  Headband: His headband placement of choice is around his right arm fastened tight. He never really wears it across his forehead as that would get in the way of his goggles and plus he doesn't much care for its bland design as the center of focus for people when they look at him.
  
  Undershirt: Typically he would wear a sleeveless undershirt that comes up to just the waist of his pants leaving his midriff in stagnant wind covered. Typical colors of dark blue or red. They tend to be very light and susceptible to tearing.
  
  Overshirt: He tends to wear a full hoodie covering just over the lip of his pants as well as his arms and partially his neck. The hoodie has quite a myriad of pockets allowing for quite a few items. Other than this he may just wear a thin long sleeve shirt or in very rare occasions with the inception of heat a short sleeved T-Shirt. There is occasionally a leaf symbol on one of them.
  
  Pants: Abstaining from shorts he usually wears a flexible pair of pants with about an inch of breathing room. Typically they are weather efficient pants, wicking sweat and garnering or releasing heat. Typically their are a few holsters and zippers as well.
  
  Shoes: Typically just generic shoes, quiet, rubber soled, laced but usually tight enough to operate without them. He doesnt much mind what color or brand as long as they get the job done.
  
  
• Body Appearance
  PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Jurei, is a tall figure of a man. Measuring a breath away from six feet of height. He is a lithe figure however, he has long toned legs only lightly tanned from minimal exposure through clothes to the sun, rarely wearing shorts. His legs in a pair of size 11 feet which more or less are in some form of shoes as is orthodox for most people. He has toned calves that are rock hard and show a prominent and powerful leap forward, say to slash someone's face up something fierce. His long nimble legs afford him a long stride for running and sprinting that tends to help him put distance between someone else if its simply running vs running and no hoax, and on top of that give him the ability to stand at equal height with most men. Of course the simple act of running didn't afford him the legs of this, it is of course a variety of exercises including but not limited to straight up kicking dummies too even suicides under the hot sun.
  
  Moving upward, his waist is a washboard sort of abs, flat and smooth with bumps of abdominal muscle, however he doesn't have say the physique to look like hes packing grenades under his skin, he just has a flat stomach with lines of promising and flexible muscle. His chest is chiseled with pectoral muscles from straight forward punching and overall the general practice required to master or at least grasp general self defense techniques. He has very broad and strong shoulders that might make him a Jr.atlas able to hold the world's burden on his deltoids.
  
  His long arms, tanned far more than his leg are smooth and lithe seeming though with definite strong definition. Starting with round prominent triceps that make any dagger he throws or sword he swings just that much faster and deadlier. Then with biceps that swell largely when he flexes shows a strong and capable force awaiting any opponent that would try and throw down with him. Strong cords running near his wrist shows a firm grip from whacking dull and sharp swords for days on end with inanimate dummies. There are no dead fish handshakes to be found in wait here. He has a very obvious scar crossing from his wrist to his thumb when he was easily disarmed by a very serious instructor. It remains brown and thick even to the point of being felt as a small difference from his other skin. Long nimble fingers that can find their way into and out of any situation with a strong grip, a soft touch, or a locksmith-esque finesse. Down to finally white fingernails which he keeps immaculately almost obsessively clean.
  
  A white neck that seems almost to defy the sun remains above his shoulders, not so long, nor quite so short, soft to the touch and overall normal. A strong but not offensive jawline converging together into a point of a chin. Teeth as white as bleached ivory, and a soft pink tongue hidden between thin pink lips that have laugh lines beginning to show. A cheek or two as anatomy demands. Two lustrous and fervent amber eyes that seem to embody his spirit. Flickers of wit, intelligence, and determination all intermingled within. Long black lashes that cover his eyes elegantly. A shock of dark brown hair that is unkempt for the most part and of medium length with a strong thickness and vigor to it finishes his body.
  
  
• Blemishes & Scars: Although first encounters may not reveal it he still retains the scar across his wrist to thumb. He also has a blue sapphire stud earring in his ear. He also has the main family tattoo on his head, typically it is under his goggles.

  When higan finds something that he values, be it a sentimental item, a relative or a near friend, even a lover he will go out of his way to protect it.

  Not one to want to look like a fool he often thinks about his actions before he makes them, weighting what will happen if he should mess up or how he can navigate through the action with the least consequence.

  
  Calm:
  

  It takes more than just a rebuke or a fool jeering at him with insults to make him furious, at most times he is in check and even humble.

  
  Charismatic/Sociable:
  

  Enjoying the company of others he likes to talk, participate in group activities and come off as a like-able fellow. When it comes to women he is even a bit on the flirty side if he sees a certain attraction as possible between them.

  His greatest flaw is perhaps his pride, he has an extremely high picture of himself, the utmost self confidence, if someone were to challenge him despite his usual calm nature it would be hard for him to refuse. And if he were to lose, even without physical injury he would engage in serious doubt in his own abillity.

A spray of mist wafted through the air, cooling everything a few degrees. At the same time to him, a wave of triumphance spread with each particle that settled on the ground and on his skin. The cool wet tingling sensation was indescribable as he watched the cloud of water slowly disperse along with every vestige of chakra that he had left in it. He let his hands free from seals, they were still covered with the water that he had touched right before he had performed the technique. It was like he had earned something, stepped into a personal trial and completed it, even though it was simply a low tier water jutsu it showed he had the ability to pick up the water arts even If he was just getting taught by a friend, he truly had an affinity, a penchant, a talent in suiton ninjutsu. He was a hozuki.

He heard the small praise and then the follow up question that he just couldn’t help but knee jerk response nod to the question of if he wanted to further expand his knowledge, it was like asking him if he would like his drinking water to cleaner, or if he wanted more money in his salary. Of course he would want to train, he wanted to squeeze out every possible advantage of this meet up as he wasn’t even sure something like this would happen again. He turned to him, he didn’t even feel the least bit exhausted, even though he reckoned he should have a bit of fatigue but the amount of chakra that he felt had left him didn’t even seem commensurate with the justu, it was as if the jutsu was on so many levels just simply and naturally easier for him. He shooke the water from his hands and replied to him.

Heck yeah, as much as you have time for my friend. This should do wonders for my future missions, I’ll be able to wash away any enemy with ease He was curious though, he had learned a simple blast of water, perhaps they would be able to participate in something a bit more complicated. He was thankful for the jutsu but not everything could be stopped by a simple spray. So, what shall we be learning next? I figure we should move onto a more complicated one, I think I can handle it.
