The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
While I do like the ideas, I do think it is hard to quantify values like 125%/150%/etc speed. Not exactly sure how you'd be able adjust it so its easily understood. My bad for not having an idea as well.
The same can be said about weight but its not as big of a problem since we do list character weights. It mainly comes down to when carrying objects but I guess we can leave that to the honor system. Just what I think. Not sure what other staff have to say.
While he told himself he would leave it to his teammates, Aneun did not expect them to completely handle the situation. With not much else to do, he entered the living room moments before Akuseru began interrogating the attacker. With his Two Tomoe Sharingan, he scanned the area for any traps or hidden pieces of information, but would find nothing. Once the area was confirmed safe, he turned his gaze toward the widow and her son, making sure they were not harmed, and did not possess any foreign chakra signatures. Turning to check on Akuseru and to see if the attacker was under a spell or perhaps held some secret, he would be too late as his team leader had already slit the mans throat.
"Dammit. I could have probably gotten more out of him. What a waste. Oh well." He said in regard to Akuseru's hasty action.
And with that comment, he headed toward the door. His teammate Jack would not know how correct he was when guessing why Aneun had such quick reactions, and while he did find the widow somewhat attractive, he was not an insensitive pervert. It was not the time for his usual antics.
"I think our allies will need this info. I'll get it to them." He commented toward Akuseru who had sent two clones back to the hotel.
Once outside, he reached into his pouch and pulled out a scroll; partially unraveling it before moving his fingers across its surface. In an instant a short summary of their actions was recorded, and with a single hand seal, the ink leapt off the pages in the form of a small falcon made of ink. With a mere thought the ink creation sped off toward the hotel where upon finding one of Akuseru's clones, would imprint itself on a nearby piece of paper in the form of the message it was formed from.
After the message was sent, Aneun wasted no time on his next course of action; the situation simply did not allow him to dawdle. Just like before, he instantly drew 20 small sparrows that with a single hand seal, also came to life, and scattered in multiple directions. Covering an immense area, he utilized the birds to gather information on any potential scouts or notable events in the area; the information gathered automatically sent back to him via telepathy.
Sharingan: Two Tomoe Rank: B Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Miniscule per 2 turns
This is the second variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan member’s pupil will turn red and develop two of the wheel swirls. With two tomoe, the user can perform minor jutsu copying, perceive movements with even greater clarity, pierce even stronger Genjutsu, and gather more information from chakra. Users are capable of viewing a targets elemental nature depicted as an aura around their being with varying colors depending on the releases they possess. Users also gain a higher degree of perception enabling skills such as lip-reading, basic movement mimicry (writing, mannerisms, stride, etc), and more.
Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of dispelling B-rank Genjutsu and below but is able to discern they are within a Genjutsu of A rank and below. The user is capable of predicting adept Taijutsu (B-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are of B rank Speed or less. For an additional increment of one Mid worth of chakra (stacks with copied jutsu), the user can copy any technique of B-rank and below for the duration of the thread; this cannot be applied to Kinjutsu, Genjutsu, Advanced Releases, Kekkei Genkai, or Clans.
Sumi Engo (Ink Screen) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive/Defensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
By generating ink in their mouth, the user will expel a cloud of ink to reduce a targets visibility or as a means of cover. Effect is greatly increased when used in water.
Note: Must know Sumi Tsuba no Jutsu (Ink Spit Technique). Ink cloud measures 2 meters in height, length, and width. Coverage and density of ink cloud is doubled when used in water.
Sumi Shimi (Ink Blot) Rank: C Range: -- Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: Low per construct/creation
After forming the hand seals, Sumi's are able to cause their ink constructs or creations to 'explode,' covering an area with the substance.
Note: Only works on the users own constructs and creations. Ink covers an area equal in diameter to whatever 'exploded.'
