Description: Of the few non-main Gentle Fist techniques, Juuho Soushiken is nonetheless an attack to be feared. After gathering chakra into their fists, the Hyuuga will skillfully spin and rush towards their target in order strike them. Spectral heads of pure, Hyuuga chakra will then form around their fists, forming two large lion-shaped shrouds that can be used to attacks the opponent. Because of their nature, they can move past solid defenses and attack the opponent internally. Best of all, because of the chakra's nature, any contact the claws have with the victim's chakra network results in immediate chakra loss - a condition made likely with the tenketsu revealing powers of Byakugan.

Description: Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, a member of the Hyuuga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user in the form of a single handtap, or even when the enemy attempts to touch the Hyuuga or trap them. It is also useful when the Hyuuga has been bound by an enemy, targeting weak points in the prison that they see with their Byakugan with their sudden chakra rush in order to dispel it. This technique was made legendary when its creator employed it to save themselves from sudden crystallization at the hands of a Shoton master.

Kaze Sōjū (Wind Manipulation) (75 exp)

Special: Range expands to 6 meters at C-rank, 7 meters at B-Rank, 8 meters at A-rank, and 10 meters at S-rank. As rank goes up, the user gain's even more control, but chakra cost rises. When first learned, this technique can be used for a period of one turn, plus one more with each advance in rank. Weak to Katon Jutsu.
Description: After forming a string of hand seals, the user is able to control the air within a five meter radius of himself. By this, he/she can do anything from slightly altering an incoming kunai's direction, to applying enough chakra to knock someone off balance. The stronger the user's rank of the jutsu, the more powerful his or her manipulation is.

Special: Effective in blocking and returning ninjutsu and taijutsu of equal rank. Push-back distance starts off at 10 meters, and increases by 10 more with each new rank acquired.
Description: No one knows the power of Fuuton more than a Fuuton specialist, and this technique was designed by those that met reality sooner than most. Varying by skill and rank, this technique allows the user to take hold of any offensive jutsu used upon them, as along as the attack’s nature allows for whatever is thrown to be controlled. With a great burst of chakra at either their hands or weapons, the user quickly returns the technique back at the opponent, in full effect.

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu

Special: When first learned, the user can spit out up to 5 chakra senbon in a straight manner, shooting twice as fast as a kunai. Re-training this jutsu adds 1 additional needle each time. For every 10 needles the user can make, consumption goes up one rank.
Description: Though basic, Fukumi Hari is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by novice and expert shinobi alike due to its practicality. After briefly and quickly molding chakra to one's mouth, the user is able to call forth chakra needles in order to spit them out at their opponent with great accuracy, as well as with the element of surprise in their favor.
Domain: Universal Ninjutsu.

He'd then throw the meat even further away, and move as they all sprinted towards it. He didn't think they'd be able to find they're way back as easy he would. And by the time they did, it'd be someone else's mission to collect trash. Haru would now make his way back to the crowded streets he had been on, there was still alot of work to be done. He came back to see that the crowd had died down a bit, since earlier, and he could actually get to work picking litter off the ground.

However, he'd begin by first picking up, and cleaning, the cans that had been dumped out and tipped over by the dogs. This was especially gross, but Haru knew it'd be over sooner or later. After his first task, he had gotten more used to working with trash; consequently, this time around he worked at a much faster pace. Another two hours passed before he finished cleaning, the young Hyūga took a second to sit and catch his breath as he finished.

His last task was to pick up all the litter spread out across the streets. This would probably be the most time-consuming task, but the hardest part of his D-rank mission was over. After picking up a few more trash bags, Haru would get right back to work. There was alot of trash, and it took him a few hours just to pick up most of it that was on the main streets of Konoha. He'd occasionally have to stop for more bags, it was truly a time-consuming task. However, the sight of seeing the ground so clean motivated him to keep going.

Cleaning the primary streets alone took several hours. He'd follow this up by scanning other parts of the village for excess amounts of trash. Here and there he'd have to run down and clean up, but eventually he finished. It was well into the afternoon when he finally got done. Haru would leave for the Hyūga Compunds, to wash up before heading to the Hokage Tower. It had been an exerting little mission; nonetheless, he'd completed it, and made Konoha, his home, a better place.

--mission 03. garbage man.

Haru awoke ready and prepared to begin the day's work. After eating a bowl of ramen, he'd say goodbye to his family and head on out. Having picked up more than one mission yesterday, he didn't have to worry about stopping at the Hokage's Tower. He wasn't in much of a hurry at the moment, as it was early in the morning; so he chose take the long way out of his clan's district, and go through the dojo.

