OOC - Again, I thought I made it pretty clear I was not within your Sand Dominion range but instead 25 meters, but it seems you still don't get it...well, I'm not feeling so forgiving anymore! GG =P

As they came forward he leapt backwardly about 3 meters, and as he landed his right hand uplifted with precipitous speeds he uprooted a circular clod of sand (10 meters for Height length, and width), rising it above both he and his opponent by 10 meters.

I would wait no longer. As he continued his tomfoolery in the sand by casting jutsu that failed to even reach me, the clone and I had easily flown through the seals required for our desired ender - Ikadzuchi no Utage. It'd come forth from underneath his very feet as he landed, while he chose to jump around and prepare more useless jutsu of his own. Swift moving hands would already be slamming down into the sand after moving forward a few steps, 20 meters away, ready to bring on murder. There would be no warning. There would be no more chances. Even while the Suna ninja was momentarily blinded of me by his own sand he'd be hit. The shocks would be endless, and they'd end only when he did.

Description: Although Utage shares a name similarity with Kiba, it’s a far unique and different in many ways. The most notable is that the lightning for this technique travels underground. Once the user makes the appropriate seals, they mold a concentrated amount of chakra at their weapon tip or their fists, and quickly strike the ground with it. Whomever they targeted will soon be victim of a quick traveling electrical surge from below, invisible only until it arrives at its target. It emerges from below them, surprisingly fast so that it shocks the victim whole.
