ok, forgive my ignorance, but i didn't see this anywhere so i just was wondering if i could get a little clarification.
1) can bloodlimits be part of other clans? for example a hyuuga inuzuka or something? i know i saw something about advanced releases being allowed to, but i didnt see anything mentioning clans and bl's
2) if allowed, i was wondering if it was possible for Uchiha to be samurai. The reason i ask is because Uchiha require fire release. Is it possible that a samurai had the potential for the release and just wont learn any techniques for that release? If the above question was answered with a no, then this question is moot.
3) for samurai is there plans to create a "land of iron" or baring adding a new board to the main page, a sub board in a neighboring country?

Asa feet carried him swiftly across the paved roads of the village towards the park where the teenagers were said to be. He moved with haste, but he was surprised to see his little friend keeping pace fairly well. Asashio's robes flowed with his every movement, and one look at him would make it difficult to tell where any particular part of his body was in that mass of fabric. The sun on the horizon was beginning to become shadowed. not only would night fall soon, but it seemed the storms that the country was known for were going to kick up anytime. Once that happened who could say what would happen to the hard packed dirt where he was told the people were stuck.

Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.
2nd Tomoe Rank: B Type: Doujutsu Range: Eyesight Special: Pierces Genjutsu (illusion defeating) and Taijutsu (movement understanding) 'B' rank and under. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor reading of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
3rd Tomoe Rank: A Type: Doujutsu Range: Eyesight Chakra: Low Special: Pierces Genjutsu (illusion control) and Taijutsu (movement prediction) 'A' rank and under. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. Description: The final normal evolution to Sharingan, the third tomoe fits symmetrically with the rest by creating a perfect triangular existence around the pupil. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body, in the form of a quickly processed mental premonition. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. Best of all, three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to cast unique genjutsu and incur deep hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing, or simply to force them to endure endless torture.
Shisu (Hypnosis) 150 exp Rank: A Type: Doujutsu / Supplementary Range: Eyesight Chakra: High Special: Sleep, suggestion, paralysis, and memory recall last up to 1 turn, plus 1 more each time this jutsu is retrained. Cannot force a user to do something completely against their will, like taking their own life or that of a dear comrade, unless they have previous intent to do so. Description: Upon unlocking the last of the normal secrets behind the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha begins to take full control of their blood powers. They are now able to essentially hypnotize anything or anyone that comes in eye contact with the Sharingan, inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". Finally, this level of hypnosis is capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, and even replaying certain, specific memories to someone. Domain: Uchiha. Doton Ryouuken (Earth Dominion) Rank:D, C, B, A, S Type: Supplementary / Doton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 50 meters Special: Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned. Description: The basis behind the majority of Doton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very earth around them. 'Earth Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Doton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the earth around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made. Domain: Doton.
Domu (Earth Spear Essence) (S rank) Rank: D, C, B, A, S Type: Defensive / Doton Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Stops taijutsu and ninjutsu of equal or lower rank. Boosts user’s taijutsu strength almost twofold, at the cost of slowing down the user's speed by the same amount. Last until broken or canceled, and when used around a plethora of earth, the armor can repair itself near-instantly if damaged. Description: After forming the necessary handseals, the user will harden their body using the earth around them or through other supplementary techniques. This provides greater defense against many attacks, both taijutsu and ninjutsu, and will also strengthen their limbs in order to increase the striking ability and power. However, like other Doton based jutsu, it is weak against Raiton attacks. Domain: Doton.
Mudshot Technique (25 exp) Rank: D Type: Offensive | Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 20m Special: If hit, the target's movements are considerably slowed for one turn plus one more each time re-trained. Description: The user shoots mud from their mouth at an enemy; the chakra-enhanced mud is able to trap and slow an opponent down. Domain: Doton
Multiple Mudshot Technique (25exp) Rank: D Type: Offensive | Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 20m Special: If hit, the target's movements are considerably slowed for three turns plus one more each time re-trained. User may shoot 1 - 6 mud balls with each technique, giving them the chance to slow several targets. Description: This jutsu is basically a widespread version of the Mudshot Technique; allowing the user to fire at multiple targets. Domain: Doton
Chuusijin no Jutsu (Stomping Monkey’s Quake Technique) Rank: D Type: Supplementary / Doton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Special: Range of earthquake depends on the user’s level of Earth Dominion. As long as the anyone except the user is within range of the quake and standing atop the ground, they will automatically suffer speed and balance losses, unless they have a good reason to counter the earthquake’s effects. Does not require hand seals, and the quake lasts as long as the user continues to pound the ground. Description: As its name implies, this basic yet efficient technique results in the wielder stomping and pounding the ground wildly, their limbs coated in a special chakra. As they pound the ground, the earthquake consumes the area, disrupting balance and speed. Very good for when faced with waves of opponents, or for taking down weakened edifices. Domain: Doton. Doton: Doryûsô [ Earth Release: Rising Stone Spears ] Rank: C Type: Offensive | Ninjutsu Range: See Special! Special: Range equals maximum Earth Dominion rank known. Five spikes can be made originally, with two more added each time re-trained. This technique can only be re-trained six times. Maximum range of any spear is 7ft. Speed is roughly that of a kunai. Description: This technique lets the user condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density. Domain: Doton, Earth Dominion rank 'C' or above
Doryou Dango (Mausoleum Earth Dumpling) Rank: C Type: Offensive / Doton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Special: Size, strength, and distance of travel of mausoleum depends on user's 'Earth Dominion'. Description: Doryou Dango is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth affinity. After striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling shape chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using a combination of their immense strength and chakra control, one can lift up the ball and hurl it at their opponent with impressive speeds and accuracy, flattening all in its path. Domain: Doton. Earth Dominion 'C'.
