Standing tall is what everyone thinks of the young boy, Rukei measures in at the height of Five feet Six inches.  Over the years he has always been a bit taller than most kids his age, though he never seen it as a big deal most people around him did. He also weighs in at an average weight of one hundred pounds, though his body is very lean meaning he doesn’t have a lot of body fat his body is comprised of mostly muscle. Though that isn’t the most noticeable thing about the kid, most people take note of his white hair.

Rukei has been known for his white hair since he was a young kid mostly because of his heritage, along with the fact that both of his parents have all black hair. The boy’s hair is cut in a very shaggy style that reaches past his ears but not touching his shoulders, most day’s it looks as if he just wakes up and gets on with his day. He’s never really been the high maintenance type of person, the boy is also known for the unique scar that set’s just above his right eye. The scar has been there every since he was a kid, it’s uniquely shaped like a star as if someone purposely left the scar on his face. But from the star a line continues down his face though it doesn’t run over his eye it continues onto his right cheek, it is mark that the boy is proud of too this day.

Update!

Not much has changed about Rukei Uchiha other than the fact that he has grown to overbearing height of six feet eight inches. He also put on a few pounds with that height he no weighs in at about 210 pounds, he is a very solid person in terms of body weight. Also the boy's birthmark has become a bit more refined over the years, become a bit darker now it is evident that it's not something that is just normal. 

Rukei has always been a well dressed person thanks to who his father is, he has never had a moment where he didn’t look as if he hadn’t a sense of style. The shinobi has always been attuned to the darker colors on the color scale with his favorite color being black, which is why most of the times you will catch him wearing mostly all black. The attire that Rukei is known for wearing consist of a T-shirt, Jacket, pants, and a pair of closed toe shoes. The shirt that he wears color can change from day to day but he mostly wears a black short-sleeved shirt with the Uchiha clan symbol that is on the upper right side of the shirt, the symbol is no bigger than ones palm. The pants that Rukei wears are three fourths of the times all black while having multiple pockets on them , the pants reach down to just above his ankles to show his socks. Rukei jacket is one that was custom made for him when he was just a kid, his parents made sure that it was one uniquely made for him and his brother. The jacket has the Uchiha symbol the back with Kusagakure’s symbol directly under it, the picture is of course centered on the back of the jacket. Rukei wears his headband around his neck in a lose fashion that can be seen by everyone. 

Loving - The main Characteristic that defines Rukei, every since he was young he has always been one to care very deeply about the people that are close to him. Even the people that he felt as if they treated him poorly, he never gives up on the people that he loves. Though his love doesn’t just protean to people, he also works very hard at the things he loves to do. Even when it seems like he isn’t getting anywhere he just keeps trying because of the love he has for it, he tries not to let anything hold him back from the people or things that mean the most to him.

Nice - One of the characteristics that stands out the most when it comes to Rukei, all through his life he has always been one to display a sense of kindness towards people. He has always been willing to give up his last if he felt it’d benefit someone more than it’d benefit himself. He has always been like that since he was a kid, mainly towards the ones he cares about but he has also never had a problem helping out a complete stranger. Their was never a point in his life where he turned his nose up to anyone, he has always been the type to try to uplift the people around him no matter their situation. 

Mean Front -  Now over the years the Rukia has been put in a lot of situations where people took advantages of his kindness, he started to take note that people are not always what they seem no matter how they presented them selves. So he created another side to his personality that didn’t mind being mean to people, or better seeming as if he doesn’t care about to much of anything. Too most people that don’t really know him he will come off as some what of a asshole, and a person that doesn’t take to much shit from people that he feels are being unreasonable or attacking him in any kind of way. 

Lack of Confidence - Under his confident exterior on the inside the boy lacks confidence within himself because of the expectations that he is held up too, being the son of  two of the greatest retired Jounin in the village people are expecting him to be one of the villages brightest Shinobi. He tends to put up a front of supreme confidence if anyone asks him but deep down inside he has feeling’s of being inadequate, this trait isn’t mirrored in his actual demeanor it’s more of a mental struggle that he has with himself. He tries his best to suppress it but it’s a feeling that he hasn’t found the ability to put away. 

