[ooc note; i'll be honest. this thread is getting out of hand. with people using these super crazy techniques and ~~strider~~ people posting out of tern. i don't think i am ready for this kind of rp. ok I am done announcing. also If no one minds, i am switching points of view.]

Multiple things have happened in the dwindling hours of the day. A large gust of wind bellowed to the through the trees were Kahime was standing, he wasn't taken back however. Howling winds was something this Nuke nin was used too. Being born in Yuki no Kuni, the Country of Snow was always cursed with large blizzards and dark cold days. Land of Snow prepared him well, the wind didn't make him flinch he stood strong and stoic in his crouched position. Then a man tried too through Senbon at the man Kahime was following; Shizuka his name was. That little shit.

Shizuka barely escaped being blown up, the senbon were hastily wrapped with blast notes. Amateur night in Hi no Kuni. Kahime used shunshin to escape into the trees. Narrowly escaping the snake, he didn't know was behind him. Hearing the snapping jaws of the snake however, he was alerted their presence. He looked through the brush were the Non-ninja and the other traveler stood, the boy was killed by another snake. A large gaping hole obstructed the grounds smooth surface. could they have come from the Earth. Has Gaia forsaken this battle.

He was alone in this awkward game of shogi. A game in which Kahime was familiar with, he needed an ally. You know what they say, keep your friends close but your enemy's closer. Well watched he played it out. He jumped down from the medium sized tree.and landed right next Shizuka, to his left and a few feet behind him. "Don't worry Shizuka, I am here. It's me from the bar. I would to question you further, after our endeavor." Kahime said looking at the back of his red scalp. "Which one of you is the Kage no Hebi- the snake jutsu user?" He said quickly doing handseals. He noticed the large tornado. It's grandeur is surely admirable.

I traveled a long distance to get these sons of bitches. It seems as though they are in a fight. There has to be at least six or seven people. I was concealed nicely in the forest brush. I doubt even my "friends noticed" me make an appearance on this side of the country. Oh well. should I let them die by these fellows. to my left or the snake lady who was concealed behind them. or should the Uchiha to their right be the one to slay him. No, that wouldn't be honorable. These two burnt down the town of Ogsuri. I must be the one to kill them. Myself.

I was concealed and ten meters away from Shizuka, he stood directly in front of me, with his younger friend next to him. Two other nuke nin were in front of them a couple of meters occupied with a feisty young girl, about the age of Shizuka's friend. The others were concealed just as I am. I am to wait and protect them. As to only kill them myself. two leaf ninja were fighting the two nuke ninja with another ninja on the floor. From the looks of it he was dead.

I crouched in a ready position to leap and quickly did some hand signs. I am preparing a jutsu that is versatile and effective that would hopefully put the match to "our favor." I will just sit here ready to make my move.

Chakra mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Description: Suitenhoufutsu is a suiton ninjutsu technique which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target, like Water Prison, yet without requiring the user to keep it steady by keeping hand contact. After the user does a string of hand seals, they summon the water, and can then use this water to drown his target, keep them imprisoned, or even torture.

This jet cuts through the surface and can pierce through stone, resulting in quick death unless the opponent can predict or foresee the water and move out of the way in time.

Description: Suigadan is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. First, the user does a string of hand seals, making sure to keep eye contact with their target as they float over water. Then, when the sequence is complete, the user causes a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill from underneath the user, forming a rapid moving threat that could easily tear opponent’s to shred.

Description: A very strong and effective water jutsu, after doing the needed hand seals, the user will summon a large column of water from a nearby water source, which will entrap the victim and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the target. Due to the force of the attack, the target will be fully enveloped by the water and will be at its mercy as it pulls them away.

Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu

Special: Extremely chakra draining. Can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Perhaps the most feared Suiton technique known to the Shinobi World, knowledge of this means the user has succeeded in becoming a water master. After doing a long string of handseals, the user brings forth a insanely large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water usually appears all-around the user though it came be birthed any way they prefer, and amongst other things, it can then be directed at the user’s target with insane speeds, allowing the user with his hands to send forth thousands of gallons of water into their targets at the speed of tsunami, if not more. This particular jutsu is said to have been crafted by a Kage whose name was long lost to the history books. His prowess with Suiton allowed him to summon forth the element from the thin air, and his most prized creation was this grotesque sudden surge of water.