Doton Kekkai – Dorou Doumu (Earth Barrier – Earth Dome Prison) Rank: B Type: Supplementary / Doton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Special: Chakra absorption for victims within the dome is ten percent per turn. Size, strength, and traveling distance of dome depends on the user's 'Earth Dominion' rank. Description: This advanced Doton ninjutsu acts as its name implies – it facilitates the user creating a prison around their victims, comprised of pure dirt. After forming the necessary handseals and striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around their opponents. Placing their hands against the dome, they are then able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it back into one’s own body, as well as combine it with his own in order to spread throughout the dome, allowing the suer to repair any damage their opponents manage to inflict on the inside. Domain: Doton. Earth Dominion 'B'.
Yomi Numa (Swamp of the Underworld) Rank: A Type: Offensive / Doton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Special: Range of attack depends on the user’s level of Earth Dominion. Swamp is as deep as necessary to sink the victim. As the size increases, so does the chakra cost. Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user summons a vast filthy, bubbling swamp that can appear directly beneath their target to sink and kill it. The benefit of this is that no earth source is needed as the user creates their own, meaning they could potentially sink targets over any source. The swamp can be perceived as being on its own dimension - once absorbed, the swamp and its victims are gone forever. Due to its size, this jutsu was meant to take out large summons, creatures and even armies of men. Domain: Doton. Earth Dominion 'A'.
Dairasshu Bunshin no Jutsu (Call of the Mud Titan!) 300exp Rank: S Type: Offensive / Doton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Chakra: High Special: Creates a giant 50 meter rock/earth clone that can use any Doton jutsu the user knows, with the default jutsu damage, area and power doubled - but so is the cost. By default, the Titan is immune from one full ‘S’ ranked or lower attack. Every time the user re-learns this jutsu, they can absorb an additional strike. Range of attack depends on the user’s level of Earth Dominion, doubled. User must be in contact with clone at all times, and cannot used any non-doton techniques for the remainder of the clone's lifespan. Can only be used once per thread. Description: One of the most visually awing Doton technique, this jutsu allows the user the ability to summon an oversized, giant earth clone from the user’s feet, rising up at rapid rates under the cover of a massive earthquake. This clone, appearing like the user even in appearance, can perform any Doton jutsu the user knows, as well as move around at the user’s behest. Such a jutsu was designed by a famed Iwa shinobi from long ago, whom was never able to summon and was tired of loosing to them due to this size. With this, NO ONE will ever be the bigger opponent again! Domain: Doton. Earth Dominion 'S'.
Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique) Rank: D Type: Supplementary / Doton Ninjutsu Range:Self Special: Does not require handseals. User cannot move while underground, but they can detect anyone that walks along the earth above them. Radar radius is circular, and measures equal to the user’s Earth Dominion. User can remain underground for a single turn before needing to resurface; each time retrained, the user main remain underground for one extra turn. Description: A very basic earth technique, it allows the user to dive underground almost instantaneously so that they remain hidden from view in order to ambush their opponent. As long as the opponent is walking across the earth, they will be aware of their presence, and can wait patiently (without fear of asphyxiation!) until they right time, where they will emerge and latch onto the opponent’s legs. From here, they can easily suck them down, executing a replacement with them so that the opponent is buried underground up to his neck, while the user emerges unharmed above ground. Domain: Doton. Earth Dominion 'D'.
