Rashoumon, or "Hell's Gate" is the forbidden technique which involves summoning a gate from hell itself. This gate that is capable of blocking almost any attack, to the point it has adopted the moniker of the "ultimate defense". After a blood sacrifice, the user puts forth both hands, instead of one as is common in a summoning. As a result, the absolute gate comes forth, keeping the user as safe from harm as their training allows it.

Restrictions
1. This unique summon requires an extensive quest to obtain. Likewise, only one person may possess this summon at a time.

Kuchiyose: Rashoumon (Summoning: Hell's Gate)

Considered to be an ultimate last line of defense, Kuchiyose • Rashoumon is a forbidden summoning ninjutsu. The user can summon the great gates by drawing blood from their hands, and then slamming their palms to the ground. Almost instantly, the large demonic gate drops down from the sky, right in front of the summoner and in between whatever dangers are coming their way, its snide wry grin worn, taunting the enemy. Only a very powerful impact can mar the gate.

Note: This technique can withstand a single high-impact technique (such as Hirudora and other powerful abilities), or multiple low-impact techniques that might equate to a more powerful one in the long run. Either way, this summon is incredibly powerful in terms of defensive nature.

Kuchiyose: Sanjuu Rashoumon (Summoning: Triple Hell's Gate)

A perfected version of the original, Sanjuu Rashoumon now allows the Gashira to bring forth three gates at once for improved defense. One Rashoumon gate alone was said to be their ultimate defense, but with this variation the user can summon three of the gates in succession to help block an even greater incoming blast. Because the gate requires two summoning calls, the user will bite both thumbs to initiate the contract and call. It is said the creator of this technique made it famous by withstanding the blast from a bijuu in a battle long ago.

Note: This summoning is so powerful that it was shown to safely protect the user from a bijuu dama, albeit being destroyed in the process. It should be noted that this explosive power was used in the non-perfected form, and that a bijuu dama from a full-sized tailed-beast will have far more dire consequences. Still, this should give a rough idea of how much these three gates and withstand.

Used mainly by extremely powerful or physically dominating opponents, it aims to smash the opponent and even cause extreme extranal damage, such as broken bones. Less graceful and more physical, strength is key behind these techniques, as well as an overall sense of balance. In short, a Goken master is not to be taken lightly.

Restrictions
1. These jutsu are available to any and all shinobi.

MASTERY
Tier 1 - Futaeken: Despite the brutal nature of their fighting style, users of the Goken style are rather quick on their feet. Because of this, they're capable of performing exceptional feats in hand to hand combat. Because of this, once per turn, the user may perform two Goken techniques in one action (so long as it's physically possible).

Tier 2 - Shatsu no Ken: Whether through rigorous exercise or indiscriminate altercation, the Goken practitoner's lifestyle has left them better equipped to handle the heavy demands of releasing their body's chakra gates. As a result, their recovery from Hachimontonkou usage is decreased by one turn.

Tier 3 - Tekken: Practitioners of the Goken style are known for the sheer brutality of their techniques, from the most basic and rudimentary to the most elite and forbidden. Masters of this style boast impressive high-impact capabilities, giving them a higher chance to damage their enemy with blunt force. This mastery gives the user a 25% chance to break the victim's bones (1 - 25 on the dice roll) with Goken techniques of E - D rank; 50% chance with Goken techniques of C - B rank; and 75% chance with techniques A - S rank.

Special: Up to one punch and kick can be performed per use, plus one more of each one each time retrained. May be learned 5 times (4 retrains).
Description: Without warning, the user launches themselves at the opponent from whichever stance they were holding at whichever angle they can come in, and proceed to deliver a barrage of weak but quick punches and kicks.

Dynamic • Entry (Dainamikku • Entorii)
Rank: D
Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: Low.
Special: This technique's "entry point" is, by default, 1 meter. Each retraining increases the distance the user can leap forward for their kick by one meter (for a maximum of five meters). Despite being a rather lengthy jump, this technique is executed rather quickly.
Description: After encountering a distracted opponent, the user leaps towards an opponent from their blind-spot, delivering a quick, deliberate kick to the face that is meant to catch them off guard and knock them out.

Reppuu (Violent Wind)

Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: Low.
Special: Affects up to one opponent per kick, plus one more each time retrained (for a maximum of five), as long as opponent's are within leg's reach.
Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user moves low to the ground, dropping and delivering a spinning kick to sweep their opponent off their feet.

Senpuu (Whirlwind)

Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: Mid.
Special: This attack can strike one person with full force, plus one more each time retrained (for a maximum of five).
Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user charges at their target and quickly spins their body in place, performing a flying round house kick on those opponents within the user's range of attack.

