Starting at the top of his head, Ikki's hair is blonde. So blonde in fact that it is sometimes mistaken for being white. Thus people around him mistake the boy for being much older than he really is; leading to some very awkward results. Many people will see Ikki as someone older than then and naturally defer to his decisions when many times Ikki is the same age or even younger than that person.

Ikki almost always has a bandage somewhere on his face. Whether it's across his nose, under his eyes, on his forehead, or wherever; the boy is constantly training and sparring and always has something to show as proof of that. Moving down, Ikki's eyes are a bright hazel color with flecks of dark green. It seems that he is always smiling and because his face is rather elastic for a normal person, Ikki always smiles incredibly large. After years of training and sparring Ikki has developed a strong jaw that can take a lot of punishment.

Ikki has broad shoulders and a torso that shrinks as it moves towards his waist. Ikki's years of training have erased most of his body fat and his body is lean rather than overly toned. He wears mostly a long sleeve white Henley t-shirt. Over which he wears either a red sweater vest or a red vest. On his hands Ikki wears either the wrappings of a boxer or black gloves. Ikki's legs are long, long even for a regular person. He is always finding it difficult to find pants that fit his length. He wears dark brown pants that stick close to his legs to avoid any snagging during battle. On his feet he wears black ninja sandals.

Cool, Collected: On the outside, Ikki prefers not to show too much emotion. He goes through life relatively quiet, not "showing his hand" as the saying goes. Ikki knows that by listening instead of always being the one talking, one can learn much more about their situation. Ikki is famous for his poker face, being able to drop all emotion in an instant if he really wants to. His friends can sometimes get frustrated when they don't know what he is thinking.

Emotional, Passionate: While Ikki refers to stay calm and cool, that isn't what always happens. It doesn't take much for Ikki to get riled up or for something to make him upset. Ikki tries to hide it, and a lot of the time he is successful, but when he is not it is painfully obvious. Ikki can get stubborn and vindictive, seemingly without reason. In this state the boy will not take advice or consoling from anyone, he prefers to work these things out on his own. It's only his closest friends who know what to say to get the boy out of his funk.

Confident, In Charge: Ikki is also one to look up to, he prides himself on being a good role model for younger children. Ikki's dream is to one day be a teacher, and he has cultivated the personality for it. He likes to be in front of people and he likes to have a plan of action. Ikki likes to see his plans through to the end, and bring everyone along with him. He prefers to be in charge and leading the group if possible. Think of the cool upperclassman who everyone looks up to and you get a clear picture of this boy.

Honorable, Merciful: This is another part of Ikki's personality that he is very proud of. He finds it gratifying to be honorable and merciful to enemies and friends alike. He likes to do things for his friends, without asking for anything in return. In battle this comes out especially, he likes fair fights where everyone is one the same level. He only kills when he has to and prefers to knock someone out as a way to win a fight. When he knocks someone down he likes to let them get back up and try again rather than jumping on them and hitting them when they are down.

Self Sufficient, Independent: This is the part of Ikki's personality that has been created because of his preference for stay cool and collected. People who are not his friends sort of miss Ikki, they don't notice him as readily as others who are loud and boisterous. Because of this fact, Ikki has learned to be independent and at this point prefers that. He loves his friends and likes to be with them, but he really does cherish his time alone. Ikki knows how to take care of himself, something he learned from his time alone, away from people.

  Description: One of the first things a Tumbler has to learn: how to fall. Or, more accurately, how to fall without getting hurt. Light on their feet as they are, the user can reduce the impact of many Taijutsu techniques simply by leaping backwards at the last second. As a second part of this technique, the user contorts their body in air so they land without unnecessary injury. This technique has a few obvious limitations, namely an inability to thwart piercing force, Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. This technique is also ineffective at ranks higher than what is currently learned by the user.

  Special: Shunpo is a high-speed movement in which the user travels in a linear fashion from one point to another. Usually facilitated with some sort of distraction (smoke bomb, explosion, or something of that nature to obscure one's vision), the user of the Shunpo can, in some cases, appear to have simply teleported from one location to another. The user can Shunpo once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
  Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.

With a great burst of chakra at either their hands or weapons, the user quickly returns the technique back at the opponent, in full effect.

