The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
Feeling love guys and I appreciate it all. Like I say in the box alot of this stuff will not move until I actually end this Sennin Modo thread which shouldn't take much longer. After that I'm free to do whatever, so I'll probably go meet you first Teru ICly (wherever you are) since you are a fellow nuke so we can cash in on this monthly event. Bit and Anemone, We'll be traveling a great many places but I might make the hideout around Tsuchi so i'll definitely be in that area.
The giants hand attempted to remove both you and your companion from existance, however, with uncontested perseverance and the lust for survival, you managed to escape death once again. But you weren't safe, not by far. Adopting such high level of mass and volume, it took a fairly large amount of effort and stamina to harness such power into one swing only to miss. As a result of your efforts to escape, that power was wasted and for a moment, your opportunity to strike presented itself. A swift kunai streaked through the darkness as a silver blur, headed towards the giants eye. It connected! The giant's eye attempted to close itself to prevent further harm, but then the fireworks came. That simple piece of parchment paper erupted in a grand explosion which not only severely harmed the giant and blinded its eye, but also caused it to scream out in pain.
Both its hands quickly uplifted to cover its wound before falling forward upon both knees, hollering in pain and anger. With a fair portion of its face gone and its vision reduced to half, it desired nothing more than to exact revenge. Its entire body began to wave back in forth like ripples in water as its size doubled! Rising above 60 meters in height and 30 in width, its body turned into a descending wave of black liquid, the same black liquid that disarmed you of your weapon. Unfortunately, this was no ordinary wave of liquid; it didn't just flow, nay, it followed you, making escape impossible.
The pressure of the wave was immense and painful for both you and your companion, even as each of your respective weights were increased to match that of a single ton. Oddly, submerged within this black liquid as you plummeted towards the ground, you were able to breath, even as droplets 'forced' itself into your body through your eyes, ears, and mouth. Finally, after falling for a handful of seconds at an alarming speed, both you and your companion smashed through the ground itself, causing it to collapse onto another world? In an instant the black liquid simply disappeared, leaving you helplessly floating in what seemed to be space!
And so there you floated, seeing the earth before you, but lightyears away where the very planet itself seemed remarkably small. The ceiling was closed up, leaving no evidence to the hole you created just moments prior, yet, the very rocks that entered also floated around you. Although out of place, the moon was right below you some 40 meters down. Breathing was possible in this 'space', but how would you even begin to understand the situation at hand?
"Earn this right. Prove to me that you deserve it. You have the ability! you have the drive! Do you have the determination to meld these things together in a manner that will grant you the path of the Sage?!"
Finding himself halted once more, Shiju spoke out to him with words of cold extolment. Masuyo himself only smiled at what he said, respectful but smug. Hearing those words from Shiju motivated him even further, drove him into a uncontested state of determination that couldn't be surmounted. Feeling Shiju's own senjutsu chakra push up against the statue which impeded his advancement, he knew what to do this time around. Being forced to be patient once more, not that he had a problem with it, it allowed him to give Shiju a well deserved response.
"Do I have the determination? Yes I do. I can't not have determination because if I didn't, I wouldn't have made it this far, heck I doubt I would have gotten the contract if I didn't have determination. So yeah, I've got it, and tons more!"

Crows, so they were your source of power, luckily that power saved you from imminent doom as you evaded the incoming sea of amber eyes. These 'creatures', they were far from mindless things and knew how to adapt and adjust properly to ensure their own survival, as well as ensure the death of their prey! They were aware of your jutsu and how those plethora of crows coalesced into one singular entity, much larger than its predecessors. They noticed this immediately and knew they were outmatched by a creature several times their own size.
But then. . .
That scent. . .
The smell of weakness. . .
