As the scene continued to be cleared by the man who had thanked you for murder a man you knew very little about. Though you had as much reason as you needed right? To complete put an end to a man’s life though you knew about him, you could’ve been taking away someone’s father, bi g brother, or even hero you never knew. Granny Che had elected to find out exactly why you did it, as you answered her question her face would cringe a little. Though you did not know, Lacey was her grandson…. But at the same time she felt as you did, she was tired of his shit and his constant abuse. “So you want to know about Kusanagi as well.” She’d say under her breath slightly as her drink started to take its affects on her body, it was visible because her wrinkled old cheeks had attained a slight red tent to them. Her eyes would float towards your cloaked figure with an emotion available, “Well that blade…… It has been a couple of different stories I heard about the blade.” She’d say as her gaze would turn away from you she’d flag down the bartender once more, he’d give her a head as he knew what she wanted.

“Well sweet heart, that blade has a couple of different stories behind it… Or at least there has been various ones to past by my old ears. The woman would place both her hands on the table in front of her one top of the other, her gazes focal point would be her hand as she awaited the bartender to arrive in front of her. “One story I’ve heard was that there was a group of men that had raided the castle of the man that had owned it previously taking it back to their hideout within Yukigakure no Sato..” As her words came to a halt the bartender had arrived in front of her pulling her another drink, she would knock it back before turning her gaze back to you. “But I don’t really believe that, I actually have another story that I heard that seems believable.” The bars volume continued to rise as the woman spoke as if it wasn’t meant for you to attain this information from her.

“What I really believe is that the man left the blade within his own home and disappeared from existence. Seems kind convenient but it’s most likely the truth.” She’d say as she turned back to the bar putting her head onto her hands. “Though there have been talks of multiple gangs of people talking about heading down to his home to retrieve the blade” Her drinks were really starting to weigh her down. It would be wise to listen to both of the elderly woman’s stories and elect which one you wanted to follow.

Even with all my tactics I still hadn’t been ready to deal with my brother’s tactical prowess, it was obvious that he knew me as well as I knew him. As I erupted from the ground hurling the Kunai towards him with great accuracy I would catch wimps of the chakra swimming below the ground, I knew this couldn’t be anything good for my health as the quickly made their way under me. ‘Shit.’ As the two chakra signatures collided beneath me I could feel the ground vibrating a bit, in the same instance I could slightly hear the sound of something hurling through the air. ‘Shit.’

It was too late to react too such a well-planned assault, I felt the dragon colliding with my armor quickly melting the metal severely burning my back. I could almost feel my flesh pealing from my back as I flew forward from the concussive force about 5 meters, ‘Damn.’ I thought to myself as I slid across the ground, the battle had just started and I was already lying on my face. ‘Is our power difference really this great?’ I asked myself as my skin sizzled under the influence of my brother’s technique. ‘I can’t keep losing like this, these eyes of mind aren’t even helping me…. It has to be something I’m doing wrong.’ My mind would go into a infinite loop of my own failures playing back in my head before I could feel before my eyes shot open. ‘I won’t give up.’

As the words echoed through my head repeatedly I placed my hands under me pushing myself up off the ground, ‘This isn’t my best.’ I thought to myself as I peered over to my brother hosting that same devious smile upon his face, I could see that he enjoyed testing my capacity and I couldn’t be mad at him because I asked for this. So as I stood to my feet with my blood seemingly leaking from the burns, I would unlatch my armor from my person while keeping an eye on my brother.

“I won’t give up!”

I screamed as my hands would quickly form a single seal, as I did so a carbon copy of myself would appear beside me. I knew I couldn’t just flat out give up after one hit, my clone and I would jet off in different directions as we flew through hand seals. I could only hope my brother wouldn’t strike me down while I was trying to get up.

As she clinched on to my arm I could feel her breast pushing up against my arm as I walked towards the water, ‘quite friendly I see.’ I thought to myself because I had just made her and she was already on my arm, it felt nice though there was a feeling of security as the girl held on to my arm. I’d give a slight smile as we sat down by the water, it was a nice view to see at this time I day. ‘I wish we had scenery like this within Kusa no Kuni.’ As we sat there for a couple moments I would watch over the calm lake, examining as if something was going to pop out of the water. I would hear the girl make mention of clothes being quite revealing, I’d giggle a little as she wasn’t lying about it because it was one the primary reasons she was so cold.

