Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

Description: At the second stage, the Sharingan is able to not only detect the differences in chakra nature before them, but also whether a creation is real or fake. Their chakra reading abilities have becomes so refined that, when faced with the uncertainty of a possible enemy clone, an instant visual inspection reveals all. Useful when outnumbered.

Description: The final normal evolution to Sharingan, the third tomoe fits symmetrically with the rest by creating a perfect triangular existence around the pupil. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body, in the form of a quickly processed mental premonition. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. Best of all, three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to cast unique genjutsu and incur deep hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing, or simply to force them to endure endless torture.

Description: Utakata is a an advanced doujutsu genjutsu technique utilized by those who have unlocked the Third Tomoe. Such is their prowess with genjutsu that the Uchiha can utilize any object on their persona as a medium to cast genjutsu in conjunction with Sharingan. Their target does not have to look into their eyes, as a mere glance at whatever the user has chosen will be enough. Once inside the illusion, the Uchiha can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Special: Sleep, suggestion, paralysis, and memory recall last up to 1 turn, plus 1 more each time this jutsu is retrained. Cannot force a user to do something completely against their will, like taking their own life or that of a dear comrade, unless they have previous intent to do so.
Description: Upon unlocking the last of the normal secrets behind the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha begins to take full control of their blood powers. They are now able to essentially hypnotize anything or anyone that comes in eye contact with the Sharingan, inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". Finally, this level of hypnosis is capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, and even replaying certain, specific memories to someone.

Finally, ms can keep up, comprehend and predict motion up to 12 meters per second. Keep in mind that regardless of foresight and prediction, in order to avoid incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed, agility and RP ability will ultimately control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The final evolution to Sharingan, and is said to be the greatest level of Sharingan in existance. Mangekyou is not one form but many, manifesting uniely in ech of the user's eyes. Powerful enough to be said to have at one point controlled the Nine Tailed Demon Fox, very few in the history of the clan and the shinobi world have been able to achieve this level of power and control over their bloodline. But once they do, a whole new wealth of power is obtained. On top of the bonus attack each evolution has, MS doubles and even triples every form of potential a 3 tomoe Sharingan may have.

Susanoo (God of the Sea and Storms)

Special: It is up to the clan member to describe their own unique form of MS for this attack. Can only be accessed by both eyes. Can be used up to 10 times before blindness sets in. Susano'o is capable of defending against a single 'SS' ranked strike, and can deal 'S' ranked damage with each attack. Keep in mind that if the damage is more than the defense, the attack will go through. However, damage is not accumulated onto Susano'o since it reforms near-instantaneously after being struck. In other words, the only way to break through the skeleton would be to place all of the damage at once, in a concentrated point.
Description: Susanoo, named for the God of the Sea and Storms, is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a sword wielding spectral form which will surround the user. This jutsu is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. Susanoo will first form around the user as a skeleton. In its earliest form, users can only manifest some of Susanoo's skeleton, such as producing a ribcage that can be used as a defense, or even making an arm to interact with one's surroundings. Because these skeletal structures do not entirely surround them, users can move around much easier. As users can gain additional control, musculature and skin begins to appear on the bones. It grows to its full size and the user is completely surrounded, eliminating the vulnerabilities of the skeletal form. The user can also change the size of it to fit the current situation. Susanoo eventually develops into a "complete" form, with skin, armour and its final arsenal of weapons finally manifesting. It anchors the user to the ground at this stage, preventing opponents from forcibly moving them unless they can get through Susanoo's various layers. The final form of Susano'o varies from user, as do specific details. One such specific are the variety of weapons this phantom-like creature can conjure on a whim. These vary from swords; shields; whips; daggers; and the list goes on. Like other Mangekyou techniques, usage of Susanoo will damages the eyes and health of the user.[/spoiler]

In the next turn, black clouds will form, releasing an intense, heavy flammable rain of oil onto one’s targets.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

This allows the caster or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well, as long as they keep the chakra to their feet steady.

After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.

The user cannot create more batches of sharks until the original five are defeated. The sharks do not distinguish between friend or foe. Requires a water source.
Description: Goshokuzame is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the power of Suiton, and although slightly unconventional due to its environmental prerequisites, nonetheless powerful and deadly. After the user forms the needed hand seals, they will place their hands on the surface of the water in order to transfer their chakra. From here, a shark of condensed water will emerge from each of the user’s fingertips, ordered only for one thing – to attack, maim and kill all opponents who reside in the water below.

This jet cuts through the surface and can pierce through stone, resulting in quick death unless the opponent can predict or foresee the water and move out of the way in time.

Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Projectile Technique)

Special: Due to the nature of the attack, the dragon can strike available aerial targets as well. If the dragon’s head is severed from its body, the lost appendage reverts to its natural water state and the remaining severed stub attached to the water source can re-grow once more. Description: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is one of Suiton’s strongest ninjutsu, mainly because of its impact force and its ability to attack enemies in the air and on the ground. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike at their target. Upon striking its target and ensnaring it in its aquatic maw, the dragon explodes with great force, flooding all nearby and providing an ample amount of water for more Suiton techs, should any enemies remain standing…