Dochuu Eigyo (Underground Fish Projection) x2 Rank: C Type: Supplementary / Doton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Special: Range of movement depends on the user’s level of Earth Dominion. While the user cannot perform seals and thus use jutsu underground, they can wield weapons in order to surprise attack. User can remain underground for a single turn before needing to resurface; each time retrained, the user main remain underground for one extra turn. Description: An upgrade to Shinjuu Zanshu, this underground variation grants the user movement whilst underground. Additionally, they can also emerge from below with their weapons drawn, allowing them to attack without being seen. After a few short seals, the user merely sinks below, and can remain there for a small amount of time. Domain: Doton. Earth Dominion 'C'. Must know 'Double Suicide Decapitation'
Moguragakure no Jutsu (Mole Hiding Technique) Rank: B Type: Supplementary / Doton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Special: Range of movement depends on the user’s level of Earth Dominion. All doton jutsu used whilst underground cost one rank less than normal due to the overwhelming earth source. User can remain underground for a single turn before needing to resurface; each time retrained, the user main remain underground for one extra turn. Description: An upgrade to Dochuu Eigyo, this underground variation grants the user movement AND the ability to attack with jutsu whilst underground. After a few short seals, the user merely sinks below, and can remain there for a small amount of time, allowing them an extremely strategic position, as well as the ability to laid explosives along the ground for the opponent to ‘enjoy’. Domain: Doton. Earth Dominion 'B'. Must know 'Underground Fish'.
Enkou Shinka (Essence of the Sacred Flames) (d-b = 175exp) Rank: D, C, B, A, S Type: Supplementary / Katon Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 50 meters Chakra: Mid Special: Allows the user the ability to create, control and move Katon (Fire) chakra of their own for multiple purposes. Degree of heat and effect of flame depends on the highest rank known.
Description: Katon, the birth of the flame itself. With but a mere thought, masters of the flame learn to birth their fire over large expanses. Intense training opens the door for other techniques, but they all rely on one simple core - the user's ability to birth a flame from a distance. Domain: Katon.
Katon Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Clone Technique) Rank: C Type: Supplementary / Katon Ninjutsu Range: See special! Chakra: Mid Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. When struck, the clone's fiery essence forces whatever was used to strike it to ignite and burn within, as if it had just struck the bowels of a fire breathing dragon. Clone cannot perform any jutsu, but when defeated, it explodes in a burst of flames, spreading its burning essence everywhere. Explosion range covers 5 meters all around the clone. Description: With this technique, the Katon user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of a most intense fire, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid physical attacks pass through the clone, burning instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blast of flame that aims to take over the nearest opponent available in the form of napalm. Domain: Katon. Enkou Shinka
UniversalShunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)x4 Rank: D Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 10 meters Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. Domain: Shunshin - Universal Ninjutsu.
Asashio is an average looking fellow. He has dark brownish black colored hair that is usually Cut short, and styled with a bit of a spike to it. He has an odd shape to his nose, almost to thin and flat. It makes him look somewhat like an owl, and gives him an almost knowing look to him. This in no way makes him less attractive in any way. Truth be told he is merely average as far as many of the Cloud villages ladies will comment. Not on the ugly side not on the pretty either. His eyes are normally black as with most Uchiha, but once his sharingan activates they turn the crimson color.
He’s about 6’3 feet tall, and looks thin when his robes aren't obstructing specifics about his build. Around his neck there sits a large necklace. It is made of orbs, that in the back are small, but become progressively bigger until they culminate in a large orb in the front. This is a very precious item to Asashio. It belonged to his father, an anniversary gift from his mother. He has never spoken much more about it then that, so the mystery is lost to most people. It is a bronze color, and seems fairly valuable.
Other then that, Asashio has many outfits he will wear depending on the conditions, but he generally wears a sequence of robes for the comfort they provide. The upper shirt area is usually black, and he wears a sash of white that wraps around him, and down around his waist as a belt. The end usually hangs down in front of him. His pants are again black, the same as the shirt part of the robes, and are very baggy looking. This allows for easy and range of movement, as well as makes it difficult for untrained eyes to follow his leg movements. Because of the elastic band he wears near his ankles, the bagginess of the pants doesn’t usually get in his way when moving. He wears black ninja shoes that go up to his shin. On each wrist he has tied bits of fabric that are meant to absorb sweat to prevent his hands from becoming slippery. He will wear the standard anbu uniform, but only when needed.
C O G N I T I O N
Born in rain and raised in cloud, he owes his comfortable life style to the leaders of the cloud village. Fighting for them seemed like an interesting choice. Eventually, after the world was cast into termoil, he made his way back towards the cloud village licking his wounds. Due to a need to bolster the ranks, they offered him his chunnin status and his position within ANBU. Now he works to earn those gifts.
Asashio is an odd sort. He’s a fiercely loyal person, willing to sacrifice much for his compatriots, but he has an odd way of showing it. Its supposedly due to his old masters habits. It takes a lot for him to consider someone a friend. An ally is easy to come by, but one you trust is a rarity in his mind. That doesn’t stop him from being a friendly sort though. He is always seen smiling. Asashio is probably one of the best known ninja throughout the village of Cloud. This isn’t so much because of anything he’s done as a ninja, but more so due to his outgoing nature. He may be hard to gain as a friend, but he’s one of the easiest acquaintances anyone can be around. Laughter is his passion. Passing up the opportunity to make a joke or create a comical situation is something he is just incapable of doing. At times this tendency has brought things from bad to worse for all those involved.
Live a life full of laughter. Whether that is the result of a joke, or someone else suffering is not his concern.
