The way she bit down on her lip, it gave away her intrinsic intimacies. Yet, as she shied away from allowing the substance behind his compliment to share interaction with the man's amber optics, confliction had arose. As if being read a book, the Uchiha was aware of what was going on, and yet he expended nominal effort. The things she wanted to do conflicted with something, he just couldn't pinpoint the source: Moral values, personal anxieties, shyness, a befouled past, the possibilities were numerous. Nonetheless, how she reacted to anything was indeed entitled to her free will. He wouldn't make this anymore ill-fitting for her if he already had so. Nevertheless, something about her, something more fundamental then what met the eye triggered an ever-growing curiosity in the Niidaime.

Inadvertently though, the blue-haired Uchiha has fallen for her ingenious and sensual ploy. His eyes now leveling with her lips and noticing the faint impression of sensuality flooding such a suble gesture. It was enticing to say the least. Having already decided his night would be spent with the woman and enjoying her company, this subtle flirting was bound to ensue with time. Ryûsuke couldn't help to also take into his senses, the woman's cheeks as the blush quickly overwhelm her skin. Such a flawless and beauteous complexion she held, it was astonishing to see someone with perfection on the outside and internally as well. Yes, he called her complete-- and the reason because she wasn't. From their short conversation to the understanding of her body signals, it was keen to see she was imperfect, and didn't try to hide it. Her personality, mannerisms, character and values were all hers. That, in itself-- the ability to me 'yourself' made her perfection in his eyes.

“I tried my best to instill into him, the value and responsibility of appreciation women.” He exclaimed, taking another cupful to the head, allowing his throat to be moistened once more as he placed his cup on the table and gave her his full and undivided attention. “I've seen women do so many things and they're so vital to our continuation--- they deserve to have such gratitude and attention.” Emphasis placed on the end of his statement, almond, sensual eyes continued to pierce the frame of Miyako as the Uchiha smiled charmingly. “I'm glad he showed you that same respect.” It was amazing; even in his absence, did the boy continue to hold dear to his teachings, and while reaching the status of high-ninja, his humility never diminished. At least Ryûsuke could smile knowing he didn't fail in one thing.

Conversation was reaching a new level of interesting, and the Uchiha found himself fully-indugled. Nonetheless, leave it to the drunken masses to ruin a good environment. “E-excuze m-meh!” It was swift-moving and never the more destructive; even beyond the Hokage's command. From Miyako's back, one of the intoxicated many had stumbled over, slurred in his words in loose in his steps. While trying to stop himself, he just couldn't and before he knew it, the full glass of sake he held found itself flooding over the lovely woman's attire; Ryûsuke's eyes widened in distraught as he instantly jumped up.

”Miyako-chan! Are you alright?!---- Your dress.”

The Shunshin occurred the moment you released the Kunai, while it doesn’t host its teleportation effect given it was used in open daylight, it’s still a High-speed movement. By time he would have emerged from it, only covering roughly half technique’s maximum range, you’d have possibly finished your seals, commenced your technique—it wouldn’t have been there before he resurfaced. You could track it, but timing measured, it wouldn’t have beaten me to the punch.

This kid was persistent, the Uchiha thought as he exited from his high-speed transition, only to find himself faced with an impending sea of summer hues. Needless to say, considering his previous burst paralleled with the release of the Kunai, he had just enough time to continue in his spree of momentum-driven defenses. Having arrived at the face of the building, only to have his break interrupted, he continued onward, stepping upon the wall as chakra guided him upwards¹, yet again into another rupture of speed². The previously used technique used immediately following a more rudimentary practice. It would be close, but considering the margin of timing, it was within his right.

While marginal, Ryūsuke relaxed behind the building for a moment; obscured from sight and more importantly, the Sharingan. Whoever this kid was, he had some skill, but he relied too heavily on a tool that gave the untried conceit.

Kinobori no Waza is an Academy Ninjtusu technique. By focusing a small amount of chakra to the bottom of their feet, the user can climb a tree (or other vertical wall) without utilizing their hands. This technique has a dual purpose, since it is the perfect way to increase skills with chakra control - if the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will loose their footing; if the stream is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.

2. Shunshin no jutsu

But there was always something to tell. Ryūsuke couldn’t express in words the number of times he met someone, and from doing something as simple as spending time with them, came to understand much more about their character then they let on. The beauty of interaction came with the anonymity of learning what lied beyond; be it good or bad. Without so much as a thought to it, the Uchiha just knew there was something more to her then she let on. If just a natural instinct to stay reticent or an innocent inadequacy complex, something profound resided deep within her being. The Jōnin was curious enough to dig deeper.