But my gaze upon the water wouldn’t last long as Zuzu had pulled my attention away from it, I could feel her looking up at the side of my face as I would look down to her pretty little eyes as she spoke. As her eyes fluttered I could see that the girl had grown quite comfortable around me. ‘Ehh’s it’s a bit early but whatever.’ I thought to myself because I had just met her and she was already hugged up on my arm fluttering her eyes, I’d give her a slight smile Heterochromia eyes. I knew they were truly unique just as my own Kekkai Genkai and they were labeled as a lady killer, as I gazed into her eyes for a moment before I’d spoke.

“Well ask and I shall receive huh?”

I’d say with a little laugh, suggesting that I could’ve taken that totally out of context but I figured that wasn’t what the girl was getting at.

“Well, I actually wanted to know your real name, and what you were doing out here all by yourself. It’s not every day where pretty little woman like yourself wonder around on the countryside by yourself.”

As I spoke I’d look away from the girl as I let the question sink in quite a bit, I figured I’d get a bit more info on the girl before I got too aquinted with her. I still hadn’t even known her age at this point, but from her appearance she looked as she could be around my age so I had hope for her. Maybe this would be one of the relationships I keep for a chance.

As the words slipped from Yoku-sans mouth and that wicked smile of his appeared upon his face I knew that the battle had started, quickly taken off to my right my hands would take on a life of their own moving through zodiac signs as my eyes watched over his figure. As he took off running towards me I found it very hard to use my foresight to read his moves, but at this point it wasn’t actually needed. His movements were no faster than the average Shinobi as he attempted to cut down the space between us while molding his own chakra. ‘Shit Yuuton, and Katon he’s not bullshitting.’ I thought to myself as I continued to move off to my right, his seals were short lived before he began to manifest 5 balls Lava. Luckily I had already planned on him starting off with such potent techniques I knew standing still wouldn’t play into my favor at all.

So as I repositioned myself around his left flank I’d quickly head for the ground to submerge myself in my element. ‘Shit.’ I’d thought to myself as I’d probably narrowly avoided my brothers attacks, I knew that he had no problem tracking me while I moved underground but it didn’t matter because I had to get out of the line. Of fire, I’d continue to reposition myself while moving underground while keeping an eye on his movements. I couldn’t predict his movements but I could try to compensate for my lack of firepower with tactics.

Dochuu Eigyo (Underground Fish Projection)

Dochuu Eigyo is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user conceals themself beneath the earth, much like in Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. However, now they are capable of moving through the earth like a fish moves through water, allowing them to stage surprise attacks or escape from a potentially deadly onslaught.

Note: To learn this technique the user must know Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. Concealment is near-instantaneous. The user cannot perform seals beneath the ground and thus cannot use jutsu, but can wield weapons. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.

‘Zuzu huh?’ I thought to myself as I stood next to the girl that hailed from the village of Kirigakure the home of my own brother, I wondered if she had ever met him. ‘Yoku would have probably tried to get at her.’ That thought would quickly flutter away from my mind as I didn’t want that to be case, my thoughts would be pulled back to Zuzu as she had shivered a bit. It wasn’t hard to tell that the girl was very displeased with her current condition cause it was actually kind of chilly out. ‘Hmm.’ Without much more of thought I would begin to take off my jacket, as I pulled it from person it would expose my clans symbol on the upper left hand shoulder of it.

“Here take this.”

I’d say as I held my jacket out to her hoping that she would take it because she looked like she needed it more than me. If she had elected to take my coat I’d place my hands back into my pockets before moving towards the small lake that she had emerged from when I appeared. I’d take a seat just in front of it and begin to look off into space, ‘Damn, I know grandpa is worried about me but he’ll have to wait this encounter is pretty important.’ I thought to myself as I’d look back to Zuzu, I’d hoped she hadn’t been far from me because I still had a couple of questions for her.

“Hey, come take a seat with me I wanna ask ya a few things. If you don’t mind of course?”