Why did that boy leave. Shizuka his name was I think. He left in such a hurry. and just as soon as he left another boy, one that was rather small and young left too. out the door they went passing right in front of my eyes. These two must have been the assailants. I got from my bar stool, rose to my fight and walked out the door. I will chase these boys to the end of the earth. I will easily recover their tracks.

I left and was on my way heading southwest from my current possison. I would need to move swiftly with the wind as it is, I could easily lose their footprints. This would be no good. I ran out the door and chased after them the ones footprint barely let an indenture upon the snow, while the others was heavy and without skill. His would be tho to follow.

I have seen lots of the different biospheres while in hot pursuit. It looks like this wet land would be known as Hi no Kuni. I have seen this land before, before the fourth ninja war. When I was a member of Yukigakure's shinoi force. It is all coming back to me.

_{Red heads were strange. They always were the burden cast upon society yet they think they are loved by all. Don't they know one would rather live next to some one who had leprosy then a "ginger." This is how I felt when I was ambushed by the man to my left. I quickly gave him a once over before responding. He was about the same age as myself and he was a bit shorter than myself, not everyone could have this lanky frame. I looked to the women who I had gathered a bit of information from. She looked shocked. Terrified. This had to have been one of the people I was tracking. Either he is the culprit who burned down Ogsuri or he was traveling with him.

"Hello Shizuka, my name is Kahime. Pleasure to meet you."

I said kindly putting my right hand out to him. He was seated to my right and was hunched over the bar looking at me. He had just sat down so he couldn't have been drunk. With my left hand I grabbed the hilt of Yuki. Ready and waiting for him to make contact.}

_{continuing on through the snow I came across a naked dead boy. Roughly seventeen years of age. I couldn't help but to notice he had shuriken lodged in his neck. He must have died either instantly or near too it. I cringed, death was nothing knew to me, I have seen it before. Not like this, this was a murder a defenseless boy. I couldn't be fore sure as to he was naked, probably looted. The travelers and the convict a head of me had to have noticed the boy. They could have quite possibly killed him. Nothing is for certain. I gathered my thoughts and stood up. I grabbed his arms and dragged him into the the forest line. There he would out of the site or normal civilians who did not want to see the horrors of the death. After I get done with the convict, I promise to come back though this path and barre the boy.

I wiped the blood on my hands on my vest and continued walking. A cigarette would be good right now, however I haven't had a cigarette since my days in Yuki no Kuni. And that was a long time ago. I continued walking for what only felt like a few minutes before I came across an Inn. There was no way that the travelers could have continued on with out stopping for the night. I asked the woman behind the bar, she had a dark complexion, one not normally seen in this climate. Her black hair covered her eyes and she constantly had to move the behind her ear.

"Excuse me miss, have you seen a girl and maybe two gentlemen come in through here within the last hour?"

Se then proceeded to tell me a ridiculous story about how a man picked her up by her collar and took two keys to rooms '121' and '123'. She also mentioned how he underpaid her. A trivial matter I suppose.

"Thank you M'am."

I would then take a seat at the bar. I didn't sit there long to notice a woman. She was very, pretty long ebony hair cascaded from atop her head. She ate like a pig. A wild turnoff.}

Chakra I, II, III, IV & V

Chakra mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.

The cold wind played upon my hair as I tracked the footsteps in the snow. Snow covered my eyesight, not allowing me to see more than ten yards in front out. Snow muffled the sound of my heavy breathing and the voices of others up the snowy path. I was undetectable. The three others however were not. One pair of footsteps was quite small, and was lightly patted in the damp snow. This must have come from a woman or small child, she must be very used to the snow and travels lightly. Another of the footprints was a tad larger than the woman's it was just as skinny though. My guess would be of a man in his twenties, around my age; or a young girl who just had a large shoe size. The last of the three was easy to decipher and track. He must have been off in his own world for his footprints showed he had been walking-or skipping through the snow leaving few heavy foot prints. I looked away from the snow and looked to the trees. A loud hooting sound had gathered my attention, taking me from the task at hand.