Dai Senpuu (Great Whirlwind)

Type: Offensive
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: Mid
Special: This technique launches the victim back two meters, plus one more each time retrained (for a maximum of six meters). The number of people this technique may effect depends on the user's Senpuu count.
Description: The second evolution of Senpu, the user now charges at the opponent with such force that their kick now delivers considerable power, to the point bones could be broken.

Gouriki Senpuu (Strong Whirlwind)

Special: This technique launches the victim back a total of five meters, plus one more for each time retrained (for a maximum of ten meters). The number of people this technique may effect depends on the user's Senpuu count.
Description: The evolution of Senpu, the user is now familiar with the gathering of momentum and the releasing of such power into a singular strike. Such is their control that force delivered knocks the opponent far back, as their strikes are amplified.

Raiken (Thunder Fist)

Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: Mid
Special: If struck in the head, the victim will be severely dazed for a total of two posts (25% reduced vision, 25% reduced hearing, 50% reduced balanced). If struck in the stomach the victim will vomit.
Description: Yet another wild and unpredictable Goken technique, the user proceeds to rush at their opponent with all their might, jump and then spin to gain momentum, so that they may lay a powerful strike onto their target.

Shoufuu (Rising Wind)

Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: Mid
Special: Successfully connecting with this technique will send the victim flying five meters into the air.
Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user will perform a highly swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon they are wielding, sending either or flying in the air.

Omote Renge (Front Lotus)
Rank: B
Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Must have at least the first of eight Hachimontonkou gates open and active in order to perform.
Chakra: High
Description: Omote Renge is a specialized Goken taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. After finding a way to send the opponent and themselves aerial, the user proceeds to wrap their arms around their opponent to prevent escape. As the pair begin their fall back to earth, the user begins to spin downwards at a high rate of speed, driving their opponent head first into the ground. At the last moment the user themselves release themselves and jump to the clear. Though the technique injures the opponent greatly, it also takes a toll on the user's body as well.

Kaigansho (Rock Destroying Rise)
Rank: A.
Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Chakra: High
Special: This rush is linear and twice the user's normal traveling speed. This technique has a 25% chance to break whatever bones it may strike (and does stack with the tier 3 mastery).
Description: Using their other arm as support, the Goken master proceeds to rush into their opponent at faster speeds than normal, leading their elbow in order to smash whatever they have chosen in. Although the rush itself is in a straight line, the power behind the strike is such that anything caught in its wake will surely feel the pain.

Ura Renge (Reverse Lotus)
Rank: A
Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: x2 High.
Special: Attack exists in four stages, with each stage's success increase the likely hood of the next. Battle Mod/Judge to determine success of combination based on RP between user and victim. Amount of times the user can "pummel" an opponent in the air equals 5 times, plus 1 more each time retrained for a total of 10 times.
Description: To utilize the Ura Renge, the user will open the first Three Celestial Gates. Then, like Omote Renge, the user quickly moves beneath the target and [1] kicks them upwards. While in the air the user will then [??] pummel their opponent throughout the air with high speed Taijutsu attacks to weaken them. Then at the apex of this attack the user will [1] strike their opponent in the chest towards the ground. To deliver full power, the user then moves in close to their opponent and delivers a hard downward [1] palm strike to their chest causing them to crash into the ground with massive damage.

Asakujaku (Morning Peacock)

Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: High x2
Special: This attack deals a fatal amount of damage to the victim. Like other abilities of its nature, if struck by the first blow, the subsequent strikes are considered to have automatically hit.
Description: The user first opens the Sixth Celestial Gate Keimon, which gives them access to an enormous amount of chakra. Using this tremendous burst of power and speed, they will then approach their opponent in a distinctive stance. When near enough, they will kick their opponent and launch them into the air, from which they will proceed to strike multiple times, causing the distinctive peacock fan of flames to develop. The feathers of the fan will be formed by the super-sonic movement of the user's fists, and the high speed creates friction in the air, setting it on fire. This then rends the air into a flaming shockwave which winds up destroying the user's target. Finally, after being struck, the opponent will then fall back to the earth, covered in the strike's aura.

Hirutora (Afternoon Tiger)
Rank: S
Type: Offensive.
Range: 0 - 20 meters
Chakra: Massive
Special: Explosion equals half the tiger's overall travel speed, and tiger head measures approximately 10 meters, moving in a straight line at whatever the user is aiming at. Can travel up to 10 meters, plus 10 more each time retrained, for a maximum of 50 meters.
Description: One of the strongest Goken techniques. The user first opens the Seventh Celestial Gate Kyoumon, which gives them access to an enormous amount of chakra. Using this tremendous burst of power and speed, the user will form the needed hand positions and unleash a punch which focuses a massive amount of air pressure into a single point. This pressure point then explodes in a single instant, causing a massive blast range. Because the technique is taijutsu and not made of chakra, it can not be absorbed by ninja skilled in chakra absorption.

