There was much ground to cover, and even without a specified time limit, Akuharu felt as if a massive clock somewhere was counting down. As he entered into this new quadrant his eyes would move painstakingly over every nearby feature, taking in its peculiarities, its personality. He committed to memory those features that made it different from the place he'd just left. The initial set up was largely the same, but it seemed absent the river running the length of the thickest part of the forest, and near the area whose wall he'd just scaled, their lay the evidence of recent battle. Tree's had been ripped apart, scattering shards of ice clung in odd patterns to areas where they should not have rightfully formed, and the tension running through the area was an almost palpable sensation. Akuharu sniffed harshly, even through his mask, and decided not to take immediately to the tree-line, as he came across a slumped over figure a few meters away, leaning against a tree, eyes closed.
Akuharu looked around, wondering if this were some sort of set up; it seemed plausible enough, and perhaps the type of thing he might do if he were trying to lure someone close, but it would be a foolish deception at any rate. The briefest of handseals, and a single bunshin would appear to his side, circling around behind him as he neared what appeared to be a downed shinobi from Kusagakure. He placed a finger to the boy's nose and lips as his clone kept watch, detecting the faintest of breaths and little else. He seemed all but depleted of chakra. Akuharu searched the boy with little hope of finding more dog tags, and was not surprised to see the boy carried none, but rummaged through his other belongings and found much of use. The satchel and all it contained would be pilfered from the defeated genin, as well as binoculars, and carried with Akuharu's other belongings as he finally made his way into the nearby tree's.
Alighting on a branch, he'd find small places where nature had been unnaturally disturbed, climbing higher and higher towards he sky, allowing his clone to move out beyond, further into the woods. The two would take turns quietly stalking through the greenery, unseen, hoping to come across some sign of the current 'champion' before too long, or at the very least, additional dog tags.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
