OOC: I talked about this with Genbu a couple days ago and he told me that although your technique does state it protects you from attacks below its rank, it won't prevent your snake from well... being on fire. Each 'dragon head' upon impact spreads six meters long of fire, and considering you got hit by all three from different sides, your snake - as Genbu said - would be on fire.
Regardless, my technique does added damage equivalent to how many times I trained the Great Fireball. Considering that's 4 times, all B-rank - bumped up a rank because of my mastery - going off the system, that's about S-rank fire damage per dragon-head (B+B=A A+ A= S). I'm just bringing this up for reference; so either way, your snake is on fire.
There was a reason why Izuna had summoned a clone before him.
Having previously watched the rather large snake summon attempt to breach the wall with it's body earlier, he had expected his opponent to continue with such tactics - and wasn't even caught off guard in the slightest by it's sudden lunge downward. No, as soon as there was even a slight indication of what was to come both he and his clone would take off - albeit, in completely different directions.
Via a shunshin, Izuna shot off towards his right along the top of the gate, whilst his clone, also utilizing the same ability, did the same in the opposite direction. That wasn't all, however-- with enough distance cleared and out of the way of harm, they both spun on the heels of their feet, a mere two hand seals formed having been formed as they did so1.
With their momentum, as their body leaned forward they expelled a jet-stream of fire at the same time; both that would, considering the speed of their technique, shoot forward at their opponent as his snake would most likely be in the process of lifting his head after finally breaking through a section of the gate's wall with it's head.
Each blast shot off from each direction at the same time, and in the center where they'd meet - where my opponent was - a large explosion would manifest, each blast coalescing with each other to double the explosion's power and radius. Considering the fire's ability to shoot out long distances, even if he moved prior to our attack - or even if he stayed down in the rubble - we would still be able to track him and properly align our blasts to get the best success rate.
Meanwhile, having fully completed the preparation to his own technique and having moved himself to the left five meters, Izuna released his own attack on his opponent's summon. Manifesting directly beneath him would be what appeared to be a swamp, each side extending far past the snake's natural width. It wasn't long enough to fully catch him, but considering most of his body would be within it's boundaries if caught, it wouldn't be moving anytime soon.Izuna/Clone:
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) 25 4
Rank: D.
Type: Supplementary.
Range: 0 - 10m.

It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
Domain: Universal Ninjutsu.Tier 1 - Might of Fire: All offensive Katon jutsu now do an additional rank of damage, up to a maximum of 'S' rank.
Tier 2 - Fiery Spirit: Chakra costs for Katon jutsu are reduced by one tier.
Endan (Fireball) (8) 400
Rank:CB.
Type: Offensive.
Range: See special!
Handseals: 2.
Chakra: Mid
Special: Distance that the fireball can travel before automatically igniting depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank. Additionally, fireball size and explosion area will always be equal to 20% of the user's 'Enkou Shinka' size. Finally, each time retrained, an additional 'C' ranked amount of damage is added on as a bonus to the explosion. However, after every 4th training, chakra consumption will go up by one. Can be learned a maximum of 8 times.
Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.
Domain: Katon. Enkou Shinka 'C'.
Genma:
Domain:[35 meters]
Yomi Numa (Swamp of the Underworld) (2) 300
Rank: A
Type: Offensive.
Range: See special!
Handseals: 12.
Chakra: x2 High.
Special: Range, size and depth of swamp, depends on the user’s level of Doton Ryouuken. Takes a full turn to sink and seal, but if the target cannot escape the range of the swamp in time, they soon become the victim, sealed away in an alternate swamp dimension. Can be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user summons a vast filthy, bubbling swamp that can appear directly beneath their target to sink and kill it. The benefit of this is that no earth source is needed as the user creates their own, meaning they could potentially sink targets over any source. The swamp can be perceived as being on its own dimension - once absorbed, the swamp and its victims are gone forever. Due to its size, this jutsu was meant to take out large summons, creatures and even armies of men.
Domain: Doton. Doton Ryouuken 'A'.