Totzuen is a very average-looking person. His height stands only at six feet and his muscular capacity is only at a moderate level. He rarely works out yet does it in his free time. Blonde waves of grain topple to his shoulders permeating a golden glow. His hair has a powerful combination with his emerald eyes because of his uniqute facial structure. He is usually always smiling at first glance but one could easily tell this man has much more to show underneath it all.
As the role of tsuchikage he puts on a face of responsibility - somewhat of a mean mug that lets others know he isn’t in the mood. Totsuzen accessorizes almost every day but usually only wears a pair of shorts with cloth around his wrists and ancles. Although he looks somewhat a fighter he tends to look very laid back at the same time - giving off a free spirited nature. The chinmoku no tebukuro rest nicely along his hands with the fingers cut out of it. Although his body is tan he seems to take on a lighter shade than most of the shinobi that dwell within Iwa no sato but this is entirely due to the fact he were born within otogakure no sato - a place of shade and comfrot.

<li>If one were to unrobe him they would find a plethora of religious tattoos painted upon his body that connect only to the middle section of his bicep. Most say that his body tells the story of his life – something of significant he's done every year since he'd turned eighteen. These tattoos, which stretch around his body, tell of his travels through otogakure – the tyrannous ruler that divided the nation in four parts. Many scars can be seen covered up by these tattoos – scars from the wars he had been put through as a teenager – so young to the life of war yet so attenuated to the fact of his strength. Although he doesn’t amass much facial hair one can tell at first glance that he is over the age of twenty.

Tsukara, the Shell of the Earth

Type: Primary / Melee / Sword
Description: A modified Wakizashi with a blade that extends just slightly beyond the natural length of a wakizashi. Though longer than a standard Wakizashi, it is shorter than an average Katana, with a blade length of 55 cm from base to point. The weapon is fashioned in traditional Japanese sword style, with a curved blade and sharp on both sides. At the end of the blade exists a thick (1/2 inch) and wide (1/3 inch), circular guard of a dark green color, with a grip of the same color that extends down about 11 inches, allowing for easy two-handed use, although still capable of one-handed use as well. The weapon is devoid of a standard pommel, and instead simply tapers off. It is sheathed inside of a dark green, metallic sheath, which causes a slight ringing sound whenever the blade is withdrawn quickly. When wielded by a Doton user, additional abilities may make themselves known, although it is important to note that using the techniques can cause an extreme strain of chakra and stamina.

Special: Establishes the area of earth a user can control for their techniques. Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned.
Description: The basis behind the majority of Doton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very earth around them. 'Earth Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Doton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the earth around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Description: Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Doton affinity. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. This allows the user to protect themselves from a variety of physical attacks, both ninjutsu and taijutsu. The defense is not perfect though, as a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.

Special: The whirlpool is created with the victim(s) always at the center. User’s Earth Dominion rank determines the size and range of the whirpool. The higher the rank known of this technique, the larger and more dangerous the churning rocks, boulders and the whirlpool itself will be.
Description: This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock, allowing them to create a circular whirlpool of earthen death for their opponent’s to enjoy. When the ninja forms the needed handseals and slams their palm to the ground, surrounding rock around their victims will begin to churn and twist up crushing all those trapped within it.

Doton - Suiraitei no Jutsu (Earth Torpedo Technique) ⁴⁰⁰

Type: Offensive / Doton Ninjutsu

Special: Range of torpedos depends on the user's highest 'Earth Dominion' rank. As long as the last seal of the jutsu is held and the user stands still, they can control the torpedo to go anywhere they wish, as long as its within the 'ED' range. Up to 1 torpedo can be made, plus 1 more each time retrained. Torpedo travel at kunai speed underground, and will automatically detonate at the end of the round it was summoned if not used by then. Torpedo explosion range is 5 meters, spreading chakra, energy, and earth shards everywhere.
Description: Using their earth release, the user creates one or more torpedoes filled with chakra. Forming handseals, little rocks filled with chakra will be shot through the ground, seeking a target. They are able to control these rocks as they travel through the earth, and can force them to explode on demand via a small surge of chakra.

Special: Range at which river can be created and width of the river depend on the user's highest 'Earth Dominion' rank. River originates from the user's feet, and moves at the speed of 1 meter per second, plus 1 more each time retrained for a maximum of 10 meters per second.
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud. This river suddenly materializes flowing at fast paces completely against the direction the opponent is moving, making movement very, very difficult. The river itself shoots in a relatively straightly line, and as the user's rank increases, so does their skill with this technique. Excellent for slowing people down and facilitating escapes, as the mud itself is highly constricting.