Yes, much like you they could sense chakra, they could feel it, and although the companoion you summoned was fairly large in size and carried ample power, the fact that it consumed a High amount of chakra was quite taxing on ones reserves who only carried a low reservoir of chakra. The smelled this weakness and went in for the kill like a shark would its wounded pray after snuffing out its trail of blood. Inspired by your beckoning of Akegarasu ninjutsu, those hundreds of amber eyed monstrosities mirrored the formation of your Giant Crow Technique. One by one each and every creature coalesced, even though your chakra reserves were relatively exhausted, with what little you had allowed you to pick up small signatures, namely in the form one many transcending into one. This singular creature rose to be at least 30 meters in height and half that size in width. Both its eyes, bigger than the usual pair, rivaling the size of your own body.
It roared with intense emotion as its giant hand which measured to be about 5 meters wide and long, came across in a horizontal fashion, aimed to swat both you and your airborne companion out of the air.
Seconds ascended into minutes, which then turned into a single hour. He spent that hour holding up up the statue while doubling his body's capacity for Senjutsu chakra. As the final seconds ended with Masuyo obtaining what he contentedly desired over the past hour, he began to think. "Maybe being patient isn't so bad. Its hard to do so given my circumstances, but I guess its far from impossible.", He thought to himself as his eyes burst open with his nose returning to its natural human state. His eyes, wide, brimmed with tenacity as bear-like slits faded into his eyes along with a perfect oval layer of ink around the perimeter of his eyes. Legs still curled Indian style, he unfolded them quickly, namely in the same fashion he did to fold them to begin with. Using his back power he managed to uplift his torso whilst placing his calves beneath his bottom.
From here it had been nothing more than mere lower body effort; his feet dug into the ground as he channeled massive amounts of senjutsu chakra to his legs to raise his entire body upon both feet. Feet flat and standing erect, the young lad stepped forward with an increased pace. He realized that doubling his capacity to hold more senjutsu chakra, he was able to control his augmented strength to an even greater degree. Advancing about 3 meters forward he noticed he still had more than enough power left to reach the 'finish-line', however, that goal left his mind long ago. Hurriedly his mind sorted through hundreds if not thousands of possible methods where actually setting the statue down upon the ground without harm was possible.
After advancing another meter, the method came to him in a quick second stroke of genius!
Even as the small creatures strategically surrounded you, you dared not falter, but how long did you expect to last before fatigue sets in, before you finally realize that all hope is lost and survival is impossible? Nevertheless, you managed to cut down the initial monstrosity that charged you from your front, and with keen timing and well applie maneuverability, you managed to snuff out the life of the second. It seemed as though you had a plan, a plan that would lay waste to the remaining creatures. That plan would have gone just the way you planed, that was until those very first creature you struck down, exploded into what could have only been described as a black liquid.
A fairly loud pop snapped through the air prior to their explosion as the liquid essence of the first creature splattered across the very blade that appeared to have cut it down. Near instantly, without warn the weight of said katana, which could not have been anymore than a few pounds, felt as if it now weighed several ton, unable to be carried by human strength. Although the pervasive darkness prevented you from actually seeing this black liquid, it was certain that your skin was free from its impurities, however, it caused the katana to unwillingly free itself from your grip from its immense increase in weight.
After having dispatched the second, and leapt from the building, it too exploded into a black liquid, yet, this one seemed to be alive. The blossoming explosion from a skillfully placed Kunai & tag combo illuminated the area momentarily, however, since the rocky canopy took the full brunt of the explosion everything below you still swam in darkness. Floating, but still mobile, the liquid constructs continued to follow you as well as the others caught within the grand explosion. They moved much slower than yourself through the decreased gravity given their liquid form, but if you weren't careful they'd become your worst nightmare.
You managed to evade the previous creatures surrounding you, but the sea of monsters that awaited your arrival at the bottom sprung into action. All the hundreds of shifting eyes launched themselves upwardly, converging upon your position as you came down closer towards them. They moved at least three times as fast as you were yourself, however, you still had enough time to at least defend yourself, presuming you had the capableness to do so.