A citizen, I gathered. A Liberian, obvious to the notion that Ashura presented earlier and likewise being a fellow lover of reading; something the boy neglected to mention. Twenty-six, not much older than myself (Not realizing he was chronologically older); basic information, but there must be more, He listened with resolute intent. Noticing she also finished her drink, he did so as well, allowing the contents of his cup to drown down his throat. Smiling, he poured himself another, and gestured to aid her empty glass in finding substance once more as he filled it to the prim. “Well,” He paused, pulling the curved sake bottle back and placing it on the table. “I’m quite interested in knowing why you came to this party—was it because of Ashura?” Ryūsuke was quite ignorant to the fact that his son could have possibly spilled his name in conversation with the beautiful blonde and while unconscious to the rationale of what his student was attempting to implicate, he wanted to know from her prospective.

Selfish? The Uchiha had been called many things in his lifetime: strong, compassionate, lighthearted, ignorant. However, Selfish was quite fresh to the brim, nonetheless, for her to use it, maybe it held some truth. The last time the two saw one another, it was during that rather monotonous hunt for the world’s most valued fortune, which ended in complete failure and the Uchiha vanishing from her life once more. His intentions were chaste, thought when set juxtaposed with the need of his people; one could say he was self-seeking in that sense. He was needed somewhere—truly required—yet he didn’t show due to his own agenda. Yes, selfish did fit well, he supposed.

His Sharingan was needed to see the difficulty maintaining her equanimity, the strain in her voice and the malice in her eyes; however, through all the hate, sorrow seeped through her tears. He wanted to talk, but he couldn’t form anything appropriate when facing such emotion. Unluckily for him, she had more to say, and her words didn’t grow any kinder as this one-sided affair trickled into searing blade aimed at the man’s heart. She spoke of war, treachery, civil uprising and a deathly pestilence; all information foreign to his senses as he looked on with calm resting eyes, holding his composure as the Hyūga’s continued to spill over pass its boiling point. It seemed while he was away, Konoha had seen quite the number of tragedies in his absence.

Her feet continuing to sent trembles through the finely reinforced flooring of the vestibule, and as those looking on backed away in panic, the Uchiha stood still. Her hand now clenched before his face, her anger had seen new limitations; her ceiling cracked. She took a swing at him, and with all the intention in the world to shatter his face and end his life once more, he would react.

…. A silence befell in the room and as eyes widened, Ryūsuke’s evolved.

“So I guess you’d like to kill me, again?” He’d question in a low tone. His arm interlocked around the woman’s, locking her elbow in pace as her chakra-infest fist rested to his rear, he tugged her in. Upon further inspection, she’d notice the swirling tomoe, three to be precise, moving in perfect symmetry as crimson stained his once amber hues. In the briefest of seconds, to avoid collision, did the Uchiha activate his eyes and allowed her fist to pass through a space between his arm and side, capturing it and tightening his grasp just above her inner arm with his opposing hand.

”I wasn’t pretending, Kohana..”

Surely she would lock eyes with the man, her confidence and anger wouldn’t allow otherwise. The instant she did so, however, Ryūsuek introduced her senses to his past; His unique brand of Hypnosis plunging her to the battlefield of Sunagakure as if she had been there all along. She would see the Uchiha’s fall—catered to her own invisibility would she see the man who claimed false death wither away in a array of black flames as his body was incinerated. However, she would find herself shifting to a new scenery—Yukigakure, where the knight would soon rise once more. Bare and without a conscious explanation to how he returned to the physical world. Nonetheless, fright she wouldn’t in confusion as he became tangible—Kōketsu, who held Ryūsuke by the neck after enlivening him. Their conversation was silent, Kohana wouldn’t know what the two shared, however, she would see the truth, and she would know how he came to be directly in front of her. And with that, the illusion ceased to exist and the Uchiha’s grip on her faded.

”Do you understand?”

Interesting, The Uchiha thought to himself as the onyx features of his opponents eyes shifted to a deadly crimson. Fighting one who held from his own clan made this that much more electrifying, and as a result, forced the Anbu operative to a complete stop, just as he hit the ten meter verge. Protected and astute, he knew both the weaknesses and advantages of his own clan’s inheritance. As a direct result he braced himself for impact as his opponent charged into the same direction. Prepared to enter into combat or to elude is viable, he would stalk every movement; his eyes refusing to evolve for the time being.