Special: Range of projectile travel distance depends on user's 'Earth Dominion'. Dragon head measures 5 meters and can fire off 5 projectiles, fist-sized, at the speed of their 'Earth Flow Rivers'; each time retrained, 5 more projectiles are added, for a maximum of 25 projectiles.
Description: One of the strongest Doton jutsu, mainly for its power and spread, but also for its total lack of dependency of an earth source. After the ninja creates the river of mud before them out of thin air, a few handseals are performed, and a grand dragon's head emerges. The beast proceeds to quickly open its maw, shooting out sharp mud projectiles from its mouth towards anywhere its owner wills it, covering a wide area.

Special: 'Low' chakra up-keep per turn. Range and size of prison depends on the user’s level of Earth Dominion. Walls can hold up to attacks of equal or lower rank. However, when struck with an 'A' rank attack, the wall will crumble and the user is forced to recast it. Can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user slams his fists to the ground, sending their chakra into the earth so that it will rise up and over their target, imprisoning them in the form of a circle. Unlike Earth Dome Prison, this jutsu does not enclose over the targets. Through her years as a kunoichi of Konohagakure no Sato she had gone from a meek little girl afraid of disappearing in her families shadow, a bitter teenager who did her best to dabble into any and everything to make her strong, then to a vile woman who destroyed everything she touched to better herself and dominate those around her. Specifically men would fall to her beauty and charm and be put down in their fit of lust. However, the Man Eater is no more. Through the last few years the ferocity of her rage has calmed.

Upon meeting him however she has found a reason to be happy and caring and take pride in others as much as she had once in herself. As Hokage, despite her tenor still in its infancy, Kohana looks to strengthen what forces she has and safety net her already battered village so no other catastrophe preys on it once more. Above all else she shows she cares and shows she is determined to do anything necessary to bring Konohagakure back to success. Only thing that seems to depress her is thoughts of him. The inadequacy she felt in comparison to her family has switched with him, striving now to keep rising in rank to stand besides him and not behind him.

Being a good head taller than most Hyuuga women, or most women in general, she prides herself in her looks. Skin is a pale milky white, soft and smooth. Her figure itself is rather curvy and quite endowed, which she subtly shows off for her own need for attention. Her legs especially are long while her arms are normal for her height and weight. Facial features are pegged as the epitome of grace, it being somewhat heart-shaped yet with full lips, somewhat small yet defined nose, normal sized ears, perfectly shaped eyebrows, and high cheek bones. Atop her head her hair, dark as raven down, falls to her lower back and tied near the end with a white ribbon bow. Her pale, empty eyes have a curiosity yet deep anger seated within its depths.

APPAREL;

Completely discarding her Flak Jacket, Kohana adopted a style of her own that didn't promote either the Hyuuga nor Konoha. Where most men's eyes would go, her breasts, one would notice that covering her torso was that of a black corset with white ribbon laces tying the back up as well as white seams creating a zigzag pattern, much the like the tie in the back, across the front. Because there isn't anything attached to the bottom of the corset, like a skirt or dress like most, her navel sometimes shows depending on her movement.

The rest of her outfit is what makes people turn their heads. Kohana wears short black shorts with a black skirt over top that has slits up the sides, but the skirt's design is what catches people’s eyes. There is a white pattern that looks like people being consumed by a white lightning. A very elaborate and disturbing pattern indeed, but most never dared to ask. For footwear, Kohana wears a pair of black stiletto type shoes that look fashionable but still have heels that allow for easy running without too much pain. The only thing adorning her arms is a silver chain around her left wrist that seems to be missing a charm. Finally, around her neck, she wears her Konoha headband, the only thing that distinguishes her as a kunoichi from the Leaf.

Special: Allows the Hyuuga to see up to to 359 degrees all around them, in all directions, and through many surfaces, including rock, cement, and even metal; only special chakra barriers can block a Byakugan out. Byakugan is also able to magnify and zoom, effectively seeing every small insect in the area and even see the infrared spectrum, allowing clan member detect things through their body heat. The maximum distance is 1KM. Finally, because the Byakugan can essentially see chakra and everything around it, it can detect illusionary chakra (Genjutsu) in order to defeat it.
Description: As its name implies, the Byakugan is just that, a featureless white eye that can occasioanlly posses hints of blue-gray and lavender, respectively. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge, representing the sudden chakra activation that makes the doujutsu possible. All members of the clan possess and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken it. Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. With this vision, the Hyuuga can see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. Finally, one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style - the Gentle Fist.

Hakkeshou Kaiten (Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin)

Special: The dome is capable of blocking a single a-ranked technique, while capable of fending off b-rank attacks and below indefinitely. Description: Like many of the Jyuuken techniques, Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye, including an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings, so that the member to see all angles around them. As such, if an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu and, simultaneous to the release, begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack. Said to be a Hyuuga's ultimate defense.

