Sharingan (Copy Wheel Eye)

Special: In order to unlock each stage, the user must RP through some sort of induced life-threatening stress that requires staff approval. Users normally will start with a dormant Sharingan; only the most competent, well made, original applications get the 1st Tomoe at the start.
Description: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it with ease, depending on the level of development reached within the eye. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe, comma like shapes of pure ebony that exist in perfect symmetry around the pupil. Only under the influence of extreme stress will the Sharingan evolve, and only after the user has endlessly trained their eye will its true skill come forth.

Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

Description: The final normal evolution to Sharingan, the third tomoe fits symmetrically with the rest by creating a perfect triangular existence around the pupil. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body, in the form of a quickly processed mental premonition. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. Best of all, three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to cast unique genjutsu and incur deep hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing, or simply to force them to endure endless torture.

Description: Once mastery of the third stage is acquired, the Uchiha will be able to unlock all perceptive abilities for the eye that influence copying. In essence, the user is now able to copy and perform any non-special, non-bloodline technique that is being used on them, as long as the eye can predict it with enough time.
Domain: Uchiha. Must unlock 3rd Tomoe Sharingan.

Description: Magen • Kyouten Chiten is an advanced doujutsu genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha, specifically those having unlocked the Third Tomoe. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha can detect an incoming illusion, stop the sensory spell cast on their body, and just as quickly reverse it back on their opponent, resulting in the illusion cast on the very owner that summoned it, all within a few moments.
Domain: Uchiha. Must unlock 3rd Tomoe Sharingan.

Range: Eyesight
Special: Sleep, suggestion, paralysis, and memory recall last up to 1 turn, plus 1 more each time this jutsu is retrained. Cannot force a user to do something completely against their will, like taking their own life or that of a dear comrade, unless they have previous intent to do so.
Description: Upon unlocking the last of the normal secrets behind the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha begins to take full control of their blood powers. They are now able to essentially hypnotize anything or anyone that comes in eye contact with the Sharingan, inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". Finally, this level of hypnosis is capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, and even replaying certain, specific memories to someone.

Special: Imbued in Raiton, the gauntlets allow the caster to use them as Raiton mediums, so that rather than handseals, the user simply 'charges' - that is, they ball their fists momentarily as the gauntlet gains strength through chakra. Please keep in mind the 'charge' time does not replace the time it takes to form seals, as they are both the same (for example, a 'charge' for a 'C' ranked jutsu take just as long as making a 'C' ranked seal sequence). Lastly, keep in mind that since the mechanisms in the gloves are operated purely by Raiton, running out of chakra while wearing these leaves the user SOL.
