ooc: lol at metagaming. you assume I can see through the mist when IC you've no knowledge of me casting such a jutsu nor have i given implication I can see through it. Besides that your logic is seriously flawed. Your bugs move 2 meters per second and without shunpo your still far away from me. I put you off at 35 meters last post, so this you tossed smoke bombs like twenty plus meters away from me xD. Also, you can only control your bugs from twenty meters away. I'll be posting as such. You wouldn't be close enough, simple and even by some miracle you are my post still aligns correctly.

While Masumi neared the end of her seals she realized the Aburame had thrown smoke bombs; however he was still very much outta range, but succeeded in obscuring his own actions. Needless to say Masumi didn't need sight at this point. She'd end it in this one burst she thought as she dipped into the well of curse mark, feeling the tainted energy wrap around her and engulf her mind into madness.

Masumi would had ascended directly into stage three of her curse mark, her once auburn hair shifting into a dark black, with blue highlights, her skin a toxic midnight blue. She had transcended beings known as humans, plunging herself into a realm of magic.

"Suiton: Baku Suishouha!"

Her body tingled, burning with the hot sensation as she unleashed her jutsu, water spilling from her gullet. She'd allow the water to shower the earth one whole turn, baptizing the world in her tainted^1? water. Whilst this happened, the faux Masumi had shunpo'd forward, to the right of the real Masumi, her hands dancing as she herself would unleash a technique at the mans last known location, ensuring the true Mizukage would go uninterrupted.

"Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu!"

The jutsu would birth itself from Masumi, the enormous column of water taking the shape of a monstrous dragon, it'd seek to impact the very earth he stood upon, sweeping him away. This would make it so next turn he'd be embraced by Masumi's gargantuan wave of poisoned water.

Chakra: Mid
Special: Allows the user to transition from an inactive stage of the Tenchi no Juuin to any stage that the user has obtained. This transition does not remove any of the user's maximum turns, but can only be used from an inactive stage.
Description: This instant transition is necessary for when the user is fighting an opponent who attacks quickly with very deadly jutsu. The transition occurs instantly, and the user can jump to any stage of his or her Juuinjutsu, at the cost of an additional bit of chakra.
Domain: Requires the user to know Tsugini.


Tsugisan (Stage Three)
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary / Juuinjutsu / Kinjutsu
Range: Self
Chakra: Massive, Mid per turn
Special: Grants the user many benefits, including a 300% increase to the user's physical speed and strength. Allows the user a three rank Push. Increases damage from all cast Ninjutsu by one "A" Rank amount, and requires an additional "A" Rank amount of chakra for opponents to break casted Genjutsu. Upgrading from Stage One to Stage Three requires the user to consume three of his or her Seal Duration turns, while transitioning from Stage Two to Stage Three costs one turn. The user gains an additional bonus depending on your Primary.

Ninjutsu Primary: Doubles the range and area of effect of all Ninjutsu abilities for no additional cost.

Genjutsu Primary: Allows the user to naturally perform Double Casting with any Genjutsu the user knows, even if the style is not mastered.

Taijutsu Primary: Allows the user to create a shockwave one meter wide and one meter tall which travels for 5 meters after the performance of any Taijutsu technique which deals the same amount of damage that the technique would. Opponents caught by the shockwave will be pushed backwards until the shockwave ends.

Description: The final form of the Tenchi no Juuin. Once activated, the user's body goes through a massive transformation, shifting and mutating as the Seal completely manipulates the user's body to appear as something akin to what their soul would appear like (base this upon the user's alignment). While in this form, the user is capable of having some passive abilities, such as having increased physical damage from growing sharpened claws or potentially things like flight by the growth of wings. However, only a maximum of two passive abilities can be granted by this ability, and the user will be required to create those abilities in Customs and then buy them with exp.

Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)

Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 40 meters
Chakra: Very High
Special: The waves are delivered through the user's mouth and proceed to rapidly flood out an entire area. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles. Flooding depends on how long the user spends time spewing water, and as a result, amounts are measured by height, width and length.
Quarter turn spill: 10m x 10m x 10m
Half turn spill: 20m x 20m x 20m
Full turn spill: 40m x 40m x 40m

Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.