Description: Once the Hyuuga is comfortable envisioning their Hakke domain and establishing it as their own personal striking grounds, they are taught the art of striking and sealing tenketsu. Moving their hands and arms and bullet like speeds, the Hyuuga extends their palm towards their enemy, and leads with both hands outstretched, so that their fingers land first - 2 strikes, then 4, 8, 16, and finally, 32 tenketsu. As the victim is caught in attack, they are temporarily paralyzed if they are touched even once. Although the result isn't as drastic as 64 or 128 strikes, it can nonetheless close off a specific type of chakra flow within the victim of the Hyuuga's choosing.

Hakke Rokujuuyonshou (Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand) [100]

Description: The second level of Hakke strikes involves doubling the previous 32, although with a few notable differences - Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line only. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. Like with the previous 32, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent, thus limiting their opponent's ability to use jutsu much greater than ever.

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou (Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand) [150]

Presuming it is divided, each victim will suffer full paralysis for only one turn. Regardless, victims will no longer be able to use chakra for the remaining duration of the thread.
Description: The final level of Hakke strikes involves doubling the previous 64, and like its younger brother, remains passed down only through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. As the amount of strikes is double from before once more, the Hyuuga ends up striking 254 accumulated times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times, leaving their victim paralyzed and without chakra.

Description: Of the few non-main Gentle Fist techniques, Juuho Soushiken is nonetheless an attack to be feared. After gathering chakra into their fists, the Hyuuga will skillfully spin and rush towards their target in order strike them. Spectral heads of pure, Hyuuga chakra will then form around their fists, forming two large lion-shaped shrouds that can be used to attacks the opponent. Because of their nature, they can move past solid defenses and attack the opponent internally. Best of all, because of the chakra's nature, any contact the claws have with the victim's chakra network results in immediate chakra loss - a condition made likely with the tenketsu revealing powers of Byakugan.

Description: Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, a member of the Hyuuga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user in the form of a single handtap, or even when the enemy attempts to touch the Hyuuga or trap them. It is also useful when the Hyuuga has been bound by an enemy, targeting weak points in the prison that they see with their Byakugan with their sudden chakra rush in order to dispel it. This technique was made legendary when its creator employed it to save themselves from sudden crystallization at the hands of a Shoton master.

Description: Once the Hyuuga understands the art of summoning energy all at once into a single, fine strike, they are able to execute with the same precision, but from a distance. Extending chakra from their body, the Hyuuga will thrust their palm at the target, sending out an vicious wave of wind that can knock the opponent back greatly.

Hakke Hasangeki (Eight Divination Signs Destructive Mountain Fist) [300]

Description: Yet another variation to the Palm thrust, this is the grandest creation of all. Putting both hands together and gathering all of their chakra, the Hyuuga pushes forth with a great amount of chakra, large enough to topple buildings, take down summons and push them back, or repel equally strong attacks. The final Hakke version, this jutsu is not to be taken lightly...

Shugo Hakke Rokujūyonshō (Guardian Eight Divination Signs Sixty-Four Palms Of The Hand) [300]

Special: The Hyuuga extends thin streams of chakra all around them, capable of withstanding Ninjutsu or Taijutsu of equal or lower rank. However, stacked/mastery enhanced jutsu can break through with relative ease. Only the arms can be moved while in use.
Description: One of the stronger Branch Jyuuken jutsu, this technique allows the clan member to emit a constant stream of chakra from their palms, creating extremely thin, sharp, arc-shaped chakra beams with which to defend oneself. With their natural flexibility and trained close-combat tact, the Hyuuga can reach any point around them, allowing them to hit any target within a five meter radius. While using this technique, the clan member's arms move with such speed that their movements become a blur, allowing them to strike a crowd of targets with extreme precision, much like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. It is so precise that it can cut smaller targets, like bees, in half. Additionally, the clan member can control the size of the chakra beams in their palms, allowing them to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across their entire attack range.

MASTERY

Tier One - Advanced Exercise, 8th Degree: Through proper refinement, the Hyuuga Clan member may now expend a "Low" amount of chakra to cover their appendage in chakra in order to deal moderate internal damage to a victim. This includes cramping up specific muscles, which can, in some cases, severely limit a person's mobility. Does not apply to weapons styles or any type of weapon. Does not stack with other masteries or supplementary techniques.

Tier Two - Heart & Mind, Six Harmonies: By coupling their innate ability with extensive training, The Hyuuga Clan member has better adjusted themselves to sustain the demands of precision chakra control, allowing them to channel energy more efficiently through their tenketsu. Because of this they now possess the ability to perform any chakra-related feat for one less tier. This does not stack with other cost reducing masteries. Minimum amount of chakra used will always be "Low".