I disregarded the unusual birds crowing as I gathered myself and stood up. My large six foot stature towered over the nearest tallest object, a simple four foot high rock formation three yards to my right. I continued on My journey following he footprints. Yuki stayed strapped to my waist. Funny, this is the first time Yuki has felt the dampness of snow since my departure from Yuki no Kuni. I walked towards the three convicts thinking of my troubled past.

I had once been a feared member of Yuki no Kuni's shinobi roster. taking many heads as personal items from the people I had killed. That was a long time ago. I am a changed person. I am in Yuki no Kuni for one reason and that is to find the convict who burned down Ogsuri. One of the people in front of me had played a part in the burning of the small town of Ogsuri, it was a little place I had stayed while I was traveling through the country side a few weeks back, no more than a week since I departed from it had it been destroyed. It is not clear weather the criminal's two buddies had anything to do with the ruin of the town, but make no mistake, I will get my man. I am not troubled that the man killed the dozens of people living inside the village. My only quam is that he got to it before I could. He killed

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)[/b]

Special: Allows the user to transform into any person, object or animal of normal/small/miniature size. Transformation can be held for one turn, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Domain: Academy Ninjutsu.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Chakra: Very Low
Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Domain: Universal Ninjutsu.

Shunshin no Jutsu// Body Flicker

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu / High-Speed Movement
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Chakra: Low
Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Shunshin-Kawasu (Shimmering Flicker)

Special: Gives the user the option to side-step, curve, shimmy or even shimmer on a whim during a Shunshin, rather than remaining moving forward. Sidestep distance takes away from the Shunshin's total traveling distance.
Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the ninja can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous sideways move. Useful when evading tricky attacks, or when wishing to confuse opponents.
Domain: Shunshin.
Shunshin-Kakezori (Retracting Flicker)

Type: Passive / Ninjutsu / High-Speed Movement
Range: Shunshin
Special: Gives the user the option to perform Shunshin backwards.
Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion towards the direction the user is facing, with enough training, the user is able to move perfectly opposite to wherever it is they are looking - that is, a backwards Body Flicker. Its usefulness is limitless, and carry the same rules as the parent technique.

Shunshin-Sousuru (Flickering Image)

Type: Passive / Ninjutsu / High-Speed Movement

Special: One image may be produced per Shunshin, plus one more each time this jutsu is retrained.
Description: Nearing their Shunshin mastery, the user has nearly mastered all the aspects behind the high-speed movement. Not only can they now move about freely at such impressive speeds with little restrictions, but they are now able to move so fast that copies of themselves are left behind, perfectly resembling their master for a brief moment in order to provide confusion for the enemy. Only chakra sensing methods will be able to discern the faux presentation, but everything moves so fast the opponent is often left without time to react, turning them quickly into a victim.

i think you would just change them yourself. however the bunshin no jutsu. you have to go through the shop and spend the exp for the c to b rank. i hope this is right and i hope it helps~^^

HE had absolutely zero time to react. he was hit. in the neck. bye..... it doesn't matter he fell to the ground-dropped to the floor. blood painted the snow as he squirted blood 360 around him. the boys hair was fire. that's all he remembered. that bastard with the red hair killed him. a true death to a strawberry.

I wondered into the snowy opening foolishly. I was unaware of the two men standing fife yards away from me. the snow blocked my vision as it did their voices. I was stupid and an inadequate ninja of Sunagakure for not noticing the two men. One with fiery red hair, the other with brown locks that draped his small frame.

I turned in their direction and eyed them both. Who were they or were they shinobi at all didn't come to mind. Only that if I wanted to survive, I would need t make my stand here. The wind picked up and the young, Sui Momban was chilled to the bone. He wasn't used to this insane weather. He looked down at his watch, it read 7:38 - lets see how long this adventure will last.