Silly - Though he can come off as a bit of an asshole at times he always finds away to lighting the situations that he involves himself in, maybe it be by telling a joke or making or making  fun of the situation at hand. He’s also a bit clumsy at time though it isn’t really clumsy he finds him self tripping over his own feet though he never actually falls. He is also a bit of a prankster at times he loves to pull practical jokes on people that he thinks of as too serious, he hates the idea of taking everything serious .He’s a very light hearted person most of the times which is why most people think of him as a great person to be around. Though his father doesn’t think his son should be so leant with his demeanor because people might see it as a sign of weakness. 

Sarcastic - At times Rukei can get a little outlandish with his own words, or it seems that way to the people that he knows. To go along with his silly demeanor he always finds a way to say things to people in a way that people wouldn’t know how to take, sometimes it’s hard for people to understand if he’s being serious or if he’s just being an ass. Rukei finds that it’s an easy way to make people a bit upset, he’s often very sarcastic around people that take them selves too serious. It’s like he has it out for people that don’t know how to losing up for even a moment.

Realist -  Though the boy loves to keep away from being to serious about things he understands life for what it is, he isn’t one to dream about attaining unrealistic things through hopes. His father instilled in him that he will never attain anything in life by dreaming. He told him the only thing that he would accomplish by dreaming is failure. Which has set the boy in a state of knowing that nothing will ever being handed to him in life, the only way that he will attain the things that he wants is through hard work and dedication. 

Short temper - growing up Rukei has always showed signs of easily being flustered by things that he didn’t like. He doesn’t always blow up about the things that anger him but he always makes mental notes of the people or thing that that angered him, he was always chosen to hold in to release at a more appropriate time. But sometimes he can’t help himself and he does blow up on people and that’s never a pretty sight to see by any means.

Family oriented - Throughout his entire life his father jammed one thing into his head that family came before anything, and Rukei believed in this concept fully and understood why it was so important. The boy puts all of his trust into the people that he considers family, and for those people he’d attempt to move the entire earth. It’s where the bulk of his love his goes, he feels as if he can maintain his family than he can do anything. He doesn’t believe in warring among people that he would consider to be family, and it would pain his heart if he ever had to kill anyone that was related to him in anyway.

Fears - Not living up to his father expectations, Losing any of his family members, Very serious people. 

Life had seemed to be at a stand still for Kasai and Kanari Uchiha, a couple who found them self settling down in a village known as Kusagakure no Sato. Before then they had been travelers that had dreamed of seeing the entire world, neither of them had ever been associated with any of the hidden villages though they had breezed through just about of the greatest nations. The two never had a ambitions of settling down in a village because their parents met their demise working for Konohagakure’s military forces in the pass, they both viewed becoming a Shinobi as being pointless because they felt they would just be used as pawns in the Shinobi world. So the duo world continue to travel the world until one day they realized that Kanari was pregnant, around the same time they had arrived to the lands of Kusa.

Kasai knew that he didn’t want to have his wife running around from country to country while she was pregnant, nor did he want to bring his children into a world where they never had a true place to call home. So they found a small village that they could settle down in, it wasn’t the major nation within in kusa it was a small town called. Yume-Mura (Dream Village.) It was a place that hadn’t seemed to be infested with the Shinobi forces of Kusagakure so Kasai felt as though it was the perfect place to start their family, the couple stayed their for the duration of Kanari’s pregnancy. But towards the end of the pregnancy Kanari began to feel as she was carrying the weight of the world in her stomach, she wasn’t sure what it was but she knew that she would be in for something special when the pregnancy was through. So as time went by Kasai did his best to provide for his family, even though there wasn’t a lot that he could do within the village that he could make money off. 