This allows the user to shoot them at high speeds under the wind manipulation, adding rotation and tumbling power to increase the speed of normal weapon attacks, as well as its deadliness.

  Description: With the user’s weapon in hand or their limb extended, they will channel chakra across it so that when the weapon or limb is swung, a strong wind current comes forth. This current, although not heavy enough to do any threatening damage, can in fact knock opponents over, as well as severe loose sediment across the ground, bring up dust and whatever else lies on the floor. Useful for creating vision inhibiting storms, knocking people off balance, covering one’s tracks, escaping, and many, many more!

  Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling wind chakra at either their weapon, the user swings it around and brings forth a most intense tornado, coming out from the weapon. Once it strikes the opponent, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.

Upon activation, a flick of the wrist, twirling of the hand, etc. will command the wind to do things such as altering an incoming kunai's direction, creating sharp rifts of Fūton-imbued chakra, etc. The higher the user's rank of the jutsu, the more powerful his or her manipulation will be.

  Description: This jutsu takes Fuuton chakra in the form of lifting the body's overall weight and aerodynamics around the human body. This jutsu gives the saying "light as a feather" to a new level. As the needed hand-seals are formed, the user or a nearby being/object will be coated with Fuuton chakra, slowly descending to the ground without fear of fall or gravity biting them in the ass. This doesn't give them the ability to fly, but rather the ability to avoid the consequence of a brutal fall, like a feather in the air.

  Special: The explosion is more powerful at the site of detonation and becomes weaker the farther the opponent is from it. Distance at which wind bomb can travel depends on the user's Kiroku Gaijuu range, and range of explosion measures 1 meter. Each time retrained, explosion range goes up by 1. However, after every fifth retraining, the consumption will go up by one.
  Description: The user holds up a hand after performing a short series of handseals. Their chakra is focused into this point, and a small, swirling green ball is created as wind is tightly compacted. The bomb is then thrown, and upon contacting a solid object will detonate. The explosion has roughly the same power as an Exploding Tag.

  Special: Fires up to one bullet per use, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, the consumption will go up by one. A half second cool down exists between bullet shots. Distance bullets travel depends on the user's Kiroku Gaiju.
  Description: The user performs a set of handseals, ending with Tiger, and holds it. Chakra is focused into the point at the tip of their fingers; a bullet-sized and shaped ball of green energy begins to form. By aiming at an opponent as if using a gun, they can fire this streamlined pellet. It travels at twice the speed of a kunai thanks to a decrease in wind velocity around the bullet, and packs the same amount of power when it does hit. The drawback is that it shoots in a linear path and, like every other object, is pulled down by gravity as it travels. The farther away the target, the less likely it will be to connect.

• Shinkū Taigyoku (Vacuum Great Sphere)

  Special: Creates a 10 meter wind blast in the form of a large ball that can travel and crash into anything the user targets, producing a nasty explosion of torrential slicing winds soon after. Distance at which wind sphere can travel upwards and outwards depends on the user's Kiroku Gaijuu range, and the size of the wind blast is equal to the size of the ball. Each time retrained, size of ball increases by a meter. However, after every third retraining, chakra consumption will increase by one.
  Description: After a deep breath, the user will allow the air to mix with their chakra; compressing the mixture into a large ball of wind to be expelled with great force. Flying at impressive speeds, this jutsu soars towards its target in attempt to crush anything within it's path. The force of this wrecking ball can match the concussive force of many exploding notes, barreling through jutsu of equal prowess.

  Special: Blast measures between 10 meters, pierces barriers 'B' ranked and below, and can stack 'B' ranked bonus damage each time retrained. However, after every third retraining, the consumption will go up by one. This technique requires no hand seals when used with a fan type weapon; however, the technique will requires seals if the arm is used to facilitate it. Distance at which it can travel depends on the user's Kiroku Gaijuu range.
  Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling chakra to a limb or weapon, the user executes a large swipe, letting loose an intense wind in a sixty degree cone. The winds are razor sharp, cover a wide area, and can cut through trees like butter.

If I did the math correctly I should have techniques that equal: 2000 exp. 1000 for being a character and an extra 1000 for being a transfer.