Watashi no Sekai (My World) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: -- Chakra Consumption: Miniscule
A quirky technique developed by Song Aneun to fit his unique personality. This technique was born from his love of music and natural affinity for the Genjutsu arts; letting him to impose his will onto all those within range. Those affected by this illusionary art are forced to listen to the music of Aneun's choice, allowing him to set the mood for himself or others.
Note: Must have Yin Release (Inton). Only one theme song can be played per use. Affects those he has vision of or vice versa. Music played is always at a comfortable volume to not affect targets physically. Selfish Technique known and taught only by Song Aneun.
Akuriru (Acrylic) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive/Defensive Handseals: -- Chakra Consumption: High; Mid per turn
One of the few Hand-to-Hand techniques of Heiho that allows a more fluid style of combat than its weapon counterpart. A Heiho practitioner generates ink which will cover their arms and/or legs turning the affected area black. The generated ink 'armor' is as durable as stone, but retains the appendages maneuverability, and yet absorbs impact akin to water, giving the technique a high degree of offense and defense. Attacks with the affected area will yield greater levels of power as the ink increases the 'hardness' of the chosen appendage and perfectly transfers all of the users strength into each strike. This transfer of strength manifest in the form of a strong knock-back effect or two 'surges' of force applied moments after and at the same impact point as the original hit; each 'surge' possessing as much power as the original.
Note: Must be a Heiho practitioner. Can only be penetrated/broken by physical attacks of A rank or higher. Non-physical (fire, sound, etc) attacks of B rank or higher deal reduced damage to the user but do not break the armor. Knock-back effect is 5 meters.
Tenka-Zai (Additive) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Mid
After forming a singular hand seal, a single orb or two equal size orbs will form and float next to the chosen weapon/s or limb/s. The orb/s do not function on their own and only activate when the user is attacking with the chosen weapon or limb; adding additional effects of the users choosing to their strikes. The orb/s can be manipulated to act in a multitude of ways such as near instantly taking on rudimentary shapes or mimicking a single instance of the users chosen appendage with many times the users strength; creations harder than stone. It can also be utilized in a more basic form such as a surge or wave of ink that crashes into those in range applying a large amount of concussive force; enough to break bone.
Note: Must be a Heiho practitioner. Gahitsu (Artist's Brush) or Akuriru (Acrylic) must be active. Single orb measures four inches in diameter; double orbs are each half the diameter of a single. Single orb creations cannot surpass six meters in diameter while double orb creations cannot surpass three meters in diameter. All creations cannot travel farther than two meters from the user.
Puraimā (Primer) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Defensive Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: High
An advanced form of Kyanbasu designed to protect a large area or a group of people. After forming the hand seal, ink is generated from the users body, and starting from the user, expands outwards nigh instantaneously; pushing away all harmful and/or enemy elements, and forming a bubble or dome around the user of transparent, swirling ink. The ink can also be generated from the users hand which causes ink to spill into the ground/air, and forming the shield. The barrier can be made to allow others in at the users discretion or pass through others deemed an "ally" harmlessly.
Note: Must be a Heiho practitioner. Must know Kyanbasu (Canvas). Measures six meters in diameter. Able to block a single A rank attack. Lower rank have no effect.
Even as she struggled to free herself, Aneun's vantage point gave him more than enough control to prevent her from easily escaping, and allowed him to do as he wished. Even the pain in his hand did not compare to the bliss he felt after 'gripping' her. Though she betrayed her word of surrender, he simply focused more on the sensation lingering in his hand rather than her actions.
And even if he had not, all was forgiven. Whether she attacked him again or attempted any other action, he already forgave as he'd gotten his desired prize. She would never forget the encounter nor the man who bested her, and had done so much more -- nor would he forget the moment where their intimacy reached its peak.
"Ready and waiting, darlin." He said in response to her threat as he watched her walk off.
Watching her disappear into the distance, he could tell she headed for Sunagakure, and while he could have followed her due to knowing the villages location, he did not. One unforgettable encounter was enough for one day; he had to prepare for the next as his form faded into the distance.