When Kanari was finally ready to give birth the entire village had known about it, she was rushed off to the local medical center within the village. Kasai was quickly alerted that his wife was going into labor while he was at work in some caverns outside the village, the man quickly broke away from the cavern rushing back to the village. He knew he couldn’t miss the birth of his kid, plus he was hoping that he got a boy so he could teach him everything that he knew. Once the man arrived back to the village he quickly made his way towards the clinic, it was like everyone in the village knew where he was going because they were all smiling at him as he ran towards the clinic.  The man busted through the doors with a head full of sweat looking at all of the doctors, they all looked at him as if he was a mad man but they knew who he was. A lady nurse quickly began to lead him to the room that Kanari was giving birth in, when he arrived there she had already began to give birth. Kasai had been in shock as any man would be as they witnessed their wife giving birth to their child, he would quickly race to her side and began to encourage her and it didn’t take long before she popped out Rukei Uchiha. Of course they thought that was the end to her labor as they got Rukei out but the doctor was startled as he peered into the womans uterus, he had seen that she wasn’t finish.

They would hand  his first son, the man quickly spat out his name as he was handed to him “Rukei.“ The doctors would make their way back to Kanari and began to go through the same process once more, Kasai eyes were bigger than ever as he held his first son in his arms. He hadn’t even been paying to what was going on with his wife until the doctors said, “It’s another baby boy.”  The man’s head slowly turned towards the doctor as Kanari gave her final push, she popped out another baby boy she requested to hold the baby as soon as he began to cry she quickly spat out his name Utakata. Both Kanari and Kasai  were in tears as the woman had just giving birth to twins, something they weren’t expecting at all. Though Kasai was the happiest of the couple as he was not only giving one son, he was giving two on the same day. It had marked the start of their family within Yume-Mura, 

From that day forward things began to get a little bit tough for their family, it hadn’t been expected that they were going to have two kids. Their budget as it was barely enough to support one child, Kasai knew that he didn’t want to have to raise his kids without all the things he had as a kid. So he had to turn to his wife and suggest the one thing that they had been opposed to doing, he told her that they could support there family better if they had joined the great nation military forces as their parents did. He pointed out all the things that could benefit the boy’s and them, and the woman was very reluctant at the beginning she asked him to give it a few months to see if the village would began to pick up any.  Kasai would tell her that he’d give it until the boy’s were 1, it was their plan that they had  to stick to.

As the year passed things did get a bit better for the couple and their two boy’s, both Kasai and Kanari knew that things were starting to look up a bit for the both of them. But Kasai wasn’t satisfied, he knew what he was capable of in terms of becoming a part of a Shinobi force. He knew that he could make so much more money for his family as did he know that Kanari was a very capable fighter as well, they had been through so many different towns that they had been pretty seasoned fighters. It was at that moment Kasai stepped to his wife more to beg her to move the great nation of Kusa, he said it wouldn’t be far from Yume-Maru and they could always visit which was true. And with those words he was able to convince her that it would only be right if they went on to Kusagakure no Sato, Kanari was a bit sad that she had to leave behind all the memory’s even though they would only be right around the corner from where she was going. But she could tell that Kasai really only wanted the best for their children. So she notified the village leader that they’d be leaving in the morning.

The couple packed all the things that were most important to them and their kids and they were on their way, the leader of the village had gave them a map that would lead them straight to the village. It hadn’t been more than a half of day’s travel from the village, the couple took off into the sunset with Rukei and Utakata with the vision on a new start. They had traveled through most of the night before they had finally came upon the gates of Kusagakure, by the time they had arrived the sun had began to peak back over the horizon. Kasei took it as a sign of a new beginning’s he asked that they be escorted too the kages office as soon as possible, the men knew that they couldn’t just bring people to their Kages office in the wee hours of the night so they directed them to a Inn that they stayed in for the night.

Once the sun had fully shown it self over the horizon Kasai made his way to the registration office for the Shinobi forces, he was quickly arranged a meeting with the kage where she understood his situation. And because of his surname the man was allowed permission along with his wife to become Kusagakure Shinobi, it had been the start to something that would pan out well for the family as a whole. That day his family was giving their first home within the village, and that same day he began to build the legacy that would be their family within the village of Kusagakure.
