Protect the News

Shinobi Required: 1-4.
Mission Information: A newspaper man has received information about an upcoming assassination; there's a mafia family on the rise somewhere in the streets of Suna. The family received word about his information and they have sworn death to the news man. A threat was sent to him saying that in 3 days time, if he doesn't stop the news from spreading, they will come after him. Fearing for his life, the news man has asked if shinobi could come and protect him.
Special Information: Repeatable.
Reward: 100 EXP & 2,500 Ryo.

Ringing the bell which lead to some form of intercom inside the mansion, Yaosuke would walk up to the new mission destination for his new job. It was a pain in the ass to do this mission but anything to help the village was alright with him. "This is the Ginjo's residence. Do you have an appointment whatsoever with Mister Ginjo?"It was answered by a deep male voice. It sounded a little crackled as well. There was classical music playing in the background as well. The intercom was probably powered by some form of device. It was rather rare and expensive to purchase a telecommunication device. It simply further flaunted his wealth. Though Yaosuke would not mind with the fact, it would only mean the pay would be very “generous” if placed in the right context. He figured that he should at least answer the talking intercom before he could get in.

"Ermm....Yaosuke's here to be Mister Bandeemeer's bodyguard. Can I come in?" He said through the intercom, pressing a small black button beside slits probably meant for her to speak into. Yaosuke sounded rather unsure. She didn't know if her words managed to go across. After all it was the first time Miho had actually used something like an intercom. It was her first time as well coming across a talking device. If he had not seen it coming from the store jut the other day he would have probably thought it was some sort of talking demon. That would have been a huge problem with a lot of mess plus some suing and damage replacement. Yaosuke was not the cleverest person around and he wasn’t about to start. All that mattered was the he got the job done. Other than that everything else would just fly by easily. Yaosuke stood waiting for the the answer.

Lucky he did, Yaosuke didn't want to look naive and like a country bumpkin whom had lost whatever touch with the world. It was quiet again. However the voice begun to speak again. “Erm.....you sure this isn't a joke? Haha.... You are the bodyguard we had requested? This isn't a game you know?" The male said. He said, as he added a fake laugh as though already concluding that Yaosuke was simply joking and he didn't want to sound rude. However Yaosuke wasn't joking. In fact, He found it rather strange why he thought he was joking? Did he say something funny? Or perhaps he was dressed funny? No...that probably wasn't the case. What could be the matter that made him think that Yaosuke was joking? Did this foolish man not know that Yaosuke belonged to one of the most prized Clans across the nation? Did he not know the rank that Yaosuke upholded?

"Sorry mister...but I wasn't joking. I am here to protect MisterGrinjo. Can I come in now?"Yaosuke asked again. Despite usually being cheery and patient and stuff, however Yaosuke felt rather irritated by his persistence and even assuming that he was joking when she wasn't. Why was it so funny that he's here on a mission? Perhaps the stress from having to face 'Hades' was getting to her as well."......Alright. Please come in through the front door, I will be there in a second.” The male said, before a crackled some came over and once again there was silence. The voice left and the intercom died. Yaosuke decided to calm himself down. He didn’t want to look rude before approaching the upcoming employer now did he. That was not his intentions and that would be completely and utterly unprofessional. Soon the gates of pure white color opened leading to a long path with gardens at both sides. It was beautiful, much fit for a king if Yaosuke do say so herself. The guy must be crazy loaded with ryo. It would be very interesting working for him. Very interesting indeed.

Walking into the the kage tower Yaosuke that he had recently been to only a few minutes ago Yaosuke would hand his mission details and take his money. Once the reward was given Yaosuke would take his leave.

Thief in the Night

Mission Information: A man has wired his house to be thief-proof, his paranoia pushing him to the very brink. He wants to test his new subjects and has asked some ninja to break in and check the effectiveness of the system. He refuses to tolerate mistakes, and wants to identify any malfunctions before a real thief finds them for him. Warning that the security measures are tough and violence is very likely to occur. Be very cautious.
Special Information: Can be done repeatedly.
Reward: 100 EXP & 2,500 Ryo.