He'd take some time to watch the younger Hyūga, and even some his age, work on their techniques. It reminded him of the days when he use to come in and do the same thing; though, lately he hadn't had much of a chance. Haru knew it was something he needed to do, especially if he wanted to become the most skilled Hyūga in his clan. After pondering on this for a bit longer, he decided tomorrow he'd come in and train.

For now, Haru would exit the dojo, while concurrently reading today's mission information.

Easy enough. He'd now make his way into some of the main streets of Konoha, knowing that's where the highest concentrations of trash would reside. On his way, he'd stop and grab several trashbags, each big enough to carry a huge load. Once there, Haru saw that it was going to be much more arduous than he'd expected. The streets and everything around them were crowded with people heading to work; Haru couldn't even see the ground.

Description:
All over Konoha, reports have been coming in about small house robberies. Whom these people are is unknown, but they usually leave the house in shambles once raided. Petty bandits have been captured, but they refuse to give information on their leader. Regardless of this, Konoha can not allow it's citizens to continue being robbed. Information on the next home to be struck is held within Konoha's intelligence. But capturing them has proven to be a job only for skilled shinobi.

Obective:
Stay guard at the located home and stop the bandits. Take them alive. Killing them is not an option.

Reward:

"You son of a bitch!"

"Kazuo's unconscious! Get the Boy!"

Before they could move, the boy had performed the hand-seals needed to shunshin himself. He'd stop at the far right bandit, who immediatley swung at Haru. He wasn't that quick though, and Haru avoided it by simply pivoting his right foot outward. He'd then continue by using that small momentum to jab his right hand forth with four chakra-imbued fingers, aimed at the side of the man's neck. As the strike connected with his jugular vein, the man would slump down onto the floor.

Though he had been focused on that one bandit, he still had a 359 degree field of vision, and was able to watch as the other four surrounded him. He'd step into a Jūken stance, and watch attentively as the four began to converge on him. After quickly emitting chakra from each of the 361 tenketsu in the Hyūga's body, he would begin to rotate. This created a spinning dome of chakra around Haru - the Hakkeshō : Kaiten - which flung each of his four foe's away.

Three were knocked out by the impact they'd made with the fence/ground, the other just dazed. Haru ran towards him, the man looked up with a confused expression before he too was layed out. The 11-year old Genin stood atop of his last foe, his sword hilt having just connected with the man's temple. He'd swiftly sheath his sword, and then move onto the next task - tying each of them up.

"NOOO!! You can't stop a group of grown men from trying to rob my house! Your just a little boy! How old are you?"

"Eleve-"

"What?! This can't be happening.. I'm paying Konoha to protect my house, and they send me a kid?!"

"I'm a Shino-"

"I don't care wh-"

"LET ME SPEAK! My name is Hyūga Haru, I'm a Shinobi, and I will protect your house. Age doesn't matter here, I can subdue a group of bandits. Now calm down."

"Well... Fine, but that you'll have to prove to me. I'm Yuki Kusuke.. Come in, I guess."

Inside, he was even more impressed. Bandits would truly hit the jackpot if they successfully robbed this house; however, that wasn't something Haru was going to let happen.. willingly, atleast. While inside, Haru was given a few bundles of very thick, sturdy rope. He had been taught different ways to tie someone up in the academy, and wasn't really worried about that. After a few minutes of awkward conversation, the man told him to stand outside and keep guard.

As the hours passed, Haru's anticipation for the robbery grew; howbeit, the idea of failing began to creep into his head. The light eventually turned to darkness, Haru ordered the man to leave the property, and, after making sure he was safe, prepared for the inevitable confrontation. As the minutes passed, the boy began to doubt himself. It’s a C-rank mission, it’s possible for a Genin to do, that was his only rationalization.

--mission 02. this is a stick up pt.1.

Having not stopped since he'd gotten up this morning, the young Genin decided to halt for a second. While his first mission had been simple, Haru expected his current one to be a bit more challenging. Ironically, this time around he wasn't anxious at all, just ready to get started. As he took a seat near the tower he'd just left, Haru would begin to re-read the mission information.

Tonight a robbery would ensue, and Haru would be there to stop them. He was definitely up for it; what kind of shinobi would he be if he couldn't take down a few bandits? Haru was guessing it wouldn't happen until night, but figured he might as well head down there - atleast to speak with the residents. Getting up from the bench, the boy would make his way through the village and to the house location.