Tier Three - Advanced Exercise, 11th Degree: The effects of Advanced Training, 8th Degree are increased by a substantial amount. For a "x2 High" worth of chakra, the user can completely paralyze one of their victim's appendages (an arm, leg, etc) for the remaining duration of the thread. Moreover, striking a user in a more sensitive area (the heart or head) will result in the victim being killed instantly. Furthermore, the Hyuuga Clan member's chakra can now act as a buffer against techniques that provide damage upon "direct contact," neutralizing or breaking past them depending on their rank.

D: Slices the inside with a shallow cut, resulting in no internal bleeding. Muscles cut with this rank will only suffer a slight reduction in mobility.
C: Cuts with this rank will cause minimal internal bleeding and will limit mobility by 25%
B: Damage inflicted with B rank chakra scalpel is enough to damage internal organ and slice muscles for a 50% reduction in functionality.
A: The A ranked version of this technique can cause fatal organ failure after 5 turns of affliction and can disable muscles to a degree of 75% loss of strength, speed, and range of motion.
S: Slices with an S ranked chakra scalpel can instantly shared a muscle, disabling all motion associated with it. This rank can inflict fatal organ damage, bleeding out within 2 turns if not treated. The scalpel is so sharp at this rank it can cut through nerve fibers if the medic chooses to aim for them.

Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the medic will focus chakra to their hands, creating a distinct, colored hue of chakra. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Developed for surgery, it has since taken a unique aspect in battle.

Description: Chakra Exhaustion is a dangerous thing for shinobi to have to face. Medical Ninja developed a way to fix that problem. By touching the center of the patient's chest with both hands, the user is capable of sending chakra directly into the patient's chakra circulatory system, allowing the system to process the chakra and receive it as if the chakra were the person's own. While the user maintains their touch on the patient's body, the amount of chakra per turn may be sent to the patient up to the rank this technique is trained.

Targeting the liver and kidneys, the medic can filter the patient’s blood rapidly, filling the bubble with the dangerous toxins which can be discarded once the procedure is complete.

This can serve as cover to escape and as an offensive technique against her opponent, or as a trap when luring opponents your way.

Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the medic uses the field to disrupt their targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move.

Special: When first learned, a single Shadow Clone can be produced. Each time re-learned, one additional clone can be made, for a maximum of 5. Please remember that regardless of the amount of clones made, the chakra is still divided evenly amongst all bodies. However, when a clone is defeated or chooses to disappear, whatever remaining chakra within their bodies, as well as their knowledge, returns to the user. The only exception is 'Bunshin Bakuha', which sacrifices the chakra return for a grand explosion. This technique can only be learned by Jounin ranked shinobi; no exceptions!
Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) [25]

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. Although the honor system has served as a base for many players in terms of how to gauge an event and the usage of chakra behind their creations, heated situations required a more detailed, technical system. As such, we present to you the consumption system!

As its name implies, the consumption system helps the players understand how their jutsu is costing them chakra wise by given them a general idea of what the jutsu costs in the first place. This, coupled with modifications found in their Main Types and Base Rank helps establish what kind of chakra potential a user can have.

Chakra consumption can be classified as follows:

Low: This is the lowest chakra consumption. These jutsu are very simple in execution, and as such are very easy to repeat.

Mid: Although not the easiest, these techniques are still light in terms of chakra consumption. Slightly more complex, the execution of these types of techniques is still simple enough for them to be repeated more than once without consequence on the use.

High: These are the more serious techniques. These jutsu have high chakra consumption levels because they tend to deliver destructive results, and are stronger than most. Of the harder jutsu to execute and master, the usage of these types of techniques is quite complex and as such, should be used sparingly .

Massive: As its name implies, these techniques are ridiculous in consumption, and as such, are usually one-shots that tend to not be repeated more than once a thread. Because they require so much energy, they also possess ridiculous power. Although these techniques tend to range in rank depending on circumstance, because of their taxing consumption these techniques usually wind up being forbidden or special for that very reason.

With this in mind, the levels of consumption are relative to each other and directly effect the next level above or below them. As of now, your chakra can be measured as such: two lows are equivalent to one mid; four mids are equivalent to one high; four highs are equivalent to one massive. Numerically speaking, it would look like this: 32 lows = 16 mids = 4 highs = 1 massive.

This means that if you used 32 lows in a fight, you would effectively be out of chakra (being as how 32 lows equates to 16 mids and so on and so forth). If you used four highs, you would be out of chakra as well.

This simple, but effective, system will allow you and staff to actively monitor your chakra during battles and events. Every player has access to one massive worth of chakra at any given time.

Now, with EXP no longer having anything to do with your chakra levels, you might be asking yourself: "What the hell do I do with all this EXP I've earned since I joined this place?"