"Instead of shifting his direction of travel, Yaosuke remained straight on course and traveled for the house opposite the one he had just invaded. Soon the street were filled with curious onlookers, most having been awoken from the noise, clearly visible while they stumbled around with their hands to their eyes trying to rub the fatigue away frantically. Without taking the time to look, Yaousuke kept his speed up and as he came to the single storied house, a seal appeared beneath his feet, glowing bright through the dark of the night. Jumping with renewed power he was sent high onto the house's roof, landing halfway along the structure. His speed never deterred and soon his figure was well away from the noise and curious eyes of the onlooker.

Later on he approached the same bar he had been in much earlier. The door swung open easily, and the bar tender looked at him with a vicious gaze. Yaosuke immediately brought his hands up in a sign for no intentions. With a quick nod the white masked ghost was given access to the bar, and the booths. Patting the cloak as he went to sit down in a booth, he felt the form of the photographs he had been assigned to collect. Their importance was worth enough ryo to Yaousuke to actually put himself on the line for them. Though it wasn't extremely dangerous, it was still more than what he normally would for a number of photos.

A glass of liquor slid across the table after a coaster had been tossed his way. The waitress knew Yaosuke well enough from his frequented visits. She placed a fresh pack of cigarettes on the table along with a lighter, then walked off briskly. She knew he wasn't one to talk or explain his day to most. She had often seen girls try to wiggle their way into his grasp, but like a man on a mission he coolly disregarded them and often left early to avoid their pestering. The only people Yaosuke seemed to get along with were the arrogant kind, treating most around them like total crap. The reason for this though, was that they paid the best for missions.

A moment later a man in a suit joined the mask man, taking the drink in his hand and slipping back the dark liquor. A moment passed before he looked at Yaosuke properly, his hair sleek and features well looked after. Placing the glass back on the coaster, he leaned back silently, observing the Uchiha  slowly slid his hands into the coat and pulled out the retrieved items. The suit briefly observed their condition and stature before placing them in a bag he had brought in.

"How was it?"


He asked curiously. Hoping to question Yaosuke on what exactly happened during the night.

"It was fine, a little messy but nothing will stain. There are too many dark spots for the thief to hide. Guards aren't very alert especially with expert thieves. I suggest maybe chakra detectors of some sort to use against ninjutsu camouflage."

Yaosuke replied, he knew which words would give what meaning, but to a random stranger it wouldn't sound so bad. And with that the larger man pulled out a smaller bag from the larger he had beside him, sliding it across the table. 

"A pleasure, remain available."

The suit said before sliding along the seat to exit the booth, and then walking out of the bar.

A young boy walked carefully up the stairs, his eyes down and observing each carpet covered step before he put his foot down, as though to check their existence was still there before he decided to trust them. His hand trailed across the wall effortlessly and on its own, sometimes gliding low and at other times flying high above his head. Yaosuke watched carefully from behind the couch, his figure well enough away that the darkness covered him mask so that the boy couldn't make him out. With a quick turn and a noise the boy turned the corner and disappeared down the hall. A moment later a light flicked on, and then a large shadow was thrown across it. Yaosuke exhaled, the shadow was a door being shut. Apparently the party wasn't to the child's nature.

Yaosuke rose slowly and went back to the same drawer, applying similar methods to which he had last time to extract the drawer quietly and erase suspicion from the people below. His hand searched thoroughly, sometime shifting the components of the drawer, which in turn made a slight noise. But never once did someone come up to check for the presence of an intruder. For that's what he was, an intruder into their very own home. His dark figure slowly ruffled through each and every crevice looking for a particular device in which he could then take back to his contractor.

His search came to an end when he found himself standing near the staircase, the entire upstairs department having been searched entirely. However not a single thing looked like it had been disturbed. Perfection in the way of a thorough and pro-performed search. However, he still lacked a few items to turn around and head back, so instead he slowly walked down the narrow stairway. Would he be able to find what he needed downstairs? Or would he run straight into trouble. A few things worried him, one for example is the inaccuracy of his report of how many people were actually in the vicinity. He counted more than what he was expected, but his second count had thrown the number down conditionally. His large shape stopped at the bottom of the stairway, a medium length hallway connected to the end of the stairs, the light came from the other end, where he could make out two males who sat at a table laughing along to a joke with some other people he couldn't quite make-out.