Chakra: Mid
Special: Because Hozuki are made of water, they can use themselves as a base for all Suiton jutsu. Highest rank known determines the rank of Suiton the Hozuki can use.
Description: A very basic yet essential technique, this allows the Hozuki to use their bodies as mediums for the birthing of Water jutsu should they lack the environmental advantage, or some sort of carrying device housing water. Because they themselves are made of water, it makes accessing Water jutsu near instantaneously - just keep in mind not to use too much, or the user will simply weaken themselves!

Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Projectile Technique)
Rank: A
Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 40 meters
Chakra: Very High
Special: Due to the nature of the attack, the dragon can strike available aerial targets as well. If the dragon’s head is severed from its body, the lost appendage reverts to its natural water state and the remaining severed stub attached to the water source can re-grow once more. Only focusing a strong attack on the head will defeat it for sure.
Description: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is one of Suiton’s strongest ninjutsu, mainly because of its impact force and its ability to attack enemies in the air and on the ground. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike at their target. Upon striking its target and ensnaring it in its aquatic maw, the dragon explodes with great force, flooding all nearby and providing an ample amount of water for more Suiton techs, should any enemies remain standing…

It was all too easy.

The moment his body gave the suggestion of jumping the faux Masumi would ignite the tag, it'd burn and its cooking would usher a fiery conflagration of flames that'd lick away at the man. The kunai had detonated while the man was in the air, just shy of the projectile, ensuring that he would not escape; however Masumi was a cautious woman. Whilst the explosion ensued chaotically around the man Masumi had already extended a veil of blinding mist in a tweny meter radius, inhibiting all the players vision save for the Mizukage who had activated another jutsu which granted her sight within the obscure veil.

The shadow clone Masumi would also be granted this vision and so would rush in to the possibly charred man, drawing her blade, she'd break the distance with two shunhin being the man had stopped his backwards progression. Red wave in hand if he was down for the count she'd simply stab him in his heart. Privy to the insect swarm that was summoned roughly thirty five meters away the true Masumi made no intentions to move, allowing her hands to meet breifly. ^1?

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Chakra: Low
Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

Kiri Shiryoku (Mist Vision)

Special: Vision is limited to 15ft plus 5ft per retraining. Maintaining costs a D Rank amount of chakra every post.
Description: A jutsu designed to allow for enhanced sensual perception even when an area is obscured by water or mist. The user directs chakra to their eyes that allows them to see through mist without distortion and see through water without refraction or distortion, enabling them to clearly maintain sight even with these things in the way. This vision is limited to a few feet however.

There was a shift in the wind, and a abrupt change within her guards demeanor. His movement had become hurried, his temperament, and entire aura change; shown by his sudden hustle to take the lead, his arm blocking her path. Taking notice immediately, Masumi slowed her own steps seeing that Kouketsu would not allow her to pass, there was no need for her to inquire the already understood.

The message though silent had explained all she needed to properly infer and become privy to the visitor. The raven haired man revealed his presence, he was calm, though his gaze was not on her, but Kouketsu. The Mizukage showed no sign of worry, her composure was calm and her visage docile.

It shouldn't take long for him to notice who she was, her Kage hat proudly broadcasting her rank and affiliation within her village-the prestigious title she held.

"It would seem so."

Speaking, with her arms held in front of her, hidden in the mouth of her sleeves, lovely, cunning, and devious eyes would meet with the vagabonds own, seemingly wrapping around his entire figure. The Mizukage was known for her perhaps overwhelming disposition, her un-readable poker face was one of her many talent, while some would call it crude others would name it tact.

"Would you do me the pleasure of telling me why you stopped?"

Her voice was clear, layered with a more womanly voice than she was known for. The Mizukage always tended to lead people astray about her true, dark nature. It was more a game than anything, but fun nonetheless.

The watching watcher had yet to make any movements, so Masumi for now deleted him from the equation. It didn't take long for blonde to scamper away, slipping into the threads of reality; however Masumi would not give chase yet, even the best of hunters knew to let their prey come to them, so whilst he had turned his back to her, Masumi threw a kunai with whistling white at its back his way. Being he had to turn his back to her he'd have no knowledge of it. Already, Masumi weaved the single seal that brought to life a carbon copy of herself.

"Shadow clone jutsu!"

Having had it spawn beside her, Masumi jumped back, her heels digging into the weak earth all the while her palms greeted one another.^[1?] At the same time he'd finish his final step after phasing out and into the real world for his final time, the faux Masumi would wait to see if he didn't opt to perform his seal with his back to her and remain oblivious to the threat behind him all the while a obscuring veil would creep over the area.