Well, you'll be still using your EXP to purchase your jutsu. You'll also be using your EXP to determine whether or not you're eligible for a mastery in a desired tree, and how much you've invested into each particular tree (for revamp and scrapping reasons). However, that's about it. No more counting up your EXP and storing it in your signature to remember how much chakra you have - it's your character's "ability leveling" currency.

However, with that said, you will also use your EXP to purchase unique factors for your character. These unique factors included, but are not limited to:

A greater chakra reserve and extra mastery points. Of course, things like this will cost a ridiculous amount of EXP to obtain, but we'll make sure that they're worth your points.

For those of you wondering about what these changes mean for the previous "stamina pool," it's quite simple: it's gone!

All taijutsu techniques will operate off of the same chakra consumption table that ninjutsu and genjutsu do. The reason is because the taijutsu techniques your character will be performing are wholly unnatural feats. The power, the speed -- it's all capable of being done because of chakra.

Contrary to a ninjutsu or genjutsu user, the taijutsu user simply doesn't mold (or manifest) their chakra into the real world in the form of jutsu. Instead, they reinforce and amplify their bodies internally, allowing for them to perform extraordinary feats of strength, speed, accuracy and reflex.

This also means that Nintaijutsu operates on the same chakra consumption scale, as well. No more "stamina and chakra drain;" it'll only drain chakra!

Black Lightning is a unique form of Lightning Release. As the name suggests, the lightning produced by this ability's techniques is black in color. Although it was made famous by a certain Raikage, a few others in shinobi history have managed to wield its power while making a name for themselves. Though most people are uncertain as to the limits of the Black Lightnin's power, one thing is for sure - it increases the potential of one's Raiton significantly!

Restrictions
1. User must possess three masteries in the Raiton element in order to pursue this technique.

The seal of Black Lightning comes in the form of Kanji, tattooed anywhere on the user's body which, while dormant, does nothing. However, with a set of three handseals, the seal's power is activated and shimmers with a bright white border. From there, all Raiton-based techniques are consumed by the seal's black aura and converted into ebony constructions, boasting drastically increased feats of power. Even the most simplistic of Raiton techniques become overly lethal while under the influence of the Black Lightning, giving its user a very steep edge over their opponents.

Note: This technique significantly increases the power of all Raiton-based jutsu, including their speed and cutting strength. High-end Raiton techniques that are under the influence of Kuroi Kaminari are capable of piercing even the most profound of barriers, including the incomplete Susano'o.

After activating the seal of Black Lightning, the user can conjure a large (easily twice the size of a fully grown adult) black panther from their Kuroi Kaminari. They can then direct this panther wherever their desire, including fairly great lengths from their person. Being comprised purely of the user's Black Lightning, this panther's entire body possesses a cutting strength that is even greater than the fabled Chidori.

Note: Kuroi Kaminari must be active in order to cast this technique. Furthermore, the user is incapable of moving or casting any other jutsu while the panther exists in play.

Jashinism is a religion centered around two things: utter destruction and death. Its practitioners are known to follow a specific set of commandments and rites, and are noted to pray to their god, Jashin, before every battle. Being as how it is considered a sin not to kill your target once engaged in battle, all worshipers of Jashin pray for a "good kill;" should they be unable to kill their target for any reason, they pray for forgiveness.

Members of the Jashin faith have a very particular method of killing people, and is said to be favored by their God, Jashin. These are the roots of the Curse Technique which, in all essence, allows the user to become nothing more than a living voodoo doll linked to their opponent. While under this influence, the users is basically immortal, and can inflict serious injuries upon themselves in order to eliminate their enemies.

Restrictions
1. Questing for this technique requires Administrative approval. Furthermore, the user must be of Jounin rank.

2. This technique is only available to Ninjutsu\Genjutsu primaries, or Jack of All Trade based characters.

Jujutsu: Shiji Hyouketsu (Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood)

Chakra Consumption: Massive per symbol
First, the user makes every effort to draw blood from the opponent and consume it. After that, his or her skin turns black with white markings representing a skeleton, a symbol of absolute death. Once the hand seals are completed, the formation of a Jashin symbol will occur on the ground under the user.

Once this sacrificial ritual takes place, the victim is linked with the user until he or she either steps or is forced out of the circle. Any kind of injury that the user inflicts upon themselves (or an injury inflicted by anyone else) is inflicted upon the user’s target, be it a mere scratch or a pierce in the heart. If the user is forced to step out of the circle, the link is broken and the victim is set free, but all the user has to do is to step back into the circle to reactivate the link. Basically, this technique makes the user a living voodoo doll.