Stepping gingerly out of the shadow, he quickly stepped down the hallway with light pattering feet and into the slightly ajar doorway. Jackpot. He had stepped into the unused lounge-room and assumed the occupants were using the dining area or a secondary lounge-room for their entertainment for the night. In the room was a long shelf, stacked along it was a very long line of photo's which matched the description he had been given. He didn't need to take them all, only a few. Then he started wondering, if he took them it wouldn't take long for someone to notice a missing picture. Looking into the adjoining room he found a few more picture frames which weren't quite so immediately observant. He quickly slipped into the room and made way for the photo frames.

Still he carefully stepped out and across into the opposite room. Closing the door behind himself with a quiet push, he stepped into a dark haven. Little light managed to get into the room like the previous. His eyes adjusted lazily and soon he could make out various forms of furniture sitting around. Again the room appeared to be something that was currently in use, although this occupant really had little regard for the condition he or she left their room in. Clothes scattered across the floor, the bed unmade and items all over the desk.

Still he ignored the random cluttered mess and moved through the room silently, his black gloves serving him well with no prints. The black fabric rubbed gently across his hand with the movements. Still he found nothing in the room. Sighing to himself he couldn’t help but think of the worst case scenario for the mission. Which was him having to head into the main room to find the small objects he so desired at this very moment. 

Yaosuke stood inside a bedroom once more, the door slightly ajar allowing him to view down the hall without too much exposure to himself. Looking through the slots in his white mask, he spotted slight movement and watch intensely but the movement passed and didn’t return. He opened the door further and slipped out, and down the opposite end of the hall to the final room in this area of the house.

Slipping into the final room his heart nearly jumped a beat. But his instincts were correct. In the corner of the room sat a tall figure. Dark clothing protruding through the deepest shadow in the shape of a person. That alone send shivers through Yaosuke's spine which showed just how badly he didn’t want to be caught. When he walked up to the figure though he noticed it was a mannequin with some fabric covering it. The whole room was strewn with fabrics of all sizes as though someone had stood in the middle of the room, spun around hard and let go of a bunch of clothing.

“You’z taken up a mission, when youz come back, youz pay us.” The brute said, his jaw thick and wide, while his posture was tall and unsteady for combat. Pushovers. Two senbons ringed out around the bar, followed by another two. Yaosukes body did not move at all, his clothing however had. The cloak which surrounded his figure swung backwards. Four holes had ripped through the fabric, searing the edges of the holes. The thugs behind Yaosuje dropped after a wicked spray of blood spread across the room and floor. His head never moved after locking sight with the brute, almost like a trance. A single hand lifted from his cloak, it’s metal clean and majestic looking. A final senbom ringed out, a flame burst forth from the barrel before a bullet came spiraling out. Lodging itself in the larger man’s head, he fell backwards with a loud thud, nearby chairs bounced with the impact.

Placing the handgun back in its holster, Yaosuke walked over the large man and continued outside to his mission’s destination. The blood along the wall and across the bar was still warm to the touch when the stood swung shut. Yaosuke crouched low in a shadow, brushing against his figure were leaves from a bush growing against the tree. He had waited until the bright sun had called it a day and crawled below the horizon to let Yaosuke’s favorite matter come about the land. Darkness crawled across every surface, its deceptive nature hiding even the most un-subtle creatures which walked, crawled, slithered or had other means of transport. Even they would cast doubts with in the most strong-willed mind.

The black mask which sat upon his face turned slowly, the black orbs behind watched with curiosity. The target house was apparently the host of a party for this particular night. Although he could easily pull it off another night, a deviant smile spread across his lips beneath. A challenge was more than appropriate for his current mood and this surely was one. The outside of the house was still covered in deep shadows and the only source of light came from the lights which shone with in.

His dark form slipped across the street, heading in beside the house and into its dark shadow. The house next to it sat close but with no windows looking into the gap. Yaosuke’s slim figure hugged against the wall before looking up. He needed a way in, and one he could get to quite easily, without breaking a window. Any sign of his entrance would be a big problem.

Yaosuke would walk into the Kage Tower so that he could get his mission accepted. It was high time he would do some work and it was highly needed. Taking a mission paper he would advance towards the desk and he would get the needed approval and leave.
