A NEW ALLY has joined!
Mention of combat immediately peaked F's interest in his newest acquaintance, an Iwa shinobi by the name of Cain. Given his aforementioned lethargic, uninspired mood that was drawn from constantly trekking the earth country, any notion of battle was met with a satiated, longing response. Like a starving animal when offered food, the salivation was near-instant, and although also figurative, a slight change in demeanor was certainly observable within the Uchiha. The most obvious would be a wry smile that snuck across his face, breaking the stoic lack of empathy he previously wore as a facial expression. The temptation to engage in playful jousting grew quickly over time, though at the mention of an alternative involving cooperative battle, he found himself momentarily contemplative. That could potentially be equal, if not better than fighting each other, right?"I'm still patrolling, but I definitely could use a change of scenery…"
His guard duty was still not over, but there were many ways around this should he insist enough. It was not a bad idea to join forces momentarily, and perhaps with this task, the trust Iwa held for him would surely grow, as well as his scope over this country. On top of this, battle was one and the same for the Uchiha, meaning once his mindset shifted to that primal setting, he had only one goal in mind - the destruction of his opponents. This makes friendly duels a thing of the past for F. After having killed off his third sparring partner by accident, he vowed never to turn his fist onto an ally again, even for fun. It was settled then - he would proceed with Cain onto a new mission.
"What did you have in mind? I have heard whisperings of war in the horizon…although I have not spotted any visitors coming through Tsuchi - yet."
His forward pace continued, relaxed and uncrushed, with the endgame being Cain himself. He was probably twenty meters away now, and while his internal structure slowed its creation of energy, he still continued the existence of his enchanted scope. Cain seemed…confident, yet relaxed. Would his skill be complementary to the Jounin? And if so, how? Many questions were posed rhetorically within his quiet conscious, to the point they overlapped each other and were no longer comprehendible. At this point, it was probably best to abandon speculation, and embrace chance.
