami' dominion.
Description: A seemingly simple jutsu, that creates a dark, brooding cloud high in the air. It lets out sudden downpour of rain. This rain, just before contact with whatever the user chooses, freezes into thick shards of ice, which in turn locally freeze whatever they contact.

Description: One of the Yukina's unique skills involves their unparalleled controlled over all things water and ice. In this case, when faced with any ice creation, theirs or not, the clan member may revert it back to its inital state of the water. The same applies for freezing large bodies of water.

Yukisuberidai (Ice Sliding)

Special: User's maximum movement speed is doubled during sliding. Can only perform Ice jutsu while sliding. Can be held for one turn before needing a cool down, plus one more each time retrained; cool down equals the amount of posts used to slide. While sliding, only Hyouton jutsu may be used.
Description: A simple ninjutsu meant to exploit the Hyouton user's skills, this technique allows the shinobi to essentially cut their travel time down in half. After a few simple seals, wind and water come together below the user's feet, creating a fast moving sheet of ice which the user rides on as if it were a surfing board.

Hyourou no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique)

Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at their intended foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around the victim and imprison them within second. At the same time, the user can also use this technique as a defensive countermeasure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.

SUITON 250

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Suitenhoufutsu (Sky and Water Convergence)

Special: Only one person can be trapped at a time. However, every time this jutsu is learned again, the user gains the ability to imprison one extra person with an additional prison. Water comes forth from the ground right below the user and moves fast, without warning. If target is running across a surface of water, the prison moves twice as fast. Same effects as Water Prison apply.
Description: Suitenhoufutsu is a suiton ninjutsu technique which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target, like Water Prison, yet without requiring the user to keep it steady by keeping hand contact. After the user does a string of hand seals, they summon the water, and can then use this water to drown his target, keep them imprisoned, or even torture.

Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)

Range: 0 - 40 meters
Special: The waves are delivered through the user's mouth and proceed to rapidly flood out an entire area. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles. Flooding depends on how long the user spends time spewing water, and is measured on a 'per turn' basis by height, width and length, until 40 meters are met on all measurements.

Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.

FUUTON 150

Kamaitachi (Cutting Whirlwind)

Special: Size of tunnel opening measures 5 meters, and wind blasts can travel 10 meters; each time relearned, the mouth grows by 5 meters and the blast itself travels an extra 10 meters..
Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling wind chakra at either their weapon or limb, the user swings it around and brings forth a most intense tornado, coming out from the weapon/arm. Once it strikes the user, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.

Dai Kamaitachi (Great Cutting Whirlwind)

Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling chakra to a limb or weapon, the user executes a large swipe, letting loose an intense wind in a one hundred and eighty degree cone. The winds are razor sharp, cover a wide area, and can cut through trees like butter.

UNIVERSAL 660

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)¹⁰

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)⁷⁵

Range: 0 - 10 meters
Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Shunshin-Kawasu (Shimmering Flicker)

Special: Gives the user the option to side-step, curve, shimmy or even shimmer on a whim during a Shunshin, rather than remaining moving forward. Sidestep distance takes away from the Shunshin's total traveling distance.
Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the ninja can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous sideways move. Useful when evading tricky attacks, or when wishing to confuse opponents.

Description: Nearing their Shunshin mastery, the user has nearly mastered all the aspects behind the high-speed movement. Not only can they now move about freely at such impressive speeds with little restrictions, but they are now able to move so fast that copies of themselves are left behind, perfectly resembling their master for a brief moment in order to provide confusion for the enemy. Only chakra sensing methods will be able to discern the faux presentation, but everything moves so fast the opponent is often left without time to react, turning them quickly into a victim.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)²⁰⁰

Special: When first learned, a single Shadow Clone can be produced. Each time re-learned, one additional clone can be made, for a maximum of 5. Please remember that regardless of the amount of clones made, the chakra is still divided evenly amongst all bodies!
Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Bunshin Bakuha ( Shadow Clone Explosion)

Range: 15 meter diameter explosion
Special: Initially, only one clone can be detonated at a time. When re-learned, one additional clone may be exploded simultaneous with each purchase.
Description: A follow up technique to the regular Kage Bunshin, Bunshin Bakuha is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized by highly skilled and ranked shinobi in order for them to detonate a regular Shadow Clone at impressive levels. Once a normal Kage Bunshin is created, the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. The entire amount of chakra left within the clone forms the energy behind the blast, and although it lacks fiery properties, the sudden blast and subsequent implosion/explosion phase is enough to blast through rock easily, leaving serious dents in steel/metal creations

Description: The most basic technique of Tenjouken, this lays the foundation for the entirety of the style. It is a training of the body and a utilization of it to its utmost potential. Description: Standard Tenjouken technique. A technique that stresses speed. Whether a punch or a kick, the user aims to attack using the shortest path to the enemy--that is, a jab in a straight line as opposed to a hook, or a lower-body kick as opposed to an upper-body one. The "shortest path" changes with every movement, giving this technique a unique versatility.

Description: When fighting against another Taijutsu user, Tenjouken users find that the best defense is in a good offense. That is, when they are put on the defense, they instead attack. When moving to guard an attack, instead of simply blocking or swatting the attack away, they strike at the body of the incoming attack in order to stop it (i.e. if a punch is coming, instead of swatting it away, the user will strike at the forearm or elbow of the incoming punch, thereby deflecting and attacking at the same time). If a weapon is used, they attempt to close in and strike at the body holding the weapon.

Special: Allows the user to change momentum in midair, and adds a boost of momentum equal to one jump. Can be used once per jump, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: By kicking against the air and utilizing chakra similar to the way it is used when walking on water, the user is able to "double jump." This can be used in any direction, for a second upward boost, to alter momentum midair to avoid an attack, or even upwards to plummet to the ground with a boost of momentum.