In addition to essentially turning the user into a living voodoo doll, this ritual is also used for collecting lives, to extend Jashinist’s life. The lives of the follower’s victims cannot be applied to them if they are taken without the ritual.

Note: Sacrificed characters contributing to the user's life: (post character name and graveyard profile link).

Any fatal hits will remove on sacrificed life. Mortal wounds, if left unchecked, will eventually expire sacrifices to immortality. Once the extended life is killed, the wound will stop bleeding and risk to any additional lives is ended. Once all sacrifices have been expired, the user is as mortal as the next. It should be noted that any fatal hits executed during the "ritual" do not consume a sacrificed life. By default, the user acquires two “sacrificial lives” upon learning this technique.

Battle Monks, as their name implies, are agents of peace which surround around one belief and let the faith in that belief guide them through their lives. They carry uncanny strength and skill, and come from many walks of life. However, one things is for certain - they will die to protect the life of the Daimyo and the Temple of their land.

Though Daimyo are political entities, history has shared a good relationship between the country's leader and the neutral Temples that reside within and harness the country's natural elemental power. That's right - while Temples are devoted to the power of chakra and its elemental use, no two Temples will ever be the same. However, their joining requirements tend to be the same.

In order to become recognized as an official Monk, the user must become an apprentice of a preexisting one, PC or NPC (there will be a select few key NPC's at all temples!), and be proficient at their release (see below for the requirements each rank holds!). If the apprenticeship is successful, the title is bestowed at the very end. Monk ranking depends on the amount of Elemental Masteries the user has accumulated for any single basic release.

Elder Monk - 3 EM's

The user may "prestige" (drop back to nothing and climb the ladder once more) their Rank by acquiring the masteries of another elemental release. Those who prestige successfully are subject to higher honors such as double pay and other RP benefits.

Because of the Great War, many of the coveted ancient temples have been temporarily lost. However, some still remain, standing strong and representing their country's power:

Hi no Garan - The "Great Temple of Fire" is a holy worship of the path in flames, devoting Katon as their primary release, as well as the soul focus of their training. This temple resides in the Fire Country, and is under the direct service of the Daimyo of Hi no Kuni.

Mizu no Garan - The "Great Temple of Water" is a holy worship of the path under water, devoting Suiton as their primary release, as well as the soul focus of their training. This temple resides in the Water Country, and is under the direct service of the Daimyo of Mizu no Kuni.

Kaze no Garan - The "Great Temple of Wind" is a holy worship of the path of the winds, devoting Fuuton as their primary release, as well as the soul focus of their training. This temple resides in the Wind Country, and is under the direct service of the Daimyo of Kaze no Kuni.

Raijin no Garan - The "Great Temple of Thunder" is a holy worship of the path of the lightning bolt, devoting Raiton as their primary release, as well as the soul focus of their training. This temple resides in the Lightning Country, and is under the direct service of the Daimyo of Kaminari no Kuni.

The Ninsō, or Battle Monks, are a group of ex-shinobi, mercenaries and non-ninja serving within a large monk temple, usually located within the countryside of a Nation. Unlike hidden villages however, these temples do not operate as militaristic hubs and instead focus on special situations outside of the ninja world, such as dealings with the Daimyo and even other undiscovered portions of the world.

As with normal monks, there are several levels a ninja monk can have focus strictly on spreading peace, and protecting that which they have been entrusted to protect. Ranging from the Daimyou himself to other national duties, the work of a Monk is never over!

Everyone in the thread is in range of my genjutsu. It is up to my character to decide who to use it on. You might as well claim that I used the genjutsu on three of the clones since they were closest to me. It would make just about the same amount of sense as using it on just one clone (zero sense btdubs).

So why didn't you go that route? Probably because having the other two in genjutsu makes it a whole lot more convenient for you. Smh

Also, how are u saying my genjutsu affected two of my intended targets and a clone? It seems like you just want to get out of being affected by the genjutsu.

"focused her chakra outwards towards the three shinobi" - blatantly obvious that I mean the clone, pwn, and the stone kage

"Should her jutsu work, the three nearest shinobi to her, save Hanabi" - I knew someone would try to get over technical so I threw this in to make sure nobody could B.S. me on who my intended targets were

Save in this instance means to exclude. Also, we are not referring to clones as shinobi, they are clones. The only way you could say i used genjutsu on a clone would be if my character didn't know the clones were clones in which case it would at least make some sense that I might try to put one in a genjutsu. For example, it makes sense that I tried to put the shadow clone in a genjutsu because I recognized it as a shinobi and not a clone.

that awkward moment when proboards support tries fixing our problems and sees this thread

and hanabi lost her bio too. apple and lightning asked in proboards support for some help. I read through a bunch of the discussion and I don't think we can roll back. However ppl that haven't switched yet can postpone up until 2013
