As the Kunoichi rose to her feet, Aneun could not help but admire her ferocity, and perseverance. Surely she knew that on three occasions already, she could have died at his hands had he chosen to do so, and yet she continued to resist. And from that, he couldn't help but find her all the more attractive; appearances aside.
While he acted the way he did, Aneun did not enjoy it when someone gave in without a fight. To kneel and beg for mercy is a right reserved only for the weak, and he did not find weak women attractive. He lusted for a woman who was strong like the Kunoichi, and despite her inexperience, she had spirit -- regardless if it manifested from rage or a deep seeded emotion. Either way, had she given in, he would have deemed her unattractive, and simply labeled her a lump of flesh made for his pleasure.
But as she dropped her bow, Aneun felt - for a moment - that he had overestimated her spirit.
"Over already?" He thought as his hands began to move.
Formulating a quick sequence of seals, his form dispersed in a cloud of sand1. And using the confusion that soon followed, Aneun swiftly2 placed himself behind the Kunoichi. If she did not pierce the veil, as it were, she would find his right arm wrapped around her neck with his left pinning her left in place while bracing his right, leaving her within a choke hold.

If the user comes under attack, they can use this technique to cover their escape. After forming the needed hand seals, their body will disperse into an element (birds, mist, water, etc) they have an affinity for. This dispersion will confuse and distract their opponent while they escapes or hide.
Note: Those outside of the immediate range of this technique will still be able to see the caster attempting to escape, and thus counter.
